中国股市的世界一体化与区域一体化：行业视角

本文从行业视角出发，研究了我国A股市场的世界一体化与区域一体化的动态进程。研究发现：特定行业因素对工业、原材料和金融行业的冲击超过了外界因素对A股市场整体的影响；与世界因素相比，亚洲区域因素对A股指数及大多数行业的影响占据主导地位；在次贷危机期间，亚洲区域因素对A股市场中金融行业的影响最大，金融行业成为亚洲区域风险向国内市场传递的主要载体。     

基于资源约束的产业集成系统

随着工业化进程的深入,现有资源已难以承载产业发展的规模和速度。产业系统作为一个开放的复杂巨系统,有必要采取"集成"的方法来突破资源的束缚。在产业协同发展的过程中,如何实现产业内部各组成部分的物质、能量、信息的管理、交流和共享,已成为亟须解决的问题。本文提出采取产业集成化发展战略,遵循系统分析原则,构建多层次的产业集成系统框架,结合可持续发展理论,针对产业集成化的实现提出相应的策略建议。     

GUEST EDITORIAL: Cutting corners in chemical risk limitation

The first genetically modified crops and foods to be approved for commercial use in the European Union have prompted intense controversy. Food retailers and processors have been forced to take up the concerns voiced by their customers. New networks of groups have formed to oppose the technology. In response to these pressures, regulators who approved the products have had to reconsider questions they had previously dismissed or officially resolved. Governments have devised more precautionary measures of various kinds. For example, they have increased the burden of evidence for demonstrating safety, have broadened the practical definition of the ‘adverse effects’ which must be prevented, and have devised marketstage precautions for such effects. These extra measures manage the risk debate as well as any risks. In such ways, the technocratic model of European harmonization is being challenged and superseded. This may allow differences in national practices to be viewed as valuable expert resources for a different harmonization model, rather than as deviations from a universal rational norm. Regulatory conflicts offer precautionary opportunities, which could lead to more flexible and democratic procedures. Theoretical perspectives – on risk, uncertainty, precaution, European integration, expertise and the internal market – help illuminate these possibilities.

Money and the rule of law in ecuador

The rule of law is defined and its implications in the monetary sphere are elaborated. When national monetary arrangements fail to comport with the rule of law, “dollarization” is desirable. That policy provides for more stable money and expectations about its future value. The salutary effects of Ecuador's “dollarization” program of 2000 are reviewed. In addition, a manifesto for economic reform in Ecuador is presented. Its elements are: financial integration, fiscal transparency and control, tax simplification and reform, supermajority voting, deregulation, and privatization.

通过探讨国内外智能建筑的发展,分析了我国智能建筑的发展现状及存在的问题,展望了智能建筑的发展趋势。要发展我国智能建筑,应树立＂以人为本,按需集成＂的思想,充分利用当今的信息科技,并逐渐规范行业术语,加速制定相关行业标准。     

The Impact of Integration and Responsiveness on MNC Subsidiaries’ Market Orientation

ABSTRACT

In this study, the author explored the impact of integration and local responsiveness on the market orientation of multinational corporations’ foreign subsidiaries. An investigation of a sample of 250 foreign subsidiaries in the United Kingdom revealed different effects of integration and local responsiveness on market orientation. In specific, integration directly impacts the development of market orientation of multinational corporations’ subsidiaries, whereas responsiveness effects on market orientation are mainly indirect through first affecting the top management emphasis and then the use of market-based reward systems at subsidiaries. Managerial and research implications are discussed.

Sustainability and branding: An integrated perspective

Sustainability is increasingly drawing the attention of scholars, policy makers, and companies, as the latter are recognizing the necessity and opportunities of implementing sustainable practices in their operations. Marketing plays a substantial role in both applying such initiatives and promoting them, which can be greatly supported through brands. We suggest that firms can use their brands to promote the value of sustainability to their industrial customers, consumers, and other stakeholders. This may be achieved through branding activities that emphasize the firm's sustainability practices and their impact on stakeholders. Expressing sustainability actions as the measurable and relatable outcomes they yield and associating them with brands have the potential to further facilitate this integration of sustainability and branding. A framework and guidelines for sustainability practices that may be employed in this process of integrating operations and marketing are discussed.     

谈京津冀经济一体化的障碍与改进

京津冀经济在中国经济发展规划中一直以来都是重点,该区域经济的发展也一跃变为我国重要的经济增长极。由于京津冀地区地理位置优越、专业人才辈出、科技水平先进,是我国北方地区经济发展的主流。但随着经济全球化的不断发展,我国区域经济面临着前所未有的挑战。本文分析了经济全球化背景下,京津冀地区经济发展存在的障碍,从构建经济系统、发展金融、一体化构想等多个方面提出了改进措施。
