日本的环境立国战略及其启示

2007年6月,日本内阁会议通过了《21世纪环境立国战略》。该战略进一步明确了通过发展环境、能源技术和改革社会经济系统以实现经济发展与环境保护的双赢,走经济社会可持续的发展道路,奠定了日本对内对外环境政策的基础。环境交流与合作是我们与环境先进的发达国家互利共赢的一个结合点。因此,我们应当充分利用国际环境合作的平台,积极引进环境先进国家的环保节能技术和经验,以推动我国资源节约型和环境友好型社会建设。     

院士中的“国家杰青”分析——兼论江西省“国家杰青”的培养

国家杰出青年科学基金是我国目前资助青年科技人员力度最大的基金,产生的效果也非常显著,获资助者在学术研究中作出了突出贡献,从最近7届中国科学院、中国工程院院士增选中46名杰出青年基金获得者当选可见一斑.本文还对江西省培养国家杰出青年提出了建议.     

城市竞争力研究综述

本文对城市竞争力的相关概念进行了辨析。这些概念主要有：比较优势、竞争优势、核心竞争力等。在梳理这些概念的同时对这些概念与城市竞争力的关系进行了分析，确定了本文研究的城市竞争力概念。     

Yangzhou harbor developmental strategy study based on scenario planning

Based on the introduction of Scenario Planning Theory and the environmental analysis of the Yangzhou Harbor Logistics Park, the development strategy for the Park is discussed. Combining the advantages of the Yangzhou Harbor and Yangzhou Export Processing Zone, a new development pattern is designed. Under this pattern, an interactive integration strategy among Logistics Park, Harbor, Export Processing Zone and Tax Reservation Section is proposed. This strategy is called Radiation Promoting Developmental Strategy.     

A comparative institutional analysis of agreements on product standards

The WTO and the EU have chosen two different agreements on product standards. While the WTO's approach is primarily based on a “National Treatment” (NT) principle, the EU's approach crucially relies on a principle of “Mutual Recognition” (MR). This paper offers a first look at the comparative performance of these two principles. We show that standards are imposed for levels of externalities that are too low under NT and too high under MR. This suggests that NT should be preferred to MR when the amount of trade in goods characterized by high levels of externalities is large.     

城市公园使用状况评价(POE)应用案例研究--以北京玉渊潭公园为例

本文运用POE(post occupancy evaluation)基本研究方法,对北京玉渊潭公园做了调查研究.通过观察公园使用者的各类活动,采访公园的使用者以及发放抽样调查问卷等形式,了解北京玉渊潭公园的使用状况,并对调查所获直接、真实的信息和数据做分析、整理,得到POE评价分析报告.该报告可为玉渊潭公园改善服务设施、提高管理水平提供依据,也可为其它类似公园的设计管理提供借鉴.     

论法学本科教学的三个维度和课堂模式--从与司法考试相衔接切入

我国法学教育呈现出不少与司法考试相抵牾的欠衔接之处,二者在“教什么”和“考什么”、“怎么教”和“怎么考”方面的匹配程度亟需衔接。法学本科教学主要是通识教育,应关注价值、规范和事实三个维度;其中,规范学习是根本,案例学习和理论学习是规范学习的深化。法学本科教学课堂模式只有突出其模式自身的“比较优势”才能自证其合理性;以教师激情触发学生兴趣,使课堂教学成为一个真正有效的过程并获得良好的教与学的效果。     

Motive-Based Tourist Market Segmentation: An Application to Native American Cultural Heritage Sites in Arizona,USA

This paper utilises a motive-based segmentation to understand tourists to cultural heritage sites in Arizona, USA. The data for this study were collected through mail survey from a representative sample of 671 tourists to three Native American cultural heritage sites. Using cluster analysis based upon motives for cultural history learning, three distinct segments were found: (1) ‘culture-focused,’ (2) ‘culture-attentive’ and (3) ‘culture-appreciative’ tourists. These groups differed significantly in terms of behaviour, experience and interpretation. The culture-focused segments spent longer at the sites, stayed more nights away from home, considered visiting archeological sites as their primary activity, and placed more importance on interpretation. In addition, the culture-focused groups were more satisfied with their trip, appreciated the preservation of archeological resources and reported more learning experiences. Overall, the study supports the notion that heterogeneity exists within cultural heritage tourist markets. Implications of these findings in conceptualisation, management and marketing cultural heritage tourism are discussed.     

全国煤炭交易中心运营模式研究

全国煤炭交易中心的设立对规范我国煤炭交易市场规则、实施能源宏观调控、提升我国煤炭国际定价话语权具有重要意义。在分析全国煤炭交易中心功能定位和业务的基础上,设计中长期合同邀约、现货挂牌、现货竞价、现货招投标4种交易模式及业务流程,提出依托国家重大战略争取政策支持、加强各方沟通完善综合物流体系、建立银企合作机制与信用体系、完善煤炭交易中心协调机制、增强信息服务与风险防控能力等对策建议。研究成果对优化煤炭供给结构、规范煤炭交易市场和保障国家煤炭能源安全提供了支撑。     

The relationship between airport image,national identity and passengers delight: A case study of the Malaysian low cost carrier terminal (LCCT)

This study examines the relationship between airport image and passengers delight in the context of a low cost carrier terminal in Malaysia. It also seeks to investigate the moderating effect of the airport's national identity on the predicted relationship between the two main constructs. The research, involving 200 passengers (foreign tourists), employed Hierarchical Moderated Regression as the main method of data analysis. The results revealed that there is a strong positive relationship between the airport image and passengers delight, and that national identity helps strengthen the relationship of the main effect.
