电子监管及电子标签在出口水产品安全生产加工中的应用

通过应用现代管理理念和信息化技术,实施视频监控、数据监控、项目检验、风险分析、关键控制等措施,对水产品生产过程的安全状况进行实时监控,对产品质量管理过程的数据进行采集,对最终产品施加电子标签,为水产品安全的科学监管提供高效的管理技术和手段,提高质量安全水平,确保水产品的质量安全。

该文通过论述客户机／服务器模式下服务器程序进程和客户端进程之间的交互过程，结合Socket接口函数来说明C／S模式下应用程序的编写模式。同时通过一个Java服务器程序和客户端程序来进一步说明基于TCP／IP的C／S模式下服务器程序的编写步骤和客户端程序的编写步骤。     

Dynamic web server construction on the intranet using a change management framework

As organizations increasingly emphasize effective collaborative working through networked systems, the World Wide Web (WWW) server and associated intranet technologies are gaining wider acceptance as a new enterprisewide information systems paradigm. In an intranet collaborative working environment, data used in the web server are usually modified more frequently than are those used in a traditional Internet web server. Thus, to support synchronous collaboration without causing any inconsistency among multiple concurrent users, the intranet web server must provide users with synchronized and consistent views of shared data. However, current web technologies have limitations in supporting this, largely because the existing Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) is unidirectional and does not allow web servers to send messages to their web browsers without first receiving requests from them. This paper proposes a web-based change management framework that can overcome such limitations and support synchronous collaboration in an intranet computing environment. The web-based change management framework facilitates management of dependency relationships between shared data in the web server and dependent user views in the client web browser and allows the web server to actively propagate changing details of the shared objects to all users referencing them. On the basis of the change management framework, we propose a dynamic web server that can support synchronous collaboration in various intranet-based collaborative systems including concurrent engineering design systems and electronic approval systems. The prototype system of the dynamic web server is developed on a commercial Object-oriented Database Management System (ODBMS) called OBJECTSTORE using the C++ programming language. 命名数据网络体系架构的应用与发展

命名数据网络（Named Data Networking,NDN）是一种以信息为中心的新型网络架构,因采用了独特的内容命名法、缓存机制和智能转发策略而受到广泛关注。首先介绍了NDN的基本原理、关键技术以及研究现状,并与TCP/IP架构对比分析了其性能优势;然后总结了NDN在车载自组织网（Vehicular Ad Hoc Network,VANET）、远程视频会议系统、大数据处理分析中的典型应用及研究现状;最后围绕实际应用指出了该技术的不足,并分析预测了其未来应用趋势。NDN对于解决互联网设计中日益凸显的安全性、移动性、可扩展性等方面的问题具有显著优势。     

旅游宣传片的说服效应——基于危机情境的纵向跟踪实验研究

旅游宣传片是旅游目的地危机管理的重要营销工具,目前关于旅游宣传片说服效应的纵向跟踪研究缺乏。文章基于巴厘岛阿贡火山连续爆发事件,采用情境实验法探究不同类型旅游宣传片对潜在市场群体的说服效应。研究发现:全景综述型旅游宣传片的短期说服效应更好,危机主题导向型旅游宣传片的长期说服效应更好。在短期说服效应上,全景综述型旅游宣传片正向显著影响认知形象中的自然环境、娱乐活动、宗教氛围、旅游基础设施、感知安全、情感形象和行为意愿;危机主题导向型旅游宣传片正向显著影响认知形象中的宗教氛围、感知安全、情感形象和行为意愿。在长期说服效应上,危机主题导向型旅游宣传片正向显著影响认知形象中的宗教氛围、感知安全和行为意愿;全景综述型旅游宣传片正向显著影响认知形象中的宗教氛围和感知安全。文章为进一步了解旅游宣传片说服效应的时间效度提供了理论依据,也为危机情境中旅游目的地营销组织在旅游宣传片的营销与建设上提供了实践指导。     

An exploratory study of determinants for restaurant servers’ actual tip earnings: Individual characteristics and work conditions

This exploratory study investigates two different types of determinants for servers’ actual tip earnings (individual characteristics versus work conditions) using readily available organizational data. Unlike previous studies that measured servers’ tips by asking subjects (servers or customers) to report tip amounts, we measure the actual tip earnings of each server extracted from the point of sale system. The results show that work conditions (daily work hours, weekend work hours, and immediate supervisors’ characteristics) have stronger relationships with servers’ tip earnings than servers’ individual characteristics (gender, tenure, and job satisfaction). This study represents an initial attempt to use objective data to measure servers’ tip earnings and explore its potential relationship with work conditions compared to its relationships with individual characteristics which have been frequently examined in previous studies.     

在PC机上架设个人Internet服务器

介绍了在基于Windows2000Professional平台的PC机上,采用动态域名解析技术架设个人Internet服务器。通过安装Apache,Serv＿UFTPserver等软件并进行正确设置,可以提供www服务和FTP服务。因此使自己或他人可以远程访问个人PC机中的数据,实现信息交流与共享。同时克服了专业Internet服务器所提供的免费空间的各种限制,从而可以采用最新的网络编程技术,在PC机上来构建自己的Internet动态网站。     

‘Lights,Camera, Action!’ Video Technology and Students' Perceptions of Oral Communication in Accounting Education

Abstract

This paper examines the influence of an authentic assessment item on three dimensions of oral communication in accounting education: skills, self-efficacy, and relevance. An explanatory mixed methods design is used to explore students' perceptions of their development. The results indicate that an elevator pitch assessment has a positive impact on all three dimensions. In particular, the employed video technology fosters greater self-awareness and a more accurate perception of skill levels, and enhances students' self-efficacy. The contextualised learning experience also enables students to better appreciate the relevance of oral communication to their future careers. The paper extends the literature on video technology, self-efficacy, and generic skills development in accounting education, and provides relevant stakeholders with evidence of an authentic activity that can assist with bridging the skills-expectation gap.     

基于Syntax级分组和多线程处理的HEVC熵编码并行算法

新一代视频编码标准HEVC获得了较高的编码效率,但是同时需要较大的计算量。HEVC并行算法能够提高编码速度,如何开发适用于多核处理器的并行编码算法对于满足高清视频实时传输和大规模共享具有十分重要的意义。提出了一种基于Syntax级分组和多线程处理的HEVC熵编码并行算法。该算法首先将HEVC中一个编码树单元的编码信息按照语法元素进行分组;其次,根据编码块数据间的相关性构建Syntax级并行编码器;然后结合多线程技术实现HEVC帧级编码的并行计算。实验结果表明,在编码图像的主客观质量上没有太大损失的情况下,该并行算法框架与传统的串行算法框架相比具有65%~70%的加速效果。
