海航继续“引资瘦身”

转让扬子江快运股权是海航通往“大新华”的必要一步 2006年1月12日,北京的一场雪让台湾中华航空公司董事长魏幸雄在当晚举行的“扬子江快运航空有限公司股权转让起印仪式”上找到了应景之辞。“瑞雪象征好收获。”他说。多年奔走于海峡两岸航空界的魏幸雄刚刚升任中华航空(以下简称华航)董事长,而此次海航集团向华航等 4家台湾企业转让扬子江快运49％的股份则圆了华航多年来进军内地航空货运市场的梦想。
