城镇污水处理厂污泥处置技术综述

随着我国污水处理厂的大量建成并投入运行,城市污水排放量不断增长,污水处理产生的污泥也不断增加。如果未经一定处理和处置的污泥直接进入环境,将会给环境造成二次污染,容易对生态环境和人类活动构成严重威胁。因此,如何合理地处理、处置污泥,已成为城镇污水处理厂和相关部门必须重视的问题。介绍了污泥的多种处置技术,并分析了不同处置技术的优缺点,指出土地利用在我国具有广阔的前景。     

农村土地流转的障碍与对策探析

近年来我国的农村土地流转发展速度很快,但是还存在一些问题,本文将简要分析阻碍土地流转的因素并提出个人建议。     

Land rental market, off-farm employment and agricultural production in Southeast China: A plot-level case study

This paper performs a plot-level analysis of the impact of land rental market participation and off-farm employment on land investment, input use, and rice yields for 215 plots cultivated by 52 households in three villages in Northeast Jiangxi Province. Our findings show that households that rent extra land are relatively more productive, but contradict results of earlier studies which found that tenure status of plots affects the level of land investments. We further find that off-farm employment does not significantly affect rice yields. This result contradicts those of earlier studies which found that the negative lost-labor effect of off-farm employment dominates the positive income effect. Another novel finding is that people working locally off-farm tend to switch from green manure planting towards the use of organic manure on their rice plots. We conclude that policies that will further stimulate the development of land rental markets, which is still in its infancy, can contribute significantly to higher rice production in Southeast China. Another implication of our results is that worries about the negative impact that the continuously growing off-farm employment may have on China's goal to remain self-sufficient in grain production are less relevant at the moment for the region examined in our study.

利益相关者理论的经济伦理意蕴

利益相关者理论不仅是一种管理技巧,而且是一种企业和经济伦理理论。其含义是指能够影响企业或受企业决策和行为影响的个人与团体,有广义和狭义之分:广义的利益相关者以经验主义的事实为基础,集中于参与者对企业行为的影响力方面;狭义的利益相关者则以合法性原则要求为基础,合同、法律和道德义务成为确定利益相关者的依据。其伦理维度是,企业与利益相关者之间是一种相互对待、双边互求的平等的伦理关系,是一种信任伦理,要求企业尊重利益相关者的包括道德权利在内的各种权利,具有广泛的公正性。企业处理与利益相关者的关系时必须认清关系、认定权益并对社会负责。

受动抑或主动:城市土地集约利用促进性因素机理研究

文章突破了原有的城市土地限制性因素分析,从城市土地经营的行为主体的角度,开创性的提出城市土地集约利用的促进性因素,对城市土地的集约类型进行了划分,划分为了主动性土地集约和受动性土地集约,进而细分为内生性主动集约和外生性主动集约、相权性受动集约和调控性受动集约。并将这些因素置于私人收益、私人成本、社会收益、社会成本的复合坐标体系之下作了进一步的区分与研究,分别对其形成的原因和表现作了进一步的阐释和描述,同时对控制土地集约度的重要性子以强调,最后对土地集约促进性因素的分类及其运作做了相关的展望。     

Transdisciplinarity in land use science – A review of concepts,empirical findings and current practices

In the search for solutions to complex real-world problems, the benefits of transdisciplinary research (TDR) have been widely heralded. Land use science appears to be a designated field for TDR. However, to date, the additional expenses of TDR are accompanied by a so far not proved added value, and empirical findings are claimed to be scarce and dispersed over several disciplines and case studies.We reviewed 299 articles obtained from a structured literature search to (1) investigate the current differences between theory and practice, (2) identify empirical findings, and (3) ascertain the contributions of TDR to promoting sustainable land use management.Our results demonstrate that, in spite of an increasing conceptual consistency in the theoretical discussion of TDR, the implementation of TDR remains a substantial challenge, in part because of the gap between theory and practice. In addition, research on TDR is science and process centred. The benefits of TDR in addressing real-world problems within the field of land use remain unproven.     

Motivations and Use Context in Mobile Tourism Shopping: Applying Contingency and Task–Technology Fit Theories

Mobile tourism shopping is an emerging market, but there is little theoretically based research on the topic. This study investigates the impact of motivations (value, enjoyment, time saving and mobility) on consumer satisfaction by applying contingency and task–technology fit theories in the mobile tourism shopping context. The results show that value and enjoyment have significant effects on satisfaction. Use context is found to have a full mediating role between time saving and satisfaction as well as between mobility and satisfaction. This study offers theoretical and practical contributions to the tourism literature and mobile tourism industry. Copyright © 2013 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
