陕西省物联网产业发展对策探析

物联网是继计算机、互联网、移动通信网之后的又一次信息产业浪潮。本文结合陕西省物联网产业发展现状和存在问题,针对性地提出了促进物联网产业发展的相关对策。     

发展电子商务，增强企业竞争力

本文分析了电子商务的竞争优势，指出了企业发展电子商务对提高其竞争力的必要性，以及发展电子商务对增强企业竞争力的具体影响，并对未来企业发展电子商务的途径做了展望。     

Critical resource: An institutional economics of the Internet addressing-routing space

This paper links the analysis of IP address policy to the established vocabulary and concepts of institutional economics. Internet addressing and routing are usually discussed in technical terms, yet embedded in this highly technical discourse are a number of critical economic concepts, such as scarcity, externalities, common pool resources, tragedy of the commons, and conflict over the distribution of costs. To solve these problems, governance institutions native to the Internet have evolved. Yet despite the centrality of addressing and routing to Internet governance, there is very little research literature that bridges economic, institutional and technical discussions of IP addressing and routing. This paper connects the techno-economic discussion to analysis of institutions and governance arrangements.     

Information direction, website reputation and eWOM effect: A moderating role of product type

This article examines how the electronic word of mouth (eWOM) information direction (positive vs. negative) and a website's reputation (established vs. unestablished) contribute to the eWOM effect. The article describes a study focusing on the moderating role of the product type (search vs. experience). The results of the experiment show that the eWOM effect is greater for negative eWOM than for positive eWOM, greater for established websites than for unestablished websites, and greater for experience goods than for search goods. The results support the moderating effects of product type on the eWOM information direction-website reputation-eWOM effect relationship. The impact of negative eWOM on the eWOM effect is greater for experience goods than for search goods. Similarly, the impact of website reputation on the eWOM effect is greater for experience goods than for search goods. The findings provide managerial implications for an Internet marketing strategy.     

Re-assessment of E-S-Qual and E-RecS-Qual in a pure service setting

Understanding and measuring electronic service quality including its dimensions has become crucial since a growing volume of business takes place in the cyber world. This paper focuses on measuring electronic service quality and service recovery issues by means of E-S-QUAL and E-RecS-QUAL scales in a pure service oriented setting and across a culturally different consumer group than the original scale. This research covers 2017 customers' assessment of the electronic service quality offered by 13 banks in Turkey. Findings suggest a refined and more stable version of the E-S-QUAL scale for the internet banks. Comprehensive psychometric tests also suggest that E-RecS-QUAL is an appropriate tool to evaluate online service recovery in consumer research.     

基于Internet现状的IP传真设计探讨

本文首先简要介绍了IP传真的现存标准，指出了他们考虑问题的立足点：一个是建立在基于电子邮件的实用基础上的；一个是建立在IP网络的低误码率和高速率的理想化基础上的，以及由此带来的不足，然后提出了一种基于Internet现状的IP传真新观点，并分析了它的优点。     

我国互联网信用体系建设的策略研究——基于中国人民银行征信平台的视角

随着互联网的蓬勃发展,网络购物、网上支付、虚拟货币、在线预订等网络商务活动方兴未艾。与此同时,网络诚信和安全也成为制约网民进行网上交易的关键。目前,我国互联网信用体系建设仍处于起步阶段,从职责、技术、资源节约等方面考虑,可尝试利用中国人民银行的征信系统,扩大互联网上支付信息的采集范围,建设互联网上的信用信息通用平台,构建我国网络信用体系。     

从“人肉搜索”看互联网的公共性

在网络公共领域,人肉搜索作为一种人性化搜索体验,在产生之初本是善良的,但是随着良莠不齐网民大量加入,其本意被扭曲,甚至产生网络暴力和网络暴民。究其根本,互联网的全民性、互动性、信息资源性、补充监督性、技术先进性是其作为新兴公共领域的独特之处。但是,互联网的有限性、制度缺失、公共性渐流失、权利和责任分离等缺点也导致了人肉搜索与公共性发生严重碰撞,其结果是近几年来网络暴力案件的频发和升级。这就需要我们从加强国家法制建设、公民法律意识建设、实行实名制、构建健康公共理性等方面来正确处理＂人肉搜索＂与公共性的关系。     

Non-binding sequential exchange between discounting agents

When exchange is sequential, and no binding agreements can be written, the agent acting first is exposed to the possibility that even if he honors the agreement his trading partner might not. Repeated interaction of this nature is modeled. Exchange will successfully occur when there are ample gains from trade for the second agent, implying that the first agent may be better off with less bargaining power. Thus, the first agent may want to bargain at less than his full ability in order to ensure that an otherwise unsuccessful transaction will successfully occur. Additionally, if the first agent can facilitate exchange by hiring an escrow service, he will do so when his bargaining advantage is sufficiently large.JEL subject classification C70, D40, L14     

Programming for the Internet and Experiential Learning: a New Approach Incorporating a Constructed World

This paper reports on a novel approach taken by the author to the teaching of an Internet programming course targeted at final year diploma and second year degree students. The uniqueness of engineers and their identity is discussed, as is the self-constructed world and ways of knowing in which humankind operates. The novel approach to teaching a software-coding course, and this course’s underlying philosophies of learning, the approach taken in class-contact time, and the methods of interaction with the students are presented, along with the conventional structure, quantitative measures, outline, and assessment of the course. The effects and observations of approaches employed are discussed, and the quantitative outputs achieved are presented alongside the unquantifiable impressions, comments and positive feedback.
