现代火成岩岩石学的某些前沿课题及其哲学思考

本文以现代火成岩岩石学的概念为出发点,从哲学的角度讨论了现代火成岩岩石学的某些前沿课题。对岩浆作用的全面认识,不仅要研究其化学过程,还必须从物理过程去探索;地幔—岩浆—C—H一O系统的研究是深部地质研究的一个侧面,深部地质过程是地表及浅部地质现象的动力来源;超地幔热柱是板块运动和大规模岩浆活动的起因,大规模的岩浆活动及板块运动是超地幔热柱在地表或地壳浅部的直接表现;开放的岩浆体系的提出,丰富了现代火成岩岩石学的内容。     

高职院校教师工作压力源研究综述

通过对CNKI数据库中涉及高职院校教师工作压力源文献的统计分析表明：高职院校教师承担的工作压力源多达24项，其中主要包括工作负荷大、学生学习成绩差、教师职业发展受限、学校组织管理科学性不高、工资待遇低、科研论著要求高和社会支持较少等。从实施主体来看，缓解高职院校教师工作压力的对策可分为政府、学校和教师个体三类主体。现有研究在以下领域还需加强：提高对高职教师工作压力源的关注度，把握高职教育的办学特点，重视对缓解工作压力措施的可行性研究。

介绍工业锅炉酸洗中铁离子的来源,并以实例说明酸洗中应强化对铁离子、亚铁离子(Fe3+、Fe2+)的化学监测,使锅炉酸洗安全进行,及终点的判断。     

高校经济管理实验中心实验室开放项目优化研究——以嘉兴学院为例

以嘉兴学院经济管理实验中心为研究对象，利用经济管理实验中心统计数据和问卷调查数据，在分析经济管理实验中心实验室开放项目现状、项目优化的必要性和可行性的基础上，提出了实验室开放项目优化的方案及其措施：调整和优化实验室开放项目比例、丰富和优化实验室开放项目内容、合理安排和调配实验室开放时间的优化实验室条件与环境。     

THE MEANING OF FAILED REPLICATIONS: A REVIEW AND PROPOSAL

The welcome rise of replication tests in economics has not been accompanied by a consensus standard for determining what constitutes a replication. A discrepant replication, in current usage of the term, can signal anything from an unremarkable disagreement over methods to scientific incompetence or misconduct. This paper proposes a standard for classifying one study as a replication of some other study. It is a standard that places the burden of proof on a study to demonstrate that it should have obtained identical results to the original, a conservative standard that is already used implicitly by many researchers. It contrasts this standard with decades of unsuccessful attempts to harmonize terminology, and argues that many prominent results described as replication tests should not be described as such. Adopting a conservative standard like this one can improve incentives for researchers, encouraging more and better replication tests.     

How to overcome the implementation gap in ecosystem services? A user-friendly and inclusive tool for improved urban management

One of the main issues with the concept of ecosystem services is its absence on the ground in concrete operational decision-making contexts; that is, an implementation gap. In this study, we investigated if this gap could be overcome through the use of open-source data and free tools, and the adoption of a short-term participatory process. We tested these methods in the context of a project in the urban metropolitan area of Bordeaux (Communauté urbaine de Bordeaux: CUB) in France. The ecosystem services were defined using a participatory approach involving local stakeholders, and then selected scenarios were simulated to test the impact of various development or conservation plans. The study addressed three main questions: (1) Is it possible to adopt a simple methodological approach that overcomes the implementation gap through the development of a user-friendly and inclusive method? (2) What is the added value of a participatory approach? (3) With regards to four scenarios in this territory, what are the ES trends in the selected biophysical and monetary indicators, and will knowledge of these trends help planners to shape a sustainable trajectory for the territory?     

基于SWOT分析理论的施工企业安全管理要点

针对近几年施工企业安全形势严峻,安全管理急需转型的形势完成本文。本文通过对企业安全管理的内部能力与外部因素运用SWOT分析,阐述了施工企业安全管理战略从过去突击式的安全大检查到以预防为主的危险源辨识管控的转变。     

Current issues and research trends on open-source software communities

Open source software (OSS) projects represent a new paradigm of software creation and development based on hundreds or even thousands of developers and users organised in the form of a virtual community. The success of an OSS project is closely linked to the successful organisation and development of the virtual community of support group. This paper reviews different fields and research topics related to the OSS communities such as collective intelligence, the structure of OSS communities, their success, communities as virtual organisations, motivation, shared knowledge, innovation and learning. The main challenges, results obtained, and the knowledge areas are detailed for each topic.     

How knowledge flow affects Korean ICT manufacturing firm performance: a focus on open innovation strategy

The paper presents an integrated viewpoint of technological innovation strategy by considering both the firm and industry levels. Further, we provide a new open innovation framework by adopting a knowledge flow perspective using patent citation information. Finally, we consider a firm’s outbound open innovation performance using cites per patent information together with financial performance to look at both the practical and the potential effects of technological innovation strategy. Through these analyses, this study examines determinants of open technology innovation activity in the information and communication technology manufacturing industry in Korea and draws managerial and policy implications for effective industry promotion and improvement of technology innovation capability.     

Exploring effects of source similarity,message valence,and receiver regulatory focus on yelp review persuasiveness and purchase intentions

This study is among the first to investigate the impact of message, source, and receiver characteristics on user attitudes toward Yelp reviews, with the subsequent impact of these attitudinal evaluations on review persuasiveness. Specifically, it examines the roles of review valence (positive/negative) and sidedness (one-sided/two-sided), as well as perceived similarity with the reviewer, on user perceptions of helpfulness, trustworthiness, and credibility of the review. The study also tests moderating effects of perceived source similarity and user regulatory focus on the relationships among message characteristics, attitudinal variables, and purchase intentions. Our results disconfirm the negativity bias reported in previous studies and indicate that positive reviews are perceived as more trustworthy, credible, and helpful than negative or two-sided reviews. Review helpfulness and credibility, in turn, positively impacts its persuasiveness, with regulatory focus playing a complex nuanced role in the persuasiveness – behavioral intentions relationship. Based on the findings, future research avenues and managerial implications are proposed.
