安徽省生物医药产业发展现状及对策

目前,生物医药产业已成为国家"十二五"规划布局重点扶持的战略性新兴产业之一,也是安徽省重点发展产业。安徽省生物医药产业经过近半个世纪的发展,已形成一定的发展规模,对国内生物医药的发展具有一定的推动作用。本文首先对安徽省生物医药产业的发展现状进行全面分析;再次,剖析安徽省生物医药产业发展存在的问题;最后,针对存在的问题给出相应的发展对策,为促进安徽省生物医药产业又快又好发展提供参考意见。     

Just Doing Business or Doing Just Business: Google,Microsoft, Yahoo! and the Business of Censoring China’s Internet

This paper addresses the criticism recently directed at Internet companies who have chosen to do business in China. Currently, in order to conduct business in China, companies must agree to the Chinese government’s rule of self-censoring any information the government deems inappropriate. We start by explaining how some of these companies have violated the human rights of Chinese citizens to freely trade information. We then analyze whether the justifications and excuses offered by these companies are sufficient to absolve them of moral responsibility. We argue that both justifications and excuses offered are insufficient. Wilfully abiding by unjust laws, albeit necessary to do business in China, should not trump moral actions that protect rights. “This is not something we did enthusiastically, or not something that we are proud of at all.”– Elliot Schrage answering questions from Congress regarding Google’s decision to censor its Internet searches in China Neil Haddow is currently finishing his PhD in philosophy at the University of Waterloo. His interests are moral and political philosophy at the theoretical and applied levels. He is the co-author of another paper forthcoming in The Journal of Business Ethics on age discrimination and automobile insurance. G. Elijah Dann presently lectures for the Department of Philosophy at the University of Toronto. He is author of After Rorty: The possibilities for ethics and religious belief (Continuum Press, 2006), and is editor of a forthcoming book on Christianity entitled, Leaving Fundamentalism (Wilfrid Laurier University Press, 2007).

礼貌在跨文化交际中起着举足轻重的作用,但其也具有文化差异性。本文通过对一则跨文化交际失误的例子的分析,试图分析中美两种不同的文化模式在几个方面对礼貌起到的影响。

Annual Meeting and Exhibition held in Las Vegas, Nevada on December 3–5, 2019 at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino. The Convention included a program for both Meeting/Event Management faculty and students pursuing degrees in the Meetings Incentive Conventions & Events, (MICE) industry     

跨国水污染所引发的社会危机及其对策分析

跨国水污染是当前危害国际公共安全，破坏区域生态环境的一个新问题，其危机的发生既有追求经济利益至上的主观原因，也有制度建设滞后的客观原因。因此，对包括我国在内的各国政府来讲，就须认真弄清跨国水污染社会危机发生的原因和危害，并从加强国际间的合作与交流和建立长效危机应对管理机制方面来预防和应对此类危机的发生。

文章介绍了西门子公司的通用逻辑模块LOGO!的功能和特点,以及LOGO!在滤棒成型设备改进及实验中的应用,并根据应用经验,提出了一些有效的使用和设计方法。     

供应链——营销一体化随机模型研究

供应链活动的一体化已成为大多数行业的必需的竞争力。文章研究单工厂、多产品、多周期、多分销中心供应链网络的供应链—营销一体化问题。提出了利用随机混合整数规划方法,建立了一体化模型。随机模型解决了需求的不确定性问题。同时,模型优化了系统的生产批量、车辆调度和库存。数值实例展示了模型的应用,并用优化软件“What’sBest!”求出了结果。最后指出模型还可以在很多方面进行扩展。     

标准视角下区域物流与区域经济互动关系研究

为了保持区域竞争优势,实现经济高速发展,区域就需要更好地运用全部物流资源,使这些物流资源所形成的物流竞争力成为经济高速增长的强劲推动力,而物流标准对物流竞争力又具有重要影响。因此,选取区域物流作为研究对象,确定基于标准视角衡量区域物流竞争力的综合指标,根据1998～2011年杭州市年度数据,运用协整理论和Granger因果检验分析标准视角下区域物流与区域经济发展的互动,提出促进杭州市区域物流与区域经济健康协调发展的策略:加强物流标准建设;整合区域物流资源。     

THE DETERMINANTS OF PRICE IN ONLINE AUCTIONS: MORE EVIDENCE FROM QUANTILE REGRESSION

This study explores how seller reputations affect auction prices and concludes that earlier findings may be biased due to the misspecification of seller reputation. This paper contributes to the literature by offering significant empirical evidence using Taiwanese internet auction data. Our study reveals that the influence of seller reputations on auction prices is significant, irrespective of the assumptions of linear or non‐linear relationships with price. However, failure to consider the non‐linear setting of seller reputation leads us to underestimate the impact of reputation when the seller's reputation score is low, but overestimates it when the seller's reputation becomes high. Using quantile regression, this study finds evidence of considerable differences in their impact on auction prices that are dependent on the distribution of price levels.
