中国互联网基础设施与产业结构优化关系研究

互联网基础设施对于提高产业发展质量、实现产业结构优化升级具有重要作用,同时其建设也需要由产业结构升级推动。基于互联网基础设施与产业结构优化之间的互动关系机理,建立向量自回归（VAR）模型,研究2003—2018年中国互联网基础设施与产业结构优化之间的相互影响关系。结果表明,产业结构合理化对中国互联网基础设施具有显著单向影响,但影响程度偏低;互联网基础设施对产业结构高级化具有显著单向影响,影响程度也较低;产业结构高级化与合理化之间具有双向影响关系。从提高产业发展对互联网基础设施建设的引领作用、扩大互联网基础设施覆盖范围、促进传统产业转型升级等方面提出对策建议。     

基于随机演化博弈的工业互联网平台建设策略研究

工业互联网平台存在的高门槛及复杂的应用场景决定了工业互联网平台与消费互联网平台之间建设模式的巨大差异。当前龙头企业主导的工业互联网平台建设模式存在不足。提出“政府引导-平台提供者牵头-中小制造企业协作”的工业互联网平台建设模式,并构建政府、平台提供者、中小制造企业三方随机演化博弈模型,分析各方在建设工业互联网平台时的策略选择。研究发现：外界不确定因素只会对平台提供者和中小制造企业的决策策略造成影响,政府的决策结果不受干扰;政府决策不受初始支持意愿影响,都将选择支持建设工业互联网平台,而平台提供者以及中小制造企业的决策受彼此的意愿正向影响;平台提供者的决策对政府的政策支持更加敏感,中小制造企业决策对政府的资金支持和惩罚力度更为敏感;成本分配系数增大或减小对于中小制造企业和平台提供者具有相反的影响。     

网络安全建设与防火墙技术研究

随着互联网的飞速进步,互联网在人类日常生活中正扮演着最重要的角色之一。网络安全决定着人类社会能否持续,快速,稳定的发展。为此,在结合了当代先进的网络安全技术理论与相关的实践经验的条件下,本文介绍了保障网络安全的基本技术要素——防火墙及加强网络安全建设的重要因素。     

论网络空间的言论自由

网络空间的互动性、方便性、实时性和身份的虚拟性扩大了言论表达的自由度,也提高了人们的政治参与程度。但是却对公共安全、公共道德和个人隐私造成了负面影响,因此必需从立法、网络内容分级、提高公民的认识水平和判断能力等方面加强对互联网内容的管理与规范。     

The influence of seller strategy on the winning price in online auctions: A moderated mediation model

This paper examines the impact of seller strategy on winning prices in online auctions. In our conceptual model, three strategic choices made by the seller - minimum opening price, auction length, and use of a hidden reserve price - are mediated by the number of bids placed during the auction and moderated by product type. Our tests analyze eBay auction data for four consumer products through two matched studies (two products per study). In particular, we compare products for which value is easily determined with those for which value is less clear. Overall, we find strong evidence of the effects of minimum opening price and hidden reserve prices on final winning prices. The impact of auction length on winning price is less clear. In general, our tests support the idea that potential buyers rely more on signals such as opening price and reserve price for products for which reference prices are less available.

The Relationship Between Consumers’ Tendencies to Buy Compulsively and Their Motivations to Shop and Buy on the Internet

This paper presents the results of a survey of customers of an Internet clothing retailer examining how consumers’ preferences to shop and buy on the Internet rather than at bricks-and-mortar stores differ depending on their compulsive buying tendencies. Using shopping motivations such as seeking product and information variety, the ability to buy unobserved, avoiding social interactions, and experiencing positive feelings during shopping and buying, we find a positive linear relationship between a tendency to buy compulsively and Internet shopping and buying motivations. The research demonstrates that the items used to measure these motivations can also be used to identify buyers who have a tendency to buy compulsively. The paper also offers important retailing, managerial and public policy implications of the findings.     

From the relative to the absolute digital divide in developing countries

This paper argues that the literature on the digital divide is based heavily on relative rather than absolute magnitudes, although the latter has more welfare significance. It is clear that the former concept has been falling sharply in recent years yet such calculations have not been made for the absolute divide. One contribution of this paper is to redress this gap in the literature for both mobile phones and the Internet using a sample of more than sixty countries. The results tend to be broadly consistent with findings from the literature on the adoption and diffusion of IT in developing countries generally and Africa in particular.     

The effect of the Internet on economic growth: Evidence from cross-country panel data

Using cross-country panel data, we found evidence that the Internet plays a positive and significant role in economic growth after investment ratio, government consumption ratio, and inflation were used as control variables in the growth equation.
