昆明市呈贡大学城失地农民的安置问题研究——以柏枝营、郎家营小区为例

呈贡大学城建设是云南省政府作出的建设现代新昆明的重大战略决策。这一战略的实施,将从根本上解决目前昆明城市中发展的问题,改善人文居住环境,提高城市的综合实力。本文以昆明市呈贡新城在建立大学城过程中所面临失地农民的安置问题为背景,结合呈贡新城的实际情况提出对策建议,力求在云南省经济的发展、社会的安定及新农村的建设方面具有一定的参考价值。     

注册会计师在环境审计中所占地位初探

随着国际地位的日益提高以及经济的快速发展,我国的环境保护压力日益加剧,环境审计势必将发挥越来越重要的作用。但现阶段我国环境审计的主体是政府主导的相关部门,审计效果并不理想。为了避免在公有制经济中政府干预进入市场导致低效率,根据委托-代理理论的相关内容,可以确立注册会计师在环境审计中的主体地位。在此基础上,进行以财务为导向的审计活动,从而增强所披露信息的准确性及时效性,以促进企业利益相关者做出正确的决策。     

金融服务“三农”的问题与对策——以吉林省四平市为例

农业是四平市传统优势产业。几年来,四平中支认真贯彻落实上级行关于金融支持＂三农＂经济发展的一系列政策措施,紧密结合地方实际,积极引导辖区涉农金融机构不断改善金融服务,有力推动了＂三农＂经济的持续健康发展。本文重点指出带有普遍性、倾向性和根本性的问题,并结合实际研究提出对策意见。     

中国农村金融体制改革问题浅析

农村金融体制改革现成为我国农业政策中一项重大方向,中国政府要发展经济,其重点难点是在农村;经过改革开放的发展,已初步形成多层次、广覆盖的农村金融机构体系。本文通过对目前状况的分析,提出相关建议。     

玫革开放以来农村改革的探索与启示

改革开放以来，历届中央领导集体不断对“三农”问题进行了认识与实践的探索，形成了一脉相承的解决“三农”问题的基本思路：解放和发展农村生产力、转移农村剩余劳动力与减少农民数量、部署社会主义新农村建设、推进“四化同步”与实现城乡发展一体化。这一行之有效的基本思路昭示：只有坚持实事求是、以人为本和统筹兼顾，才能妥善解决“三农”问题。     

公共支出绩效:"热"考评中的"冷"思考

公共支出绩效，是目前财政理论界与实践部门探讨较多的重大问题，中央和地方许多部门也在不同领域尝试进行对公共支出绩效的考评。但是，必须指出的是，由于我国绩效考评理论研究的程度有限，实际业务部门的思想观念还未宾正到位，加之一些考评的基础性工作没有充分做好，对公共支出绩效的考评，目前还存在一些误区、问题和亟待改进之处。笔者试图对上述问题进行初步的梳理，并在现实制度框架下提出改进的对策建议。     

The changing role of the corporate HR function in global organizations of the twenty-first century

The primary focus of this paper is to examine how the increased demand for global corporate strategic consistency and flexibility redefines the roles of the corporate human resource function and its venues of influence. In particular, we analyse possible causal linkages among strategic international HR management, strategic leadership of corporate top management team (i.e. TMT), and alternative global assignment options. As globalization significantly changes not only the operating boundaries but also the symbolic context of the global organization, we argue that corporate HR function can play more influential roles in global organizations than it has in the past.     

高职院校在社会主义新农村建设中的作用及对策研究

社会主义新农村建设是当前乃至今后一段时期内我国社会主义建设的一项重要任务。其核心任务是农村人口素质的大面积提高和科学技术的普及。高职院校作为培养技术应用性人才的摇篮，要肩起为新农村建设培养一代新人的神圣使命，明确自身任务，为新农村建设提供科技支撑和优质的社会服务。     

Human Rights,Transnational Corporations and Embedded Liberalism: What Chance Consensus?

I assessed change in students’ moral reasoning following five 75-min classes on business ethics and two assignments utilizing a novel pedagogical approach designed to foster ethical reasoning skills. To minimize threats to validity present in previous studies, an untreated control group design with pre- and post-training measures was used. Training (n = 114) and control (n = 76) groups comprised freshmen business majors who completed the Defining Issues Test before and after the training. Results showed that, controlling for pre-training levels of moral reasoning, students in the training group demonstrated higher levels of post-training principled moral judgment than students in the control group.     

A cross-cultural comparison of electronic word-of-mouth and country-of-origin effects

Word-of-mouth has been shown to differ across cultures but the extent to which these differences extend to the online environment has not been investigated. This study examines the content of 5993 discussion postings to U.S.- and China-based discussion boards during two 90-day periods in 2004 and 2005. The results show significant differences in the behavior of participants on the different discussion boards; those on the China-based discussion boards engaged in higher levels of information-seeking than their U.S. counterparts, and lower levels of information-giving. Participants on the Chinese discussion boards also engaged in significantly higher (and increasing) levels of discussion regarding the Country-of-Origin (CoO) of products. This first study of cross-cultural differences in CoO effects online revealed an important extension to previous offline studies of CoO effects, finding strong negative CoO effects which appeared to be largely independent of product quality, relating instead to nationally based animosity towards the CoO.
