该文就教风问题在学生和教师两个层面开展了问卷调查,并针对问卷调查中反映出来的情况,提出了教风建设的对策和建议.     

中西文化的关系问题

怎样正确对待中国文化和西方文化遗产,科学地看待中西文化的关系,自近代以来一直是人们探讨的一大课题;应从总体上认识和分析中西文化的异同,发扬中华文化的优良传统,吸收西方先进文明,扬长避短,建设有中国特色的社会主义现代化和社会主义先进文化。     

A cross-national investigation of incentive sales compensation

Why do managers choose one sales compensation form rather than another? Theoretical answers typically focus on the type of plans managers should design, not on the factors that managers actually consider. Managers from various national origins pursue and weigh objectives through experience in a way that theoretical models may not capture. Incorporating conceptualizations from a wide range of disciplines, we specify a model examining the influence of cultural factors on sales compensation decisions of managers (incentive vs. fixed pay and parity vs. equity allocation). The model, tested with data collected from bank managers across six European countries, illustrates the importance of considering national culture when designing sales force compensation policies applied across multiple countries. We also find evidence that most European bank managers accept incentive pay to motivate salespeople but, perhaps paradoxically, overwhelmingly reject equity allocations to achieve control and parity. We discuss the implications of our findings for research on international governance systems and the diffusion of sales force management practices.     

Optimal portfolio composition and the CAPM

It is commonly assumed that the CAPM implies that all investors hold a balanced portfolio, “the market portfolio,” and investors just determine the proportion of their wealth held in the market portfolio and the risk-free asset. That this is patently at odds with observed investor behavior is sometimes used to justify rejecting the CAPM. However, by assuming that substitute securities exist, in this paper we still obtain the CAPM, although investors neither hold all of the assets in the market nor a balanced shareholding in the assets they do hold.     

我国对国民经济核算的贡献

国民经济核算是国民经济分析和政策的重要工具。改革开放以来,我国统计理论界的专家学者和实际工作部门的工作者从实际出发,理论联系实际,不断开拓创新,不仅推动了我国统计事业的不断发展,而且对国民经济核算理论与方法的发展做出了较大的贡献,主要包括四个方面:提出国民经济核算的平衡原则,消除了理论与方法上的误解;创立社会劳动价值论,奠定了我国国民经济核算体系的理论基础;提出国民大核算理论,明确了国民经济核算理论与方法的发展方向;整合MPS与SNA,丰富了国民经济核算的理论与方法     

The optimal policy rule under rational expectations and multiplier uncertainty

This paper shows the role of macro policy under multiplier uncertainty when expectations are rational and the supply structure is affected by price level variance. Policy less is a function of price level variance and possibly of the expected price level. If the letter argument is omitted from the less function, optimal policy simply minimizes the horizontal variance of the aggregate demand curve. If it is not omitted, the level of policy depends on the responsiveness of the supply structure to price level variance, and there may be multiple local policy optima.     

Accounting and the emergence of care pathways in the National Health Service

This paper examines the effects of New Public Management reforms on the information infrastructure underpinning the work of public service professionals. Focussing on the case of the British National Health Service (NHS), the paper argues that hospital accounting reforms played a significant role in the emergence of standardised models of clinical practice. The paper moreover argues that, under the label ‘care pathways’, such standardised models of clinical practice became embedded in the information infrastructure of the NHS and concludes by discussing their implications for the work of doctors and hospital accountants.     

近十五年国家社科基金资助经济学项目的统计分析

本文对1993～2007年近15年间国家社科基金资助经济学项目的类型分布、时间分布、隶属系统分布、地区分布、学校分布、主持人分布等进行了统计分析,借以探讨我国经济学研究的状况.其结果是经济学仍然是我国未来相当长时期内的研究热点,经济学研究内容有很强的时效性,选题紧密围绕国家"十一五"规划的重点发展目标.经济学研究力量在系统、单位及地区的分布极不均衡,表现出很强的离散态势.     

英国电网应急预案与紧急恢复

针对我国南方雪灾造成大面积断电后如何紧急恢复的命题,本文收集和整理了英国电力应急机制的有关信息.首先简要回顾了英国电力工业的市场化运行背景.重点介绍英国国家电网公司的电网应急预案和电网系统崩溃时的紧急恢复(黑启动),最后对我国的电网设计提出一些建议.     

从转变经济增长方式到转变经济发展方式

党的十七大报告首次将"转变经济增长方式"改为"转变经济发展方式",这一全新的思想,反映了我们党经济建设指导理念的升华,具有重大而深远的意义.改革开放30年来,我国经济保持了持续稳定的高增长和高发展,但存在的各种问题也十分明显.只有坚持科学发展观为指导,切实转变经济发展方式,才能有效实现经济社会全面协调和可持续发展的目标,促进国民经济又好又快发展.
