国外住房合作社的经验与启示

住房舍作社作为解决低收入者住房问题的社会团体组织,在国外已有一百多年的历史.鉴于住房合作社在解决低收入者住房方面的重要作用,国外的住房合作社在发展的过程中普遍得到了政府的大力支持.在当前我国各大城市房价扶摇直上的背景下,我们应该借鉴国外发展住房合作社的经验,发展我国的住房合作社,使城市中的低收入者实现居者有其屋.     

谈桥梁裂缝在道桥工程中的影响

本人结合多年参与公路桥梁现场施工工作实践,对部分桥梁在建设过程中常见的一些裂缝类型进行归类总结,通过查找原因分析问题,才能让我们真正地了解各种裂缝的引发成因,进而制订防范措施,达到预防布控之目的。

约翰·贝拉米·福斯特是生态学马克思主义的重要思想家和代表人物。福斯特在马尔库塞的制度批判和社会批判、阿格尔的消费异化导致生态危机、奥康纳的双重危机等理论的基础上,通过对马克思主义经典著作的文本解读,运用马克思主义生态唯物主义理论和方法,深刻分析了资本主义与生态矛盾的根本原因,提出了自己的生态学马克思主义思想,同时完成了对马克思主义生态学思想的理论重构。     

A characterization of exact non-atomic market games

Continuous exact non-atomic games are naturally associated to certain operators between Banach spaces. It thus makes sense to study games by means of the corresponding operators. We characterize non-atomic exact market games in terms of the properties of the associated operators. We also prove a separation theorem for weak compact sets of countably additive non-atomic measures, which is of independent interest.     

改善圆钢切断口形变的力分析与方法研究

分析了引发钢件二次加工中切口材料损耗的断口形变力学机理,提出一种动刀片偏离安装、实现滚动切断的改良切制方法。运用Adams分析表明,该方法能改善圆钢在钢筋切断机上的断口圆度,从而能减少钢件二次加工量,提高材料利用率。     

Open core and quasi-equilibria with lower semi-continuous preferences

Summary. This note introduces a new concept of core –open core, using which it shows a quasi-equilibrium existence result in an economy where consumers' preference relations are assumed to be lower semi-continuous, but not necessarily to have open lower sections nor to be open valued, such as the lexicographic ordering. 通过对仰角钻孔抽放有效段的观测,总结出不同煤层采后裂隙带的高度,为以后同一煤层回采的顶板高抽巷、仰角钻孔高度确定提供可靠依据。     

贝尔凹陷霍12井区断裂特征与构造样式

贝尔凹陷霍12井区主要发育两套明显断裂系,发育于铜钵庙组到南屯组的下部断裂系和大磨拐河组到伊敏组的上部断裂系,下部断裂展布主体为北东向,上部地层主体展布方向转化为南北向。霍12井区主要构造样式为铲式扇、翘倾断块等拉张构造样式,扭动构造样式及反转构造样式。     

深入分析油田设备故障 促进油田安全生产——以油田钻机滑车吊钩断裂为例

对油田钻机断裂吊钩的宏观形貌、吊钩材质、金相组织和吊钩强度校核几方面进行了研究。其断裂的原因是实际起重载荷与铭牌标注的额定起重载荷不符,吊钩起重量达不到3.2吨;操作者在操作使用过程中使用不当,未完全依照操作规程,出现冲击载荷,导致产生脆断。
