基于信息熵理论的我国保费收入结构研究

本文将信息熵理论引入我国主要保险的保费收入结构研究中,通过计算不同险种保费收入的结构熵,比较分析了当前保费收入结构的差异性.同时,运用均衡度指标描述了总体结构受单一业务收入的支配程度,并针对我国当前四类主要保险业务(财产险、寿险、健康险、人身意外伤害险),分别给出了收入比例的调整方向.     

Iterated VaR or CTE measures: A false good idea?

The purpose of this paper is twofold. Firstly, we consider different risk measures in order to determine the solvency capital requirement of a pension fund. Secondly, we illustrate the impact of the time horizon of long-term guarantee products on these capital. We consider a financial market modelled by a common Black–Scholes–Merton model. We neglect the mortality and underwriting risks by assuming that the pension fund is fully hedged against these risks, which allows us to keep understandable and tractable formulæ (the longevity risk will be a part of future researches). A portfolio is built in this market according to different strategies and the pension fund offers a fixed guaranteed rate on a certain time horizon. We begin with well-known static risk measures (value at risk and conditional tail expectation measures) and then we consider their natural dynamic generalization. In order to be time consistent, we consider their iterated versions by a backward iterations scheme. Within the dynamic setting, we show that solvency capital can be expensive and that attention must be paid to the safety level considered.     

Externally reported performance measures and benchmarks in Australia

We survey 116 Australian CFOs from the top 700 Australian Securities Exchange‐listed firms regarding externally reported performance measures and benchmarks. CFO responses are not always consistent with theory, and a comparison with a similar U.S. survey highlights differences consistent with the respective institutional settings. Conditional analyses of responses also find that characteristics such as firm size that differentiate the Australian market from the U.S. market are associated with differences in opinion between the CFOs in each domain. The key message to accounting researchers is that, given significant institutional differences, it is unwise to infer that U.S. findings will apply to Australia and similar market settings.     

发展我国绿色会展业的若干问题及对策

本文根据中外绿色会展观念及经验,陈述了绿色会展和绿色会展组织体系等概念,绿色会展对国家的可持续发展的意义,提出当前我国绿色会展项目中的主要问题,就推进我国绿色会展的不断深入进行探索并提出相应的对策。     

中国数字经济发展质量的综合评价及预测

为避免我国数字经济粗放式发展,研究其发展质量具有十分重要的现实意义。为此,依据数字经济发展质量的本质特征,在海选指标体系的基础上,通过使用信息熵和稀疏主成分方法构建中国数字经济发展质量的评价指标体系,测算评价指标体系相对于海选指标体系的信息贡献,并用稀疏主成分方法得到2010—2022年我国数字经济发展质量的综合评价值,以解决各指标之间的信息重叠问题。同时,运用灰色预测方法预测我国未来几年的数字经济发展质量,并提出评价指标体系要兼顾信息量与指标数、用好数字经济快速发展的战略机遇期等建议。     

保险欺诈防范研究与思考

在我国保险欺诈问题日趋严重的背景下,本文通过博弈论理论以及matlab等软件进行回归预测模型的构建,对国际上在反保险欺诈领域领先的国家采取的措施及其经验进行了定量分析。同时,结合我国国情,提出解决我国保险欺诈问题的建议。     

The Relations between Minimal Martingale Measure and Minimal Entropy Martingale Measure

We consider incomplete markets, where each risky asset fluctuation is a continuous semimartingale, and study a subset of Equivalent Local Martingale Measures in which Minimal Martingale Measure minimizes relative entropy.We also discuss, as special cases, some models with the risky assetfluctuation represented as a solution of some stochastic differential equations.Finally, we mention that the predictable representation property is essentialin order that Minimal Martingale Measure coincides with Minimal Entropy Martingale Measure.     

房地产企业融资模式的法律风险研究——以辽宁省锦州市为例

现阶段,锦州房地产企业融资模式主要是采用房屋预售、施工单位垫资和民间借贷这三种直接融资模式。这三种模式都面临着不同的法律与财务风险。选择合适的融资渠道,实现有效融资,是关系到锦州房地产企业生死存亡的关键。锦州房地产企业防范融资风险,需要政府、社会共同努力改善融资环境,选择符合锦州房地产企业特点的融资方式,完善相关法律规范。房地产企业自身也应在融资过程中运用法务会计相关技术方法控制和规避法律与财务风险的发生。同时,应根据本企业的实际特点建立起相应的法务风险防控制度与监督机制。     

Beyond brand loyalty: Brand sustainability

Historically, measures of brand value have focused on brand awareness, customer brand equity and measured brand loyalty. While useful, these generally provide little visibility for the future of the brand. A new measure, brand sustainability, is proposed, described and illustrated. Drawing on over 1 million responses to online customer questionnaires, over a 10-year period, covering brands in 73 FMCG product categories, we create, illustrate and demonstrate a brand sustainability measure. That measure consists of brand share of preference, a calculation of their average annual growth rate. That is then compared to the consumer-stated no brand preference in that category. Net promoter scores are used to support those calculations. Findings show that manufacturer brands are challenged, not by private label, but by no brand preference in the category. Research suggestions are made on how to develop and use brand sustainability and the impact of that measure on future brand growth and development.     

雨声如鼓催花发，何时莲开千百枝？ ——《SPS 协定》下“等效承认”规则缺陷 与因应之策

世界贸易组织下的《SPS协定》、《等效决议》以及CAC、OIE、IPPC制定的对等承认准则共同构成了SPS措施等效承认机制。但这个机制缺少法律约束,也存在相关方之间权利失衡、等效承认时限不清等问题,这导致国际SPS措施的等效承认的实施陷入困境。国际SPS措施的等效承认是消除贸易技术壁垒的重要途径。世界贸易组织应重视完善SPS措施对等承认机制,以更好地推动世界贸易的发展。
