高速铁路客运服务应以旅客需求为导向,借助客运服务质量评价体系,完善高速铁路客运服务,满足旅客多样化出行需求。以马斯洛需求理论为基础,针对高速铁路旅客需求和感知建立三级评价指标体系,并提出运用灰色关联度-模糊综合评价法对高速铁路客运服务质量进行评价。对成都东站、重庆西站,以及G2885和G2890次列车高速铁路旅客进行现场调研,基于调研数据,运用灰色关联度-模糊综合评价法评价高速铁路客运服务质量。结果表明,高速铁路列车服务质量总体高于车站服务质量;相比于高速铁路客运服务的基本需求和物质需求,提升服务等级和注重精神尊重是提升高速铁路客运服务质量的努力方向之一。  相似文献

This study applies a modified grey relation method to improve service quality among domestic airlines in Taiwan. First, we replace the referential alternative (sequence) with an aspired alternative, which should better reflect the reality of today’s competitive markets. Second, because the compared alternatives do not usually have the same criteria/aspects, traditional methods are unsuitable to deal with them. Our model fixes this problem, allowing decision-makers to understand the gaps between alternatives and aspired levels in practice. Third, we develop a new ranking index to measure the airlines’ competitiveness in terms of service quality. To validate the effectiveness of our model, we conduct a large sample survey. We also provide managerial improvements needed by each carrier to achieve the aspired level of customer satisfaction.  相似文献

Lord and Brown (2004) have suggested that relational identity plays a boundary role in the relationship between leader–subordinate congruence (leader affective behaviors and interactive justice) and subordinates’ attitudes and behaviors. The purpose of this study is to test this hypothesis in the context of China's hotel industry. A sample of 585 questionnaires from 43 two-five star hotels in Mainland China was analyzed. The results show that the moderating role of relational identity was not significant, though it did have a direct effect on group commitment.  相似文献

Collaborative entrepreneurship research suggests that organizations will soon pursue more collaborative relationships throughout a worldwide network of firms, driving a strategy of continuous innovation, specially small- and medium-size firms (SMEs). Tapping into a body of literature that focuses on the importance of human capital in driving long-term success, we merge ideas of collaborative research with a growing body of work on human capital or human resource management in SMEs. Our paper states that it is not the human, per se, that is the real asset but the relationships those humans have that are the most inimitable and important capital. We will discuss how companies use relational capital as the basis for collaborative entrepreneurship. Consistent with our hypotheses, our exploratory study suggests that smaller firms place more value on relational capital than do larger firms. We also have some indication that the key capital that differentiates low vs. high performance, regardless of firm size, is the relational capital aspect. To sum up, relational capital is a fundamental asset for firms, but especially for SMEs, and high performing companies are those that are able to negotiate with others and develop collaborative agreements, thus placing a high value in relational capital.  相似文献

文章将灰色系统理论中的灰关联分析方法引入到企业境外直接投资方案风险识别中,依据专家评判法得出的各种境外直接投资风险因素的重要度,建立境外直接投资风险的灰关联评价模型。并进行了案例分析,对企业境外直接投资各种投资方案的风险性作出了准确的判断。通过与模糊综合评价进行对比,结果表明灰关联评价模型在境外直接投资项目的风险评价中是有效可行的。  相似文献

This study draws from relational contracting paradigm, transaction cost paradigm, and internationalization process paradigm and evaluates market exchanges, hierarchical exchanges, and relational exchanges between Western manufacturers and their foreign intermediaries in emerging markets. The study suggests that choices of exchange governance be determined by various factors in combination, including experiential knowledge, market conditions, activity complementarity, brand power, and trust. Explorative spatial data analysis (ESDA) is a set of tools to emphasise spatial structure in case of localised data and widely used for testing effects in the case of environmental data. Grey water indicator is considered as a reliable water pollution indicator able to show the quality of water, useful in agriculture and crops production. In this paper, an analysis on the presence of spatial effects in the grey water indicator for crops production is proposed. This analysis is carried out on four cereal crops (i.e., corn, barley, durum wheat and soft wheat) in Italian regions for the period 2011–2015. The output reveals the presence of spatial effects especially for corn which shows a high level of polarisation between South and North regions. ESDA analysis indicates that grey water descending from cereal crops production is characterised by a persistent presence of positive spatial dependence and spatial heterogeneity. Policy makers should take into account those effects to improve the bundle of policies in the field of water management.  相似文献

采用灰色关联分析法,对2010—2020年的当归产量分为2个阶段,对2个时段的当归产量进行动态分析,利用DPS数据梳理软件实现灰色关联分析的数据处理,为提升岷县当地当归发展、增加当地收入提供数据支撑。结果表明,现阶段,影响岷县当归产量的最重要因素是当归的种植面积;农业用电量和农民纯收入对增加当归产量的作用日益突显;相比较而言,化肥施用折纯量的减量增效势在必行,目前有很大发展空间;塑料薄膜的使用和受灾面积的预防措施有待提高;农业机械总动力对产量来说有待进一步加强。提出了增加农民纯收入,扩大农业劳动力,提升科技水平,加强耕地质量建设,稳定当归种植面积等建议。  相似文献

强而有力的企业文化会帮助企业度过成长过程中所遭遇的挑战,形成独特的企业竞争优势。以往绝大多数研究者由于把视野过度放在研究企业内部,聚焦在企业文化对内部员工的影响,从而忽略了外部导向的企业文化对顾客、上游供应商以及下游渠道商的影响力。事实上,这对于企业来说,具有更直接的意义。研究表明具有外部导向文化的企业,其文化最重要的影响就是便于与外部相关利益者建立良好的信任关系和关系纽带。  相似文献
