在人类化形成和发展的过程中，创新是源源不断的动力源泉，中国共产党始终成为中国先进化前进方向的代表，就必须永远弘扬创新精神，在不断创新中铸造新的时代精神。     

Determinants of the Use of Advanced Technologies

There is an extensive literature about the influences on the adoption of new technologies. However, while we often assert the role of qualifications and skills in the innovation and diffusion processes, there has been little formal econometric work in this area. One of the key reasons for this is the lack of information about human capital in firm accounts, at all levels of the organisation, including the top executive and board of directors. This paper draws on a large, firm level data set to explore the linkages between the adoption and use of 13 advanced technologies and the qualification and skill structure of the enterprise. In addition, it provides a number of further insights about the effects of ownership, firm size and industry structure.     

网络嵌入性、知识搜索与企业创新能力关系研究——基于江苏先进制造业集群的实证检验

网络嵌入性是影响企业创新的重要因素。在研究网络嵌入性对企业创新能力影响机理的基础上，进一步探究知识搜索条件下网络嵌入性对企业创新能力的作用。依据224份江苏省先进制造业集群企业数据，运用“网络嵌入性－知识搜索－企业创新能力”模型进行实证分析，研究结果表明：网络嵌入性和知识搜索能力越强，企业创新能力越强；网络嵌入性提高对知识搜索起促进作用；利用型知识搜索在网络嵌入性与企业创新能力之间起中介作用。因此，企业要不断调整在集群网络中的位置，提高知识搜索能力尤其是利用型知识搜索能力，实现集群内资源优势互补，提高企业创新能力。

动态无效率产生的原因解析——对David Romer《高级宏观经济学》教科书观点的修正

美国经济学家David Romer通过一个特例说明有可能存在动态无效率的现象,而没有深究为什么会存在这种现象,这种做法在美国高级宏观经济学教科书中一脉相承。通过对拉姆齐模型和世代交叠模型的比较,本研究发现,动态无效率的现象源于世代交叠模型两期寿命的假定,导致实际利率的变化缺少了约束,会低于持平投资的增长率。本研究指出:动态无效率不是来源于资本动态学方程的特例,而是来源于模型的期限结构,内生于模型的结构。萨缪尔森世代交叠模型可以证明本研究的结论。     

The Determinants Of The Adoption Of Advanced Manufacturing Technology

The paper investigates empirically the decision of firms to adopt ‘Advanced Manufacturing Technologies’ (AMT) based on a comprehensive specification of a ‘rank model’ of technology adoption using firm-level data for Swiss manufacturing. The explanatory variables include numerous dimensions of (anticipated) benefits from and costs of technology adoption allowing for uncertainty as well as for information and adjustment costs. Moreover, the effect of complementarities between various functional groups of AMT (design, fabrication, communication, etc.) as well as of learning from the use of previous technology vintages within such functional groups is analyzed, Finally, the size-dependence of the adoption decision is studied in detail. The model yields a quite robust pattern of explanation across estimates with different adoption variables (time period of introduction of AMT, intensity of use of AMT, etc.) with plausible differences of the results based on the alternative adoption measures used.
