国际金融监管发展的新趋势及对我国的启示

伴随着经济和金融全球化的发展，国际金融业发展了巨大变化，金融创新层出不穷，国与国之间的金融联系也越来越密切，这对国际金融监管提出了更高的要求，使之呈出出许多新趋势和新特点，对此进行必要的分析和借鉴，对于即将加入WTO的我国金融监管具有重要的参考价值和现实意义。     

A simple template for pitching research

In this article, I propose a simple new research tool – a template designed for pitching research. The two‐page pitching template begins with four ‘preliminaries’: working title, research question, key papers and motivation. Following this is the core of the template based on a ‘3‐2‐1 countdown’, namely THREE elements – idea, data and tools; TWO questions – What's new? and So what?; and ONE bottom line – contribution. The template ends with ‘other’ considerations. Finance and accounting examples are given to illustrate application of the template.     

Keynesian Inefficiency and Optimal Policy: A New Monetarist Approach

A simple model of monetary/labor search is constructed to study Keynesian indeterminacy and optimal policy. In the model, economic agents have trouble splitting the surplus from exchange appropriately, and we consider monetary and fiscal policies that correct this Keynesian inefficiency. A Taylor rule neither implies determinacy, nor does it support an efficient outcome. An optimal policy yields an efficient and determinate allocation of resources, but equilibrium policy actions, wages, and prices are indeterminate at the optimum.     

The destination image gap – visitors' and residents' perceptions of place: evidence from Waiheke Island,New Zealand

This paper reports results derived from a survey of 2229 residents of, and 2151 visitors to the island of Waiheke, New Zealand. The study finds there was a close similarity of place image held by both visitors and residents. The paper examines the proposal that where congruency exists between visitor and resident image of place, there may be less negative perceptions of visitor impact on the part of residents. Both qualitative and quantitative data were collected and analysed, the former involving the use of CatPac?, a neural network program for analysing textual data. Little support was found for the contention that place images shared by residents and tourists would increase tolerance of tourists on the part of residents.     

The perceived risks of local climate change in Queenstown,New Zealand

Place-embedded, resource-dependent industries are increasingly vulnerable to the effects of climate change. The scientific framing of these risks can be understood through modelling; however, risks are perceived by non-scientific communities in more culturally relevant and localised frames. This empirical study utilised qualitative, semi-structured interviews with four stakeholder groups connected to the ski industry in Queenstown, New Zealand. The objectives of this research were to identify current scientific knowledge on climate change risks to Queenstown's ski industry and to critically address how the risk of climate change is perceived. This paper reports three main findings: (1) scientific reporting and expert interviews expect climate change to manifest as inter-annual variability up to the 2050s, (2) current climatic variability is perceived to be the greatest risk to the ski industry at present and (3) climate change is perceived to be distant and a greater threat to other people and other places giving rise to ‘optimistic bias’.     

新增建设用地出让金价格构成及收益分析

新增建设用地出让金作为土地出让金的重要组成部分,对经济调控,产业结构改进等方面发挥了巨大的作用。然而我国现行的新增建设用地出让金收益分配机制不合理,严重地损害了农民的利益,不利于农村和城市的和谐发展。本文通过对其价格构成．以及从政府角度进行成本和收益分析等揭示收益分配存在的问题,并提出了新增建设用地出让金收益分配改革建议。     

新审计准则视角下的持续审计探讨

本文分析了信息及时性和电子证据可靠性以及实时财务报告方面的问题,认为应采用持续审计的方法来解决这些问题,并提出实施持续审计应当加强持续审计软件的研发、强化持续审计信息的安全以及提高审计人员的专业判断能力。     

Technology commercialization, incubator and venture capital, and new venture performance

This study examines the effects of technology commercialization, incubator and venture capital supports on new venture performance from the resource-based view. This study uses regression analysis to test the hypotheses in a sample of 122 new ventures. The findings highlight the role of technology commercialization as a mediator between organizational resources, innovative capabilities, and new venture performance. Also, the empirical evidence indicates that incubator and venture capital supports moderate the effects of technology commercialization on the performance of new ventures. Finally, this study discusses managerial implications and highlights future research directions.     

引入土地流转因素的新型农村社会养老保险基金预测

本文以政策外部性关联与协同效应为切入点,通过陕西省西安市新农保试点区县农民问卷调查,对引入土地流转因素的新型农村社会养老保险基金预测进行精算建模和政策仿真研究。结果表明：土地流转因素对新农保参保率、缴费率具有显著影响,基金收支呈现由盈余转向缺口、并逐年扩大的趋势,基金、制度存在双重失衡风险。通过关键制度因素的单一、组合调整结果分析对比,提出促进土地流转与新农保制度良性融合与可持续发展的对策建议。     

中国"以电子政务拉动信息产业发展"政策的再评估

电子政务是中国信息化战略的重中之重,但其实际发展与预期间存在着明显差距。本文以中国“以电子政务拉动信息产业发展”政策为研究重点,把这一政策放在中国信息化历史中加以考察,分析中国信息化新阶段ICT市场的新变化和新挑战,针对电子政务实践与预期间的差距,对该政策提出我们的看法。
