浅谈财务管理的价值和创新

财务管理是组织企业财务活动,处理财务关系的一项经济管理工作。抓企业管理要以抓财务管理为核心内容。只有加强财务管理,才能带动和推动其他各项管理。本文从财务管理的地位和目标入手,指出现代企业财务管理中存在的问题,并提出了财务管理中的几点创新。     

一种实现最高级别安全信息系统管理的方法

日益严峻的安全威胁对信息系统的安全管理工作提出了更加严格的要求,通过双机冗余、同城容灾、异地容灾方案,信息系统可以免除各类灾难对信息的破坏,备份加密避免了信息的泄露,而双因素认证加强了访问控制,这些方案的有效结合,形成一套高级别的信息系统安全管理机制。     

区域资源环境承载力评价信息系统设计与开发

区域资源环境承载力是指在一定时期和一定区域范围内,区域资源环境系统所能承受的人口规模及各种社会经济活动的能力。EIS／RRECC是一个建立在MapGIS开发组件基础上的工具型评价系统。本文主要介绍了EIS／RRECC系统目标、技术路线、系统功能和运行设计,最后指出了系统不足之处及未来发展方向。     

电子信息产品环境效应的评价指标体系分析

电子信息产业快速增长,产品更新换代加速,带来了资源能源消耗和污染问题,有必要对电子信息产品进行环境效应的评价分析。本文构建了电子信息产品环境效应评价指标体系,并利用模糊层次分析法确定各指标权重,最后根据权重结果提出有关产品改进和环保方面的政策性建议。     

行政单位预算刚性与预算松弛的实证分析——以新疆维吾尔自治区本级行政单位内部调查问卷为基础

本文以来自新疆维吾尔自治区本级行政单位为调查对象,运用实证分析方法,对部门预算刚性、预算参与和信息不对称水平因素影响预算松弛的关系进行了检验.研究发现,预算刚性、信息不对称和部门预算松弛之间具有显著的正相关关系,预算参与和预算松弛之间具有显著的负相关关系。     

Proposal and validity of Intelligent Customer Information Marketing Model： Strategic development of advanced TMS

In this paper, one vital point of the strategic marketing structure is its definition, marketing activities should be defined from ＂closed marketing activities＂ that are limited to the business and sales division to ＂open marketing activities＂ that can be performed through steady linkage with all other divisions in a company-wide framework. The aim is for an ＂Evolution of Market Creating＂ through ＂High Quality Assurance and Innovating Advertisement, Product planning and Dealers＇ Sales Activities＂ by utilizing the scientific approach of Advanced TMS. So, the authors present an ＂Intelligent Customer Information Marketing Model, ICIM＂ which takes the form of strategic marketing. As an example of the application of this research, the authors apply this model to advertising, product planning and dealers＇ sales activities and obtained the results shown.     

基于资产风险信息不对称的可转债融资信号模型

主要研究了可转债与资产风险信息不对称的信号模型,通过引入信息透明度,成本等因素进一步拓展了Brennan和Kraus(1987)提出的无成本可转债融资信号模型,说明使用可转债融资有助于克服资产风险的信息不对称问题,并能提高融资效率,减少债务融资成本。     

科技信息资源共享与服务的价值传递分析

科技信息资源是国家科技发展与科技创新的重要支撑和基础保障条件,深入分析其在共享与服务各环节间的价值传递特征和基本规律,对于推动资源共享与服务具有重要的指导意义。剖析了科技信息资源及其价值的内涵,以及目前科技信息资源价值研究的现状及存在的主要问题。基于科技信息资源共享与服务的流动过程分析,重点开展了科技信息资源价值传递的基本形式研究,对部门内与部门间科技信息资源价值传递的元模式进行了深入探讨。     

Entrepreneurial competition and its impact on the aggregate economy

This paper models entrepreneurship as the entrepreneur’s information processing activity in order to predict changes in demand and reallocate resources. The results show that allocative efficiency—and therefore aggregate productivity—increases through intensified competition by entrepreneurs grasping at opportunities. This fierce competition leads to price reductions that result in the improvement of measured aggregate productivity. The price reduction also forces relatively less able entrepreneurs to become workers. As resources are then dealt with only by relatively talented entrepreneurs, this selection effect also increases aggregate productivity. The paper also discusses how the selection effect influences the distribution of firm size.      

Technological Innovation and Its Impact on Business Model, Organization and Corporate Culture – IBM’s Transformation into a Globally Integrated, Service-Oriented Enterprise

This article investigates the influence of information and communication technology (ICT) on business transformation. First, the general, ICT-driven development lines of globalization and service-orientation are described. Then, an analysis of the IBM Corporation’s transformation over the past 50 years into a globally integrated, service-oriented company illustrates that ICT innovations must be dealt with by simultaneous adaptation of business model, organization and corporate culture. For many companies the ability to manage this change becomes increasingly critical.
