本文分析了在电子商务环境下对客户价值进行评价的必要性,在传统的客户价值评价指标的基础之上结合电子商务的特点提出了电子商务环境下的客户价值评价指标,并且结合层次分析法,构建出电子商务环境下的客户价值评价模型。

我国投资者情绪容易受到噪音交易者影响,其他类型交易者可利用噪音交易者的交易策略在博弈中获取超额利润,这为投机性泡沫的产生提供了微观基础。在市场波动机制中,投资者情绪与股价变化存在动态关系,股价泡沫存在内在持续性,引发市场正反馈效应,从而促成投机性泡沫的生成。     

Advancing formative measurement models

Formative measurement models were first introduced in the literature more than forty years ago and the discussion about their methodological contribution has been increasing since the 1990s. However, the use of formative indicators for construct measurement in empirical studies is still scarce. This paper seeks to encourage the thoughtful application of formative models by (a) highlighting the potential consequences of measurement model misspecification, and (b) providing a state-of-the art review of key issues in the formative measurement literature. For the former purpose, this paper summarizes findings of empirical studies investigating the effects of measurement misspecification. For the latter purpose, the article merges contributions in the psychology, management, and marketing literatures to examine a variety of issues concerning the conceptualization, estimation, and validation of formative measurement models. Finally, the article offers some suggestions for future research on formative measurement.     

Ethical Commitment,Financial Performance,and Valuation: An Empirical Investigation of Korean Companies

A variety of stakeholders including investors, corporate managers, customers, suppliers, employees, researchers, and government policy makers have long been interested in the relationship between the financial performance of a corporation and its commitment to business ethics. As a subject of research, the relations between business ethics and corporate valuation has yet to be thoroughly quantified and investigated. This article is an effort to amend this inadequacy by demonstrating a statistically significant association between ethical commitment and corporate valuation measures. Consistent with anecdotal evidence, we have found a significant association between the ethical commitment of Korean companies and their valuation on the Korean stock market. However, the result reveals that the association between ethical commitment and financial performance is not significantly supported. Research interests are business ethics, family-supportive program, and organizational commitment.     

国有企业腐败预警指标体系构建

近几年来,国企腐败现象愈演愈烈,已成为人们关注的焦点。本文根据国企腐败的表现和特点,以目前广泛应用的反腐败指标为基础,有针对性地筛选、改造了12组指标,构建了一套完整的国有企业腐败预警指标体系,为国有企业的反腐败工作提供了新的方法和思路。     

中小企业治理、治理指数与企业绩效

本文设计了中小企业治理评价指标体系,并对100家县域中小企业的治理状况进行了评价,结果显示中小企业治理指数平均值仅为33.57。实证分析表明,中小企业治理指数不能够显著解释每股收益和净资产收益率;同时也发现,第一大股东持股比例、董事会是否设立、总经理薪酬结构等对企业绩效也没有显著的影响,中小企业治理结构与机制的建立仅仅是形式上所为,最后据此给出提升中小企业治理水平的政策建议。
