"美丽中国之旅—2014智慧旅游年"已成为2014年旅游宣传主题。智慧旅游作为一个全新的命题,是现代技术与现代旅游业相融合的产物,为满足游客的个性化需求提供保障。因此,有必要对智慧旅游满意度进行深入研究,提升旅游服务质量,从而提高游客对景区的满意度。文章运用结构方程模型,以山西皇城相府为例,构建游客智慧旅游满意度指数模型,对游客智慧旅游满意度进行研究。结果表明,"智慧旅游的基础建设"对游客智慧旅游满意度影响最为显著,游客智慧旅游满意度指数模型中潜变量间的关系与模型之前假定的情况基本吻合。在研究分析基础上,对皇城相府游客智慧旅游满意度进行研究,并给出合理建议。  相似文献

本文从汽车特征、汽油价格和燃油效率技术入手,探求我国近年来建立的燃油经济性管制对汽车制造企业的燃油经济性技术是否产生诱导性创新。通过建立理论模型,并运用结构方程模型的方法实证检验后发现:包括整车重量等在内的汽车特征对燃油经济性存在正向影响,同时,管制所诱导的燃油效率技术的创新也对燃油经济性提升具有正向影响。因此,汽车制造企业应对政府燃油经济性管制的途径除了考虑优化整车质量、功率/重量、变速器类型、车辆种类和排量等汽车传统特征这个途径外,还应着重考虑燃油效率技术的研发,当前,国内各大汽车制造企业均投入大量资源,研发新能源汽车即为明证。此外,我国汽油价格虽然对燃油经济性也具有正向影响,但微乎其微,这说明消费者考虑到汽油价格不断上涨,用车成本不断增加,也会给汽车制造企业和政府管制带来压力,迫使其从产业和市场的持续发展出发,做出一些思考与行动,只是这种作用在当前还体现得不够显著。  相似文献

This paper attempts to demonstrate that Keynes's practical writings on the crisis in the Lancashire cotton spinning industry in the 1920s were consistent with the 1930s theoretical conceptualisation of user costs in the General Theory. It is suggested that the key (common) link between these analyses is Keynes's concern with how uncertainty is distributed, in specific historical circumstances, between institutions at the levels of the firm, industry, the industry-financial institution interface, and the local and global economies. It is this concern which still has important, if not more, research and policy relevance today.  相似文献

The inventory level shown in the Information System contrary to popular belief and assumptions in most academic papers and in spite of the considerable amounts invested in information technology, is often inaccurate. The inventory inaccuracy occurs when the inventory shown in the Information System is not in agreement with the actually available inventory. In this paper, we first describe the major factors generating inventory inaccuracy. Then, we provide situations permitting to manage an inventory system subject to errors. We provide a general framework permitting to model the inventory inaccuracy issue. In particular, we link the inaccuracy issue with the well known random yield problem. The shown link permits us to derive the optimal ordering policy of an inventory framework where demand satisfaction is done based on the inventory records (which are subject to inaccuracies). We also propose an analysis permitting to show the added value of an advanced identification system such as the RFID technology.  相似文献

Imposing user fees in Nature-Based Tourism (NBT) contexts has been a controversial issue. Based on the notions of justice and fairness, this study extended previous work examining the relationship between attitudes toward user fees and spending support. In a proposed structural model of price fairness, fee spending support, and willingness to pay (WTP), this paper identified the antecedents of WTP user fees, and empirically examined to what extent the data fit the model. Furthermore, the moderating role of place attachment in the model was investigated by using multiple-group structural equation modeling. Subjects (n = 562) were recreational tourists to a forest area in the southeast U.S. Results revealed that spending support partially played a mediating role in the relationship between perceived price fairness and WTP user fees. A multiple-group invariance test also demonstrated that while the degree of place identity moderated the effect of price fairness on spending support, the degree of place dependence did not influence the relationships among the antecedents of WTP.  相似文献

Little attention has been given to studies of the historical antecedents of corporate social reporting (CSR). The paper looks at the disclosures made by Hadfields Ltd and other British companies at the beginning of the 20th century, and finds that these included topics such as economic, political and industrial relations conditions, in a style analogous to that employed in CSR reporting today, during periods of difficulty and conflict for the reporting companies. The paper concludes that these findings support the argument that CSR may be less a reflection of a new relationship between companies and society than another form of what Milne calls ‘advocacy advertising’.  相似文献

基于国外顾客满意度研究理论和模型,结合会展行业特征,构建我国国际展会专业观众满意度影响因素模型.运用结构方程模型(SEM),利用SPSS和AMOS软件,定量分析其主要影响因素.研究表明:组展商营销服务水平对专业观众满意度影响最大,其次是展会现场管理水平和展会硬件设施条件;展会品牌、组展商品牌及接待服务水平影响较小.不过它们均通过影响专业观众的感知价值间接作用于满意度.最后,提出三点启示和建议.  相似文献
