透视福建省产学研合作

为进一步准动我省产学研工作开展，为政府部门宏观决策提供参考依据。前不久，省经贸委和省企调队联合对我省产学研合作情况进行一次专题调查。调查采用抽样方法，在全省范围内抽取500家工业企业和38家科研院校作为样本。调查显示通过开展产学研合作活动，提高了企业竞争力，增强了工业发展后劲。     

吴仪说中国政府高度重视知识产权保护

中国国务院副总理吴仪表示，中国政府高度重视知识产权保护，近年来不断加大了对知识产权的保护力度。中国不但重视对国外知识产权的保护，同样重视对自己知识产权的保护。这不仅是为了履行中国加入WTO时的承诺，更重要的是为了扩大对外开放，引进国外投资和先进技术，为了加快中国的经济和社会发展。     

中国应对WTO“后过渡期”

2005年是中国加入WTO的第四年，同时也标志着中国市场开放进程中的一个新阶段——WTO“后过渡期”正迎面走来。所谓WTO“后过渡期”，一个最为简单的解释就是经过三年适度保护的产业领域将陆续结束过渡期，开始到达加入WTO时承诺的最终目标。
