城市水资源承载力与城市规模研究——以玉州—福绵—北流一体化概念规划方案为例

水资源承载能力对于一个国家、地区、城市的综合发展及发展规模至关重要,社会经济发展必须控制在水资源承载能力之内,才能通过以水资源的可持续利用实现社会经济的可持续发展。在玉州-福绵-北流一体化概念规划中,通过引入水资源承载力、生态需水量等概念,重点探讨研究了以水资源约束为特征的资源环境承载力,并以之为前提确定合理的城市规模。     

Uncertainty on survival probabilities and solvency capital requirement: application to long-term care insurance

In this paper, we focus on uncertainty issues on disabled lives survival probabilities of LTC insurance policyholders and its consequences on solvency capital requirement. Among the risks affecting long-term care portfolios, special attention is addressed to the table risk, i.e. the risk of unanticipated aggregate mortality, arising from the uncertainty in modeling LTC claimants survival law. The table risk can be thought as the risk of systematic deviations referring not only to a parameter risk but, as well, to any other sources leading to a misinterpretation of the life table resulting for example from an evolution of medical techniques or a change in rules of acceptance. In fine, the idea is to introduce the risk of systematic deviations arising from the uncertainty on the disabled lives death probabilities directly. We analyze the consequences of an error of appreciation on the disabled lives survival probabilities in terms of level of reserves and describe a framework in an Own Risk and Solvency Assessment perspective to measure the gap between the risk profile from the standard formula to the risk analysis specific to the organism.     

领导胜任力研究述评

胜任力理论是当前人力资源管理领域研究的热点问题。领导胜任力模型是组织区分优秀领导者和普通领导者的关健标准,成功的领导胜任力模型对选拔和任用领导者有着重要意义。文章阐述了胜任力的概念、构成要素以及通用模型,分析回顾了国内外领导胜任素质要求的研究状况。在此基础上,又提出了目前胜任力理论研究面临的问题和未来的研究方向。     

Best-matching protocols for assembly in e-work networks

Assembly networks pose many challenges to the comprising businesses due to their ever-growing distributed nature. This article explores the benefits of incorporating best-matching protocols (BMP) into the principles of design for assembly (DFA) to make better use of already existing information on equipment, parts and suppliers. Best-matching protocols for cooperation requirement planning (BMP-CRP), for part matching (BMP-part) and supplier selection were developed. A case study for the matching of parts and suppliers is provided. The results of the case study corroborate the benefits in quality and costs that the best-matching protocols can yield for businesses in an assembly e-work network.

基于新常态下功能需求的国家大学科技园评价指标体系

基于新常态下国家大学科技园的整合多方资源、辐射带动区域及高校等功能需求,利用扎根理论,结合政策解读和文献梳理,构建了包括支撑服务能力、核心功能绩效、创新绩效、资源整合能力和辐射带动能力5个维度的国家大学科技园评价指标体系,并将评价指标归类为基础指标、核心指标和特色指标,以体现评价体系的多层次和特色化。采用层次分析法和德尔菲法进行指标赋权,并进一步构建评价实施模型。对32家国家大学科技园进行评价,为主管部门评价国家大学科技园发展水平、指导园区建设、制定相关政策提供理论依据。     

供应商对企业非财务指标关注程度实证分析——基于供应商利益要求及其实现方式

供应商对不同类的反映其利益要求和实现方式信息的非财务指标的关注程度存在显著的差异,其排列顺序与其所看重的相应利益要求和实现方式的排序相同,其中企业风险、敏感性、稳定性指标最受其关注。不同性质、是否上市、不同规模、不同发展阶段、不同类型企业的供应商对同一类的非财务指标的关注程度可能存在显著差异。企业应披露有关信息,以满足本企业供应商关注相关信息的需要。     

高职高专院校内部教学质量监控体系的构建——以工学结合模式为视角

高职高专院校内部教学质量监控存在监控目的不明确、监控主体单一、监控视角片面、质量指标体系不科学、缺乏操作性等弊端。在分析工学结合模式下高职高专院校内部教学质量监控特点的基础上,提出了教学质量监控过程中的基本要求,以及构建教学质量监控体系的设想。     

The cyclicality of bank regulation in a general economic framework

This article utilizes a representative agent model to address how the regulation policies for banks should respond to the general economic condition. With the consideration of a self-fulfilling deposit insurance facility with sufficient bank reserve to meet the expected need of liquidity shock, our model suggests a counter-cyclical capital adequacy requirement in a competitive loan market. The exception might occur when the moral hazard problem becomes very unwieldy and the representative individual is rather risk averse. With regard to the closure policy, we find that it is closely related to the individual’s degree of risk aversion. A counter-cyclical closure policy is recommended when the individual is highly risk averse. Otherwise, a pro-cyclical closure policy is preferred.     

The ‘Jim Factor’—My Experience as a First-Time Accounting Tutor

Sandy Burton was a seasoned academic who played a major role in shaping American accounting regulation in the latter part of the twentieth century. A vocal reformer, he became a vigorous SEC Chief Accountant and thereafter New York City Deputy Mayor. He was a critic of accounting practice as well as academe, preaching the gospel of reform in writings and speeches. Contending that accounting was too narrowly focused, he called upon the accounting community to reinvent itself. He was profoundly dissatisfied with the nature of academic accounting research because it had been irrelevant to practice. Burton earned considerable respect for attempting to bridge the gap between accounting practice and academe.
