建立让企业增加研发投入,鼓励企业自主创新的激励机制,是当前面临的迫切问题。2011年是"十二五"的开局之年。分析"十二五"期间经济发展的外部、内部环境,我觉得挑战在三个方面。第一是对外贸易的摩擦会增加,出口的增长会比较困难;第二,国内低水平的工业生产状况与产能过剩的矛盾会越来越突出;第三,能源原材料价格上涨和工资成本上升的压力会越来越大。     

Research on reform tactics of China＇s oil price forming mechanism

The main problem the oil industry facing in modem market economy is unreasonable price mechanism, the substance of which should be attributed to the fact that it is still short of a reasonable oil price forming mechanism. Therefore, the discussion on this aspect should be pushed forward. As the breakthrough point, on the basis of status research in quo and formation causes of China＇s oil price forming mechanism, we should analyze the necessity and imminence of China＇s oil price forming mechanism reform deeply. Then, with the perspective of development strategy of the oil industry, we put forward the reform measures of it.     

Prelude to the Coming Victory

On May 18, 2007, the Pressing Conference ＆ Flag Presenting Ceremony on the 5th China Auto International （Russia） Exhibition Tour was convened in the Main Hall of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade （CCPIT）. Leaders of the state and relevant departments and organizations attended the conference, including H.E. Mr. Sun Fuling, former Vice Chairman of CCPCC National Committee; H.E.
