目的:研究家庭因素中的家庭经济条件和家庭教养方式对大学生发展的作用.方法:本研究使用“质的研究方法”,在目的性抽样后,对一贫一富两个大学生使用访谈法与观察法进行研究.结果:家庭经济条件对大学生的生活压力、发展压力有直接影响.家庭教养方式通过幸福感和自尊水平等间接影响大学生的心境与压力应对情况.结论:家庭因素综合而系统地对大学生的成长与发展产生影响.在对待贫困生和富裕生的发展问题时,不仅要考虑家庭经济条件的影响,而且要重视家庭教养方式等其他家庭因素的影响. 相似文献

从影响因子、总被引频次、作者层次、发稿情况四个方面,对《沈阳工程学院学报》(自然版)与辽宁省内其他同类几家学报进行了比较,发现目前学报存在缺乏高质量稿源、高水平作者等问题。为此,提出提升学报质量的措施:加强特色栏目建设,吸引高水平稿件;开拓作者资源,建立稳定的作者队伍;扩大稿源,加强稿件规划;提高编辑素质,加强编辑队伍建设;坚持严格的审稿程序和审稿机制,提高编校质量。 相似文献

Literature on academic spin-offs gives evidence of different modes of interaction between spin-offs and their parent and their relative role in different modes of knowledge production. In this article, we examine the development of interactions between academic spin-offs and their parent organizations over a mid- to long-term period (4–15 years), drawing on a series of 25 case studies of spin-off/parent pairs from France and Switzerland. We show that the relational trajectories can be captured by four major dynamic patterns. These patterns range from an early cut-off of interactions in line with a linear model of innovation to sustained interactions supporting joint production of knowledge. Some patterns even include a change in the mode of knowledge production over time. In addition, we identify a number of determinants, internal or external to the pair, affecting the dynamic pattern. We conclude that management of spin-off processes and support policies for academic spin-offs should embrace this dynamic diversity. 相似文献

This paper explores a meta level question in process research: the implications of the move to a more market based mode of research now evident for the production of process knowledge. It first of all examines the implications for the changing organisation of process research. For example, there has been the emergence of a group of contract process researchers. These researchers may also form alliances with researchers from other disciplines within multidisciplinary teams. Second, it examines implications for the changing character of process knowledge in relation to criteria of internal and external validity. Different effects are evident at different stages at the research cycle, but it is argued that there is no inherent threat to concepts of validity. These trends are exemplified by a project on which the authors are currently engaged. The article concludes with a discussion about the possible future for process research. 相似文献

Most analyses of academic misconduct focus on students’ integrity and what is taught at the universities. Surprisingly little attention is paid to the role of faculty members. This article presents an unusual case of academic misconduct that provides an opportunity to examine the actions and rationalizations of the students and faculty members involved in the event as well as the broader university context. The case is unusual in that the instructor initiated and facilitated the academic misconduct. The analysis of the misconduct and the subsequent events suggest that self‐interest rules and concerns for wider interests are all but silent. While the case presents a somewhat dismal view of the integrity of some accounting faculty members and future accountants, it provides interesting insight into self‐interest, rationalization, social context, and both students’ and faculty members’ integrity. The analysis discusses the mechanisms used to prevent and manage faculty member misconduct, along with limitations of self‐regulation and student reports as forms of control. The article also considers how accounting educators can encourage future accountants to act with integrity and concludes that in order to achieve that goal, accounting educators must serve as role models who act honestly. 相似文献

A review of over 100 papers concerned with human resource management (HRM) in five leading hospitality journals during 2002 and 2003, finds that the research agenda mirrors what is seen in mainstream HR research and theory, focusing around general HRM, employee resourcing, employee development and employee relations. Given that some mainstream HR academics have ‘highjacked’ topics such as emotional labour, emotional intelligence and HRM in service work as new and innovative, hospitality researchers need to reclaim their territory, push forward the boundaries of theory making and propose theory that is hospitality specific, relevant and useful. 相似文献

This article systematically examines the recent efforts made by industry and academia in promoting E-innovation. It finds that industrial initiatives have been hindered by two limitations. One is a lack of an agreeable framework to accommodate the diversity of different usages. The other is a trend toward standardization in E-business applications. The academic efforts have been hindered by the lack of a mechanism to marry the distributed nature of E-innovation with the legacy of a traditional innovation. To overcome the barriers from both supply and demand sides, industrial efforts need to be more focused on figuring out how E-innovation emerges out of interconnectivity, while academic efforts should be more inclusive, so as to incorporate distributed innovation into enterprises’ shifting business operations. 文章选取2008-2017年沪深A股3449上市公司的23193个样本数据,实证检验了高管学术经历与企业分红水平的关系。研究发现,相比于高管无学术经历的企业,有学术经历高管企业的分红水平显著更高。高管的学术经历通过缓解融资约束,而不是缓解过度投资的路径显著提高企业分红水平。在进一步的研究中,通过引入外部治理与企业产权性质影响因素,发现外部治理较弱、非国有企业的情况下,高管的学术经历对企业分红水平的提高作用更加明显。采用倾向得分匹配法(PSM)、工具变量回归等检验结果依然稳健。研究丰富了高层梯队理论与企业分红相关性的文献,发现了中国情境下影响企业分红的新因素。 相似文献
