评价阻燃纤维及其性能表征方法研究

阻燃纤维的研究和生产发展迅速，但尚无建立适合纤维形态的阻燃性能检测方法和评判标准。纤维阻燃性能测检方法的空白已在很大程度上制约阻燃纤维产品的开发和市场推广。经过三年的不懈努力，我们建立了涤纶和粘胶短纤维及涤纶长丝阻燃性能试验方法——氧指数法来表征其阻燃性能。

本文试图探索利用建立辅导员实践交流社区的方式逐渐提升辅导员的专业素养,首先介绍了辅导员实践交流社区的概念与内涵,其次从四个方面分析了其对提升辅导员专业素养的作用。     

The Application of Temperature-Measuring to the Forecast of Gush Water Inside the Shilin Tunnel

提出了用温度梯度量测预报隧道突水。阐述了利用掌子面温度变化预报隧道突泥突水的基本原理；结合石林隧道的工程实践，介绍了该方法的实施步骤和效果。为超前地质预报提供了一个新的途径。     

Cost-efficacy analysis of biological treatments in psoriasis: an 18-month assessment

Summary

This study compared the cost-efficacy of the following approved biological treatment strategies for plaque psoriasis over 18 months: (1) alefacept 15 mg intramuscularly weekly for two 12-week courses; (2) efalizumab 1 mg/kg subcutaneously (SC) weekly; and (3) etanercept 50 mg SC twice weekly for 12 weeks followed by a maintenance dose of 50 mg weekly. Direct utilisation-related costs included drug costs, office fees, injection fees and costs incurred due to adverse events and laboratory monitoring. Efficacy was based on response rates from large-scale clinical trials. At 18 months, total utilisation-related costs for alefacept, efalizumab and etanercept were $26,667, $33,365 and $32,962, respectively. Cost-efficacy, calculated using the corresponding response rates for the three therapies, was comparable ($66,669, $75,828 and $61,041, respectively). Thus, for patients with moderate to severe psoriasis who have responded to therapy, two 12-week courses of alefacept 7 months apart, or weekly maintenance treatment with efalizumab or etanercept, resulted in comparable total cost-efficacy.

The evaluative function of local public actors has been exacerbated in recent years with the individualisation of social policies. One of their tasks is to select the appropriate informational basis in order to assess welfare claimants. Amartya Sen's capability approach offers a theoretical and normative framework to analyse this evaluative function. In particular, it insists on the importance of “objectivating” people's preferences with reference to their capabilities. The weight that is to be attached to individual preferences in the course of public action can be a matter of controversy. Claimants “capability for voice”, we argue, should be developed. This capability refers to their effective possibility to express their concerns with regard to the choice of the informational basis. It is argued that local institutions prohibiting capability for voice will produce adaptive preferences, whereas procedural institutions promoting reflexive public evaluation and capability for voice will result in a fairer wording of individual preferences. At a situated level, the way to connect subjective and objective information when assessing people very much depends on the position of the evaluator. Several illustrations show that the fairness of evaluation, and its impact on the people's capability set, depend on this positional perspective.

救助投机、挤入效应与国有企业预算约束硬化

国有银行的＂救助投机＂行为促进了国有企业的＂预算软约束＂和不良贷款的积累。在政府、银行与国有企业之间的长期动态博弈中,由于预算硬约束企业的出现给国有银行提供了改善贷款资产组合的机会,提高了银行在与政府的救助投机博弈中的议价能力,要求政府给予更多的流动性注入,这会产生银行贷款资产中预算硬约束企业贷款占比不断增加的挤入效应。这种挤入效应累积到一定程度,政府的救助将变得非社会最优的,进而政府将停止救助,国有企业的预算约束也随之硬化。     

基于激励的IT企业员工需求特征分析

本文以奥尔德弗的生存、关系、成长需求理论的基本观点为基础,得出针对IT企业员工的主要工作激励因素,从工作激励因素角度对IT企业员工的需求特征进行分析。在此基础上,提出IT企业员工工作激励因素调查问卷,采用聚类分析方法,对成都市某IT企业的员工进行实证研究。     

Psychological antecedents and risk on attitudes toward e-customization

Consumers can experience relatively low prices with the dramatic diffusion of online shopping even with customized products, which are commonly more expensive than regular products, due to unique functions of customized product order processes in online environments. This paper investigates how two psychological antecedents, (1) need for uniqueness and (2) status aspiration, can influence consumers' attitude with regard to forming procedures toward e-customized products and how perceived risk, another psychological factor, on purchasing e-customized products plays a role of moderating factor. A self-administered online survey of 321 Japanese consumers is conducted to examine a proposed conceptual model with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The analysis using results indicates that the need for uniqueness directly impacts on attitude toward e-customized products while it mediates the effect of status aspiration. A multi-group analysis to test a moderating effect of the perceived risk on purchasing e-customized products highlights the significant effects of psychological factors. The result also provides potential guidelines to e-tailors on possibility of segmenting markets as well as promoting their customized products using these psychological criteria of their target consumers.     

美元贬值下的人民币汇率制度选择

2002年以来，美元汇率持续贬值，对世界经济及我国经济产生了重大影响。对人民币实质汇率水平也产生了重大影响，人民币实质汇率水平的决定除了取决于美元趋势外，主要还受国内宏观经济的变化趋势、国际收支的变化趋势的影响。为此，我国应在保持人民币汇率稳定前提下，尽快培育和完善人民币汇率市场，形成机制，增强汇率杠杆对经济的调节作用，推动外汇市场的管理创新，增强交易主体的竞争力。
