现代西方资本结构理论对中国的政策启示

MM理论的提出奠定了现代金融学和理财学的基础，但由于该理论众多假设条件及经济社会的不断变化，使其存在一些缺陷或局限性。随后的经济学家们对MM理论的不断修正使其得到了进一步的发展和完善，对中国上市公司健康发展和资本市场的进一步完善具有重要的政策启示。     

我国网上银行发展之法律问题

全球银行业正经历着一个激动人心的时代,网上银行顺理成章地成为这一时代的见证和表征。WTO体制下金融业的全面开放将使网上银行业务成为中外金融业竞争的焦点。现行监管模式和法律规制对于网上银行显得力不从心,已不能适应其蓬勃发展的客观需要。就有关网上银行及其业务的的监管模式、归责原则、民事责任等相关法律问题加以探讨,并提出一些浅见。     

The Influence of Socioeconomic Factors on Economic Growth

The main goal of this paper is to analyse the relationship between social capital and economic growth taking into account the role of fiscal policy from theoretical and empirical points of view. To achieve this goal, “Human Capital and Public Capital Effects on Economic Growth” is focused on the effects of two traditional factors: human capital and public capital effects on economic growth. “Social Capital Effects on Economic Growth” considers qualitative variables introducing some socioeconomic effects on economic growth process analysis. In this case, social capital the main variable will be considered. “Empirical Analysis,” an empirical analysis is developed considering the case of European countries prior to the EU enlargement. Finally, in Conclusions,” the main conclusions will be resumed.      

A simple model of macroeconomic policy

This paper develops a simple model of macroeconomic policy in which the government minimizes a loss function with inflation and unemployment as arguments, subject to a Phillips curve constraint. The model is solved and a discrete time approximation taken. The model's empirical predictions are derived and some test results are presented.     

Instability in the dividend policy of the Istanbul Stock Exchange (ISE) corporations: evidence from an emerging market

Dividend policy behaviour of corporations operating in emerging markets is significantly different from the widely accepted dividend policy behaviour of corporations operating in developed markets. This study provides evidence from the Istanbul Stock Exchange (ISE), an emerging European stock market, and analyses empirically whether the ISE corporations follow stable cash dividend policies in a regulatory environment that imposed mandatory dividend policies. Unlike the empirical results supporting the stable dividend policy behaviour of corporations operating in developed markets, the empirical results show that the ISE corporations follow unstable cash dividend policies and the main factor that determines the amount of cash dividends is the earnings of the corporation in that year.     

沿海地区制造业密集区产业迁移的区位选择——以广东为例

产业转移的区位选择是区域空间调控政策的基础,受到区域交易环境和企业生产指向特征的影响,区域交易环境由软交易成本和硬交易成本构成,企业生产指向类型则以企业生产组织方式为基础。研究发现,珠三角地区的企业在迁移选址时,在空间上和时序上存在首先在过渡区然后迁移到边缘区的趋势,因此,当前广东以边缘区作为产业转移空间调控的重点地区是值得商榷的,空间调控的重点应在过渡区域。     

中国产业内贸易的产生机理与政策建议

本文通过产业内贸易成因理论分析了我国产业内贸易产生机理的特殊性。通过构建更加贴近中国国情的产业竞争度模型，来解释中国产业内贸易产生的机理。并以此为基础，提出了发展中国产业内贸易的政策建议。     

旅游政策与法规课教学改革探析

“旅游政策与法规”是全国导游资格证书的统考课,为了能够提高该专业课的教学质量和教学效果,本人从三个方面进行了教学改革的尝试:一是案例分析教学法,二是加强课后实训实练,三是强化基础训练,提高了教学效果。     

基于结构突变理论的我国货币法流通速度的长期趋势

本文利用结构突变理论，对我国狭义、广义货币流通速度的数据生成过程进行了实证研究，结果表明：改革开放以来，我国狭义、广义货币流通速度服从于单位根过程，数据生成过程并未发生结构突变，因而基本保持了持续下降的“稳定态势”。

本文从新《企业所得税法》配套法规应明确的目标、配套法规立法中的难题、新《企业所得税法》存在的主要问题、部门权利与各方利益协调、配套法规与征管法的协调等方面,对新《企业所得税法》在实施中需要注意的问题提出了自己的观点和看法.
