对培育我国高科技产业集群的思考

产业集群的要素有企业、市场、品牌、协作关系、生产基地、专业化配套环境、公共研发机构、制度创新等。产业集群的模式有轴轮武产业集群、多核武产业集群、网状武产业集群等。培育产业集群的思路是制定产业集群发展规划、建设配套环境、实施专业化园区建设、培育品牌集群以及实施“目标招商”和“策划招商”。     

产业结构软化及其对世界经济发展的影响

产业结构的状态总是随着经济发展的变化而处于不断变动之中。20世纪中期以来，以信息技术革命为核心的新技术革命的兴起加速了世界产业结构的全方位变革，出现了产业结构软化的趋势。产业结构软化趋势主要表现为产业结构服务化、高技术化、融合化和国际化，它是世界经济发展的必然结果，同时又对世界经济发展产生了重要的影响。

我国在发展化工产业时应当站在“绿色化工”的基础上集群式发展．避免走先污染、再治理的老路。本文以上海市国际化工城集群式发展绿色化工产业为例，在重点分析国外化工产业集群发展和金山绿色化工产业集群特点的基础上．进一步提炼了“绿色集群”的内涵及其创新意义。     

价值链与创新型产业集群社会网络特征研究——基于浙江省产业集群的实证分析

产业集群中大量企业集中在相对较小区域内,这种高密度企业集中会对企业社会网络产生多方面影响。不同类型产业集群在发展过程中呈现许多差异特征,因此企业社会网络特征也非常不同。本研究针对价值链型产业集群与创新型产业集群这两个典型类型产业集群,探讨两种产业集群中企业社会网络特征的差异,并通过实证统计分析来检验不同产业集群类型下企业社会网络特征是否存在显著差异。本研究先通过独立样本T检验证明本研究所取样的两个产业集群分别属于不同类型的产业集群,然后再对不同类型产业集群中企业社会网络四个维度进行独立样本T检验,最终证明不同产业集群类型下企业社会网络特征存在显著差异。     

Study on the clustering of a typical industry：a case of apple industry in Shaanxi Province, China

The apple industry in Shaanxi Province is a resource-based industry; compared to the best productiveregions at home and abroad, it is advantageous in high quality as well as geographical and natural resources. Currently,big changes have occurred in the apple market supply-demand relations; long-term and comprehensive shortage haspassed; the buyer＇s market has come into being; competitions in the domestic market are fierce. At the same time, theforeign apple will impact on the domestic market, increasing competitive pressure. Foreign anti-dumping measures,green barriers and technologies restrict the exportation of the domestic apple. Based on successful experience of otherindustrial clusters, this paper analyzes the existing problems in the development of Shaanxi apple industrial cluster,combining empirical analysis, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, proposes specific policy recommendationsand get the conclusions. First, the characteristics of the agricultural industrial cluster are analyzed; Shaanxi appleindustry is characterized by cluster. Second, the rapid development of Shaanxi apple industrial cluster exposes someproblems. Third, we need the government to control the disorderly competition of Shaanxi apple industry.

工商管理类专业实践教学 ,大致有演示教学、案例教学、单元练习、校内模拟实习、校外生产实习、社会调查、项目设计、撰写论文等。要综合运用和选择教学手段和方法 ,建立大管理学科综合模拟实验室 ,强化专业实习基地建设 ,把实践性教学落到实处。     

论各类失业的结构性质--对西方失业理论的另一种思考

从理论上说失业有很多类型。产业结构调整和升级背景下的失业原因也是多方面的。本文通过对各种失业理论的分析比较 ,认为通常所说的“结构性失业”不足以涵盖产业结构变化中的失业现象 ,现实情况下 ,“混合失业”、“自然失业”、“隐性失业”等都带有结构性质 ,都与产业结构的变化有密切的联系     

Industrial distributors: Can they survive in the new economy?

As e-commerce evolves and gains power in the business-to-business (B2B) marketplace, what lies ahead for the industrial distributor? The fundamental issue from the distributor's point of view is how to compete more effectively and profitably, given the changing business environment of the new economy. This paper reviews the literature on the distributor's role and relationships and introduces a conceptual model of distributor viability. The model identifies sources of value that distributors offer to manufacturers and customers, including customer relationship management (CRM), production and operations management (POM), and knowledge management (KM). The paper explores the managerial implications of distributor relationships and sources of value. This provides the foundation for better understanding of the viability of industrial distributors in the new economy.     

Strategizing in industrial networks

This paper provides an overview of the implications for strategizing offered by an industrial network perspective and a comparison of this view with strategic management thinking. We argue that it is crucial for a company to relate its activities to those of other firms in order to enhance its performance, and it is through the continuous combining and recombining of existing resources that new resource dimensions are identified and further developed within business relationships. From the standpoint of a single company, strategizing from an industrial network perspective implies that the heterogeneity of resources and interdependencies between activities across company boundaries, as well as the organized collaboration among the companies involved, must be considered simultaneously.
