以“985工程”高校为研究样本,选择其在国家知识产权局的独立授权专利,抽取转让专利的申请人和受让人信息,构建这些专利的专利权人转让路径。通过对专利申请高校、发明者以及受让人的关系内容挖掘,将这些学校的专利技术转移概括为直接技术转让、校资产经营实体运营、校企联合研发、地校研究院、学术创业和专利经营实体运营6种模式。基于对6种模式的详细调研,结合宏观形势和外部创业环境优化,认为中国大学专利技术转移正呈现一种明显的学术创业趋向。大学和创业学者的关系处理在学者创业和专利技术转移过程中更加重要,集中表现在专利成果权属和科研评价上。  相似文献

为了解中国科研人员参加学术会议的现状及特点,利用CSSE领域在2000-2009年的会议论文数据开展研究。结果发现,10年间中国科研人员参会规模明显扩大,但参会国际化程度较低,约2/3的会议论文发表在国内举办的学术会议上;发表的论文整体质量有待提高,在论文信息量、论文影响力等方面明显低于其它主要国家。在特点分析的基础上,进一步剖析原因并提出对策建议。  相似文献

Recent debates about the decline of Leisure Studies have turned to considerations of pedagogy as a means to attract more recruits. However, the curriculum is also important according to recent work on ‘powerful knowledge’. Work on ‘threshold concepts’ provides a way to identify powerful and valuable knowledge. This work also predicts disorientation and liminality for some students. The political and ethical issues involved are considered via Boler and Zembylas on ‘discomforting pedagogy’. Personal reflections on teaching Leisure Studies were stimulated by some research on these topics and problems, and these are critically assessed. A case is made for using journal articles in pedagogy and assessment to provide threshold experiences, and some emergent paradoxes are discussed. The reactions of Leisure Studies students can be interpreted as showing particular emotional resilience and effective coping strategies to deal with challenging, liminal and disorienting experiences. Coping strategies can transfer from experience back to academic argument particularly well in this field, as well as the other way around. Leisure Studies can thus stake a claim for particular relevance in attempts to teach powerful knowledge with minimal disorientation.  相似文献

"学术明星"现象成为当前社会关注的一大热点。"学术明星"现象的产生自有其原因:现代传媒的媒介特性是其产生的客观条件;"学术明星"的自身素质是其产生的前提基础;受众的文化需求是其产生的根本原因。平心而论,"学术明星"现象有一定的社会价值:架起学术通向大众的桥梁;推动传统文化的回归;引领大众走向文化殿堂等。不过我们也要理性对待这一现象,不要哗众取宠,不要浮躁,更不要商业化、庸俗化,"学术明星"们也要严格自律。  相似文献

Data envelopment analysis (DEA) is in fact more than just being an instrument for measuring the relative efficiencies of a group of decision making units (DMU). DEA models are also means of expressing appreciative democratic voices of DMUs. This paper proposes a methodology for allocating premium points to a group of professors using three models sequentially: (1) a DEA model for appreciative academic self-evaluation, (2) a DEA model for appreciative academic cross-evaluation, and (3) a Non-DEA model for academic rating of professors for the purpose of premium allocations. The premium results, called DEA results, are then compared with the premium points “nurtured” by the Dean, called N bonus points. After comparing DEA results and N bonus points, the Dean reassessed his initial bonus points and provided new ones – called DEA-N decisions. The experience indicates that judgmental decisions (Dean's evaluations) can be enhanced by making use of formal models (DEA and Non-DEA models). Moreover, the appreciative and democratic voices of professors are virtually embedded in the DEA models.  相似文献

Cheating is an epidemic in higher education. The author examined the psychological variable of academic entitlement and its relationship with the ethical perception of cheating using a sample of business students. Contrary to some previous research, the author found that millennials were only slightly more academically entitled than students from other generations but overall had a low sense of entitlement. Highly entitled business students viewed cheating actions as less unethical compared with less entitled students.  相似文献

This paper examines the effects of meeting in a relevant empirical setting with the purpose of co-writing an academic book. A writing seminar is used to explore how such encounters impact scholars’ motivations and actions regarding writing. Data were collected through participant observation, discussions, and in-depth interviews. Based on experiential and learning theories, the study led to the identification of four categories of academic co-writing, reflected through data from formal and informal meeting contexts: writing to process information; to develop knowledge; to play, socialize, and have fun; and to present oneself. The study findings suggest that academic institutions should arrange and support scholarly meetings to fulfill goals such as knowledge building, publication, and networking. At the individual level, being together and discussing and clarifying topics, constructs, and ideas motivate scholars to write and to publish.  相似文献

目前,有些管理者对期刊的评价片面强调量化管理,过于看重评价指标特别是影响因子的作用,于是,"以人取文"的编风盛行。名人论文对提高影响因子有一定的作用,但两者不是必然的联系。影响因子高的论文不一定就有学术影响力,学术影响力深的文章也不一定影响因子就高。现行的编辑界应克服浮躁的心态,树立"以文取人"的编风。  相似文献

好稿件既是办好刊物的基础,又是稀缺的资源.因此,采用什么办法组到好稿件是每个编辑都必须面对的问题.名刊因其名声所带来的声誉效应对好稿件有天然的吸引力,而一般期刊却没有这样运气.如何把一般期刊办得不一般,固然可以采用集聚战略诸如实施名栏工程,但名栏的基点还是好稿件.因此,如何组稿就成了一个值得探讨的问题.基于一般学术期刊对高质量的稿件缺乏吸引力的现实.从编辑与作者关系的视角,指出一般学术期刊组到好稿件的关键在于:根据人才成长的规律,与有潜力的中青年学者建立良好的关系,实施组稿聚焦战略--把组稿的重点放在有潜力的中青年学者身上.  相似文献
