高等音乐院校现行视唱教材编写的理论基础研究

视唱教材是教学活动的中介,它为教学提供了具体的信息和内容。为了顺应现代音乐教育的发展,高校视唱教材在编写中,应该遵从与学科相关的科学理论基础的指导。本文认为,与音乐教育学科最相关的学科是哲学、心理学、社会学和审美学。只有了解这些基础学科与视唱练耳课程之间的交叉渗透,才能更有效的对教材编写起到指导作用。     

Characteristics of developers and their relations to open space conservation

Developers are entrepreneurs that initiate and carry out land development projects. They play an active dominant and leading role in land use planning decisions, and are, therefore, expected to have a significant impact on patterns of development and open space conservation. The present study identified correlations between characteristics of developers and indicators of open space conservation, based on a random sample of 88 statutory land use plans in the Tel Aviv metropolitan region over the period 1990–1999. The variables used to describe characteristics of developers were of two kinds: direct variables including developer type and land ownership, and indirect proxy variables that represented typical entrepreneurial behaviors (profit seeking, risk taking and innovativeness) including: net residential density, open space per residential unit, spatial location of the plan area and the time lapse until plan approval. Indicators of conservation were: size of plan area, existing agricultural land within the plan, proposed open space and effective open space. We found that developer type and land ownership were connected mainly to plan size and existing agricultural land rate, both indicators of regional conservation potential, while variables representing profit seeking, risk taking and innovativeness were significantly connected to proposed and effective open space rates, which express the conservation level within plans.

Reconceptualizing value creation: Exploring the role of goal congruence in the Co-creation process

As companies gradually shift from the exchange view to the resource integration view, the creation of value also shifts from the customer sphere to the joint sphere. As a result, the customer and service provider are responsible for co-creating value through resource integration. However, it raises the question of whether customers are capable of contributing to the co-creation of value. Our study proposes a framework of how goal congruence plays a pivotal role in the resource integration process between all actors in the joint sphere. When the level of goal congruence between customer and service provider actors is high, it stimulates the exchange of valuable resources from all actors, which leads to the actual experience of co-creation resulting in value-in-use and improves service outcomes, i.e., customer satisfaction and loyalty. Data were collected through a field survey from salon-and-spa customers (n = 530) and PLS-SEM was employed to test the hypotheses and further analysis. The results show that goal congruence impacts customer satisfaction and loyalty through value-in-use. Therefore, suggesting service providers to properly socialize their goals will be a good strategy to increase customer capability to co-create value and ultimately enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.     

Motivations and Use Context in Mobile Tourism Shopping: Applying Contingency and Task–Technology Fit Theories

Mobile tourism shopping is an emerging market, but there is little theoretically based research on the topic. This study investigates the impact of motivations (value, enjoyment, time saving and mobility) on consumer satisfaction by applying contingency and task–technology fit theories in the mobile tourism shopping context. The results show that value and enjoyment have significant effects on satisfaction. Use context is found to have a full mediating role between time saving and satisfaction as well as between mobility and satisfaction. 非英语专业引入英语基础口译课程的教学探讨

让非英语专业的学生有机会选修英语基础口译课程,其主要目的是提高英语的听说能力,其次是学习一定的口译技巧。教师应选择合适的教材并注意授课方法。     

“走出去”对企业融资约束的影响——基于“一带一路”倡议准自然实验的证据

本文基于“一带一路”倡议这一准自然实验,使用双重差分法,以中国2007-2017年A股上市企业为样本,实证检验了“走出去”对企业融资约束的影响。研究发现,参与“一带一路”倡议的企业与未参与的企业相比,融资约束水平有所上升。该效应对处于重点对接省份的参与企业可能更为明显。与国有企业相比,参与“一带一路”倡议的私人企业的融资约束有所上升,而且处在重点对接行业和省份的参与“一带一路”倡议的民营企业融资约束更有可能上升。从机制上看,由于观察周期尚短和其它因素的限制,企业参与“一带一路”倡议以后,其在信贷资源获取、利润率和生产率等方面还未体现出优势来。从政策来讲,为更好地支持国家的“一带一路”倡议,需要进一步拓宽思路对企业形成更有效的金融支持,以提高“一带一路”建设的可持续性。

房屋征收中的国有土地使用权补偿问题探究

基于房屋与国有土地的密切关联,房屋征收必然涉及国有土地使用权的收回及重新安排。国有土地使用权是房屋所有人的一项重要财产权利,房屋所有人在购买房屋时已经支付了相应的土地使用权费用。《宪法》、《物权法》及其他相关法律法规规定了对土地使用权收回的补偿,因此,房屋被征收时,房屋所有人有权获得对国有土地使用权的公正、合理补偿。     

在《材料学基础》课程教学中培养学生创新能力的探索

创新教育是目前高等教育的核心,改造和转变教学模式是高等教育教学改革的必然趋势,培养创新人才是21世纪高等教育的目标。结合材料学基础课程教学的现状,提出传统教学过程存在的弊端,介绍了一些创新经验和做法,针对目前大学本科专业教学的难点和本科学生的特点,提出了解决课堂教学质量和培养学生学习兴趣以及创新能力、综合能力的方法。
