区域经济一体化的新制度经济学分析

在世界经济发展进程中,区域经济一体化是当前世界经济发展的趋势之一,是经济发展到一定阶段的集中体现与必然结果。本文首先介绍了区域一体化组织的理论,然后从新制度经济学的角度来分析区域经济一体化理论,提出了分析区域经济一体化本质的新视角。     

从预算五特性角度推进我国部门预算改革的建议

部门预算是目前我国财政领域的重要改革之一。本文基于国家预算本身应具有的全面性、准确性、绩效性、法律性、综合性等特点,对我国实施六年的部门预算进行考察,发现部门算并没有完全符合这些内在要求,并据此提出相应的改进对策和建议。     

经济一体化与香港股市的国际联动实证研究

本文从汇率制度、利率水平、国际贸易、投资群体等方面,分析香港股票市场所处的宏观管理运行环境,考察香港和美国的密切经济关系,研究全球一体化不断加深的情形下香港、日本和美国股市的动态关系。研究结果表明,三大市场的动态关系依然存在;但恒指跟上证指并不存在协整关系。     

Organizing and integrating marketing and purchasing in business markets: An introduction to the special issue, issues and implications

The article is the introductory paper to the special issue on “Organizing and Integrating Marketing and Purchasing in Business markets”. It analyses the different organizational issues in the marketing and purchasing interfaces by an extensive analysis of the literature. It introduces the different contributions to the special issue and draw some reflections on further research steps.     

The Evolution of Bookkeeping in China: Integrating Historical Trends with Western Influences

This article reviews the development of Chinese single-entry bookkeeping, the emergence of Chinese double-entry bookkeeping and evolutionary trends from single entry to double entry. It identifies the invention and basic nature of Chinese double-entry methods which have reflected cultural changes from within the society. Given this historical perspective, conclusions are drawn about the nature of social and economic change in China and the impact of outside cultural influences. Of particular importance to the timing of progress is the primitive form of double entry entitled Three Feet. This had its gestation about the same time as European innovations were occurring in response to economic and cultural changes which sponsored bookkeeping methods as described by Pacioli. A critical question for examination at present is whether cultural evolution in China can yet support complete integration of its own accounting principles and fundamental philosophies with Western accounting methods. This has proved to be difficult in the past.     

Trade intensity and business cycle synchronization: Are developing countries any different?

Trade intensity increases the business cycle co-movement among industrial countries. Using annual information for 147 countries for the period 1960-99 we find that the impact of trade intensity on business cycle correlation among developing countries is positive and significant, but substantially smaller than that among industrial countries. Our findings suggest that differences in the responsiveness of cycle synchronization to trade integration between industrial and developing countries are explained by differences in the patterns of specialization and bilateral trade.

贸易投资一体化是当今国际经济生活中的重要特征,贸易投资一体化现象的产生和发展,显著地影响着国际直接投资的发展走向。不仅生产(制造)环节的国际直接投资深入发展,而且跨国公司的对外直接投资日益集中于增值潜力最大的研发环节和销售与营运环节,出现了研发的全球化、销售与营运的全球化。     

大中国经济一体化进程及其决定因素——基于平价条件差别的计量分析

本文评估了大中国(祖国大陆、香港和台湾地区)经济体之间的联系,并将之和日本、美国做了比较。真实利息平价、公开利息平价和购买力平价被分别用来测量资本、金融和商品市场的一体化程度。研究显示,没有重要的证据表明“大中国”经济体间的一体化水平强于大陆和其他两个非“大中国”经济体,经济一体化进程需要依靠政府的制度。     

基于“三个一体化”模式下高职生综合素质模糊评价

本文分析目前高职生综合素质测评中存在的弊端和问题,提出构建"三个一体化"模式下高职生综合素质评价体系,探讨了评价体系中各指标的组成及权重的合理分配,通过多层次模糊模型综合评价高职生的综合素质,促使学生自觉自愿地提高自身素质。     

京津冀地区科技创新一体化发展政策研究

京津冀地区科技创新一体化发展是建设创新型国家的迫切需要,是落实国家创新驱动发展战略的重要举措,是贯彻习近平总书记提出的北京科技创新中心定位的要求,也是实现高端引领绿色低碳发展的必然选择。京津冀地区科技创新能力不平衡和异质性,缺少跨行政区科技创新体系,妨碍了科技支撑与引领经济社会合作发展的深度和广度。京津冀地区地域上的邻近性、经济上的依存性、资源上的互补性、三方关系的交叉性和多重性等使得科技创新一体化发展具有必要性与可行性。京津冀地区应通过树立共同的科技创新价值观,建立和而不同的创新制度,构建科技创新一体化的协调机制、强化顶层设计和主动布局、发挥中关村国家自主创新示范区的辐射引领作用、优化科技资源配置、打造“一心两核三带多园区”科技发展格局,以促进科技创新一体化发展。
