知识创新与企业创新系统发展的关系研究

创新能力是企业生存与发展的关键,也是决定一个国家国际竞争力的关键。知识创新作为企业创新系统中的一个核心子系统,与企业创新系统的发展存在着复杂的需求关系、直接和间接的带动关系以及相互之间的互动关系。在总结前人研究成果的基础上,分析了企业知识创新的内涵、过程及特征,探析了企业创新系统的结构,进而梳理了企业知识创新与企业创新系统发展的需求关系、带动关系与互动关系,可为企业创新活动的开展提供理论依据。     

中俄合作“伞”型新模式的现实支撑——哈牡绥东对俄贸易加工区的建设

中俄区域经济合作的＂伞＂型模式为中国东北振兴与俄罗斯东部地区开发之间的互动合作提供了崭新的思路,而新模式的实行离不开中俄双方共同的努力。哈牡绥东对俄贸易加工区的建设,无论从近期的优化资源配置,形成地方国际化产业集群,还是从远期的进一步加速生产要素聚集,实现东北亚区域内的互动合作,都为中方构建新模式提供了强有力的支撑。     

对会计电算化发展的思考

计算机的发展和普及,使会计电算化得到突破性进展。从最初单纯的记账、算账到现在的通用账务及报表一体化,帮助会计人员逐渐摆脱了繁琐的手工劳动,为会计人员提高了工作效率,促进了我国会计电算化的发展和财务管理水平的提高。文章针对会计电算化发展中存在的问题进行研究分析,并提出了促进会计电算化发展的对策及建议。     

Building capabilities via suppliers' effective management of relationships

This paper is an empirical study identifying the role of a relationship-specific capability of building capabilities through relationships (CBC) when suppliers put efforts into increasing their perceived market effectiveness by managing the effects of relationship quality. The relationship between relationship quality and effectiveness is mediated by CBC. Suppliers in a supply chain form different levels of relationship quality with partners in response to market conditions and industry characteristics. Relationship marketing by suppliers requires a deep understanding of the role of CBC that is developed by a supplier and an effective utilization of CBC to lead an effective relationship to better outcomes. This leads to maximizing of the competitive advantages for suppliers and will help maintain effective relationships.     

Are all startups affected similarly by clusters? Agglomeration,competition, firm heterogeneity,and survival

Are all startups similarly affected by the survival benefits and drawbacks of locating in geographic clusters? In this paper, we argue that prior theorizing may have missed important contingencies that affect whether a startup experiences the benefits and costs of locating in a cluster. In particular, while the local levels of skilled labor, suppliers, and purchasers have a beneficial influence and local competition has a detrimental influence on startup survival, these relationships are moderated by heterogeneity in firms' resources and capabilities. We find support for these arguments using a dataset covering the early life of all independent startups in the Canadian manufacturing sector from 1984 to 1998.     

广东加工贸易企业转型升级发展战略

加工贸易是推动广东经济增长的重要力量,由于全球金融危机等原因,广东加工贸易所依赖的外部环境发生了较大变化,广东加工贸易企业依靠劳动力要素的比较优势已不能适应经济发展的需要,必须通过提高产品的技术含量,提升产品的附加值,延长产业链,优化加工贸易产业结构等途径转型升级以取得竞争优势,提升广东加工贸易企业的国际竞争力。     

环境不确定性、战略能力与企业战略导向选择

企业的战略导向选择是关系企业生存与发展的重大问题,它受到企业内外部因素的显著影响,集中体现为环境不确定性和企业战略能力的共同作用.不同的企业会依据这两方面因素的影响而做出各异的战略导向选择.在对环境不确定性和战略能力进行研究分析的基础之上,提出了企业战略导向选择的理论模型.     

创业团队成员信任对社会网络与企业创新能力关系的影响

本文通过对吉林省112家有效样本企业进行调查,将社会网络细分为内部社会网络和外部社会网络,在创业团队的定义下检验了社会网络与信任对新创企业创新能力的影响。研究结果表明,内外部社会网络都会对企业创新能力产生积极影响,而团队成员之间的信任则作为调节变量影响两者之间的关系。创业团队成员之间的信任越高,越有利于知识、信息的传播与交流,内部社会网络对企业创新能力的积极影响越大;但却易产生"非我发明症"现象,导致外部社会网络对企业创新能力的积极影响越小。     

Capability hierarchy in electronic procurement and procurement process performance: An empirical analysis

This paper examines the interrelationship between two hierarchically structured functional capabilities pertinent in the organizational procurement process, and the impact of these capabilities on procurement process performance. These functional capabilities operate at different levels in an organization's procurement process. We draw upon resource- and knowledge-based views of the firm to theorize that in this hierarchy of information technology-enabled procurement capabilities, the higher-level capability – procurement integration competence – enables firms to develop and deploy a lower-level capability – digital procurement competence. Further, we theorize that the lower-level capability impacts procurement process performance directly and completely mediates the relationship between higher-level capability and performance. Thus, although performance is impacted directly only by the lower-level capability, the higher-level capability facilitates the development and use of the lower-level capability. Our research model is tested using survey data from a large sample of 412 manufacturing firms. The results provide strong support for the proposed research model. In particular, we find that as hypothesized, the impact of procurement integration competence on performance is completely mediated by digital procurement competence. Our results suggest that when examined at the procurement process level, the impact of higher-level capabilities may be manifested completely through the lower-level capabilities. Theoretical and practical implications of the research are discussed.
