产品质量认证能否提高农户技术效率——基于山东、河北典型蔬菜种植区的证据

本文基于河北廊坊、山东寿光两地典型蔬菜种植区的1388份微观数据,利用超越对数随机前沿生产函数构建技术效率微观分析框架,在此基础上运用倾向得分匹配法构建反事实假设,估计三种不同类型的产品质量认证对农户技术效率的平均处理效应,并基于回归调整方法对产品质量认证影响农户技术效率的内部机制进行分解,评价产品质量认证对技术效率提升的具体作用路径。研究结果表明:有机农产品认证与绿色食品认证对农户技术效率具有显著的提升作用,农户的技术效率分别提高0.218和0.196;而无公害农产品认证没有显著提升农户的技术效率。考虑到某些不可观测的因素并采用稳健性估计后,该结论仍然稳健成立。此外,对效率增长的分解结果显示,有机农产品认证和绿色食品认证对技术效率的提升作用按贡献率大小依次来源于溢价激励的提升、成本压力的作用、组织支持的增强。     

基于企业文化视角的知识员工激励研究

本文从分析知识员工的含义、特点和核心需求以及企业文化的概念、构成及作用入手,从企业文化的视角,研究构建良性有效的知识员工激励机制,提出了以企业文化来激励知识员工的思路和具体设计方法,从而激发知识员工的创造力。     

央地博弈视角的化解产能过剩新政解读

进入21世纪以来,我国学术与实践界有关产能过剩的讨论就没有停止过,中央政府以及有关部门也一再出台抑制产能过剩的政策文件,但旨在抑制产能过剩的政策为什么没有获得应有的效果?该文从中央与地方政府博弈的视角,以中央政府为委托人,地方政府为代理人,利用委托—代理模型,分析两者各自不同的目标和收益函数,以此解释产能过剩屡抑不止的原因,并根据激励相容理论对2013年的新政进行解读,展望新政效果。     

The evolution of wages in early modern Normandy (1600–1850)

This article presents new estimates of wages for Normandy between 1600 and 1850. We use a vast array of primary and secondary sources to assemble two new databases on wages and commodity prices to establish a new regional consumer price index (CPI) and twelve regional wage series. We find that unskilled labourers earned similar wages across the agricultural, maritime, and textile sectors. Historical evidence suggests that Norman employers grappled with a tight labour market, which placed more pressure on wage increases. We posit that this situation is best explained by the combination of the early fertility transition, resulting in slow demographic growth and the rapid development of the textile industry accelerated by the arrival of cotton. Finally, we also provide tentative evidence suggesting that labourers with stable employment could have earned a little less than their English counterparts during this period.     

委托-代理、薪酬激励与商业银行治理

本文建立了一个银行薪酬激励约束的博弈模型,分析薪酬激励机制的决定和约束因素,并运用中国16家上市商业银行2001至2010年的面板数据对其进行了检验。结果发现中国上市银行高管薪酬激励与经营业绩因素之间基本正相关,与经营业绩稳定性因素没有相关性。其中,净资产收益率是影响高管薪酬的主要因素,而高管薪酬约束与经营风险因素之间没有确切的相关性。银行治理结构在银行经营业绩上有正向激励作用．在经营风险控制上并没有起到太大的作用。     

企业员工薪酬激励的新制度经济学思考

首先简介了薪酬制度的激励作用,并针对现有薪酬制度存在的一些问题,用新制度经济学和博弈分析法揭示其面临的持续低效率困境的根源,在此基础上提出相应的解决该困境的建议。     

Three Short Stories of Progressive Institutional Change

The process of institutional change is a fundamental theme in institutional economics. There are multiple avenues for forging institutional change — policies, laws, cultural norms, social movements, and social practices. I analyze three examples of progressive institutional change. While there are many to choose from, the three short stories focus on: (i) accounting for measures of housework and care work in GDP; (ii) transforming legal values through adoption of marriage equality in the United States; and (iii) interrogating the fresh-tomatoes food supply chain in order to achieve a penny-a-pound more in earnings for migrant field workers. Each of these examples of progressive institutional change involves changing values, a cumulative process.
