探讨高校学生管理工作中的有关问题

本文主要从影响学生发展的各种因素、教师应具备的素质和要求、开展学生工作的体会和感受三个方面来探讨高校学生管理工作中出现的问题,并结合自己对学生管理工作的感受和看法,就学生和教师自身表现出的问题作以全面分析,以促进学生在学习交流期间的长期发展。     

整合的社会工作专业实践模式的构建

通过多年具体教学实践的探索,提出了在东北老工业基地社会组织发育不良的基础上,如何搞好适合本土的专业社会工作实践教学模式,构建整合的社会工作模式,即整合实践教育基地,实现嵌入式发展;整合现有社会资源,实现双导师制;构建探访类与实操类相结合的社会工作专业实践体系.     

Do stress tests matter? A study on the impact of the disclosure of stress test results on European financial stocks and CDS markets

During the recent sovereign debt crisis, the European Banking Authority conducted two stress tests on European banks in order to gauge their capital needs, core Tier-1 ratios and ratios of resilience to adverse shocks. We assess the informational content of the disclosure of the stress test outcomes. We conclude that the stress tests conveyed new information and that the outcomes were not anticipated by the stock market but were partially anticipated by the credit default swap (CDS) market. However, while the stock market reacted to the disclosure of the stress test outcomes, in the CDS market there is some evidence of a ‘reverse’ reaction. Moreover, the publication of the outcomes of the stress tests had a stronger impact on the stock prices of riskier financial institutions. A similar pattern is evident in the CDS market, albeit narrowed to one of the stress tests and amid the financial institutions with higher perceived credit risk.     

Computer support for work across space,time, and social worlds

Collaboration is at the heart of the academic enterprise; proposals for systems such as the National Science Foundation's “National Collaboratory”; or Apple Computer's “Knowledge Navigator”; seek to support these collaborative efforts by means of a variety of computing technologies. We examine the assumptions of the model of collaborative work behind such proposals and suggest ways to extend that model. We draw on a case study of collaborative efforts in classical scholarship in order to explore more fully the existing modalities of academic collaboration as it actually occurs. The development of a broader understanding of collaborative activities will enable us to address more effectively the challenge of constructing systems to support collaborative work.     

International Enterprises and Trade Unions

A “shipping war” has broken out between two friendly neighbouring countries: Estonia (a rather poor land; liberated of Soviet occupation in 1991), and Finland (a wealthy one; independent since 1918). Led by their trade union the Finnish dockers boycott Estonian ships demanding for Estonian sailors the salary in the same range as that is in wealthy West-European countries. Estonian Sailors' Union finds that such a war is not for their better work-conditions but against their working possibilities: the cheap labour force is the only possibility for a poor country to entice foreign investments in it. No matter how the “shipping war” will be solved – the problem will remain. This is the problem of two opposites – cheap labour force of poor countries and expensive one of wealthy countries –, and international enterprises standing between them. Could such an enterprise survive without using the cheap labour force? And if it could, how could the poor countries survive then? Could there be found a clear unambiguous ethical solution? What ought to be the role of trade unions in such international business conflicts?     

Conversational use of genres in managerial meetings

This article addresses the question of how the concept of genre, defined as a linguistically realized activity type, can be applied to the study of organizational discourse. In particular, the authors show how and for what practical purposes managers invoke genres in meetings. The data of the study consist of video-recorded company-internal meetings and the methodology is based on ethnomethodological conversation analysis. In the empirical analysis the authors show how genres are used as resources for joint understanding and for conducting a particular conversational action in a meeting, namely proposing a solution to a problem. The study highlights the importance of genre knowledge in managerial meetings and the practical nature of this knowledge.     

工作研究在窗帘包装线优化中的应用

文章采用工作研究的方法对某公司窗帘包装线进行分析,通过程序分析、动作分析、动素分析,运用5W1H方法及ECRS(取消、合并、重排、简化)原则和人机工程学,找出包装线上存在的问题并给出改善方案。运用模特法计算合理的作业时间;通过分析改善包装作业平面布置,运用动作经济原则和动素分析法减少了工人的动作浪费和时间浪费,使得包装线的生产效率提高48.1%。

预防沥青路面反射裂缝施工中应力吸收层的分析与运用

针对沥青路面裂缝处治的问题,目前还没有非常有效的方法,但是可以在裂缝未出现前就采取预防措施,推迟裂缝的产生,以延长沥青路面的使用寿命,主要结合近年来的工作情况介绍橡胶沥青应力吸收层SAMI和高弹性改性沥青应力吸收层SAWFTL在预防沥青路面反射裂缝中的应用。
