On transaction efficiency and China’s Urban-Rural disparity

It is recommended for economists to examine China’s Urban-Rural disparity from the perspective of transaction efficiency, in that it can provide us with a systematic explanation to both the cases of different countries and development stages. China’s Urban-Rural disparity is special and virtually a demonstration of its special transaction efficiency structure. Exploration of China’s Urban-Rural disparity from such perspective indicates that, different from those in countries with a market economy, China’s case involves many exogenous and contrived factors. Therefore, the solutions are to improve the whole transaction efficiency in the economy, which includes eliminating its regionally unfavorable policies and institutions, and enforcing more favorable and regionally balanced institutional reforms. __________ Translated from Fudan Journal (复旦学报, Social Science Edition), 2006, (1) (in Chinese)     

团队多元性对团队行为的研究综述

团队多元性是近20年来组织行为学中研究的热点问题,引起了国内外学者的广泛关注。文章在国内外相关理论基础上,介绍了团队多元性的概念、维度与测量方法,评述了团队多元性对团队行为的影响,对未来的研究提出一些建议。     

我国高等学校教师权利保护研究

随着高等教育管理的逐步法治化,高校教师合法权利保护和救济制度逐渐受到关注,但实效性并不高。当教师权利受到侵害时,目前的法律和制度无法很好的保护,应从树立法治观念、提高维权意识;改革教代会和工会;健全高等学校教师申诉制度;构建高等学校教育仲裁制度等方面来完善高校教师权利保护制度。     

计算机制造业产品差别化成因分析

根据计算机制造业的特点,从客观条件与消费者主观选择这两个方面具体分析了计算机制造业产品差别化的形成原因,并对运用产品差别化战略的计算机制造企业提出了相应的建议。     

儿童英语游戏教学与注意力及学习成绩关系的研究

游戏是儿童生活的一个重要组成部分,把游戏运用于儿童英语教学中,让儿童玩中学、做中学,实现"寓教于乐"的教学原则,这正是儿童英语游戏教学的出发点和最终目的。儿童英语教学采用游戏教学法是因为它有许多非常明显的教育功能,如激发学生学习兴趣、有利于学生身心和智能的发展、促进儿童社会化发展等。笔者认为,在儿童英语课上应大力提倡游戏教学,因为它符合儿童学习的认知规律和身心发展规律,同时也能使儿童注意力在课堂上能够迅速而有效的集中,实验证明,长期的坚持儿童英语游戏教学还能有效的提高儿童的注意力水平,实施游戏教学不但符合儿童的心理特点而且能大幅度的提高了儿童英语学习成绩。     

GB 12497-1995与GB／T12497-2006三相异步电动机经济运行判别方法比较

三相异步电动机耗电量占全国总用电量的60％以上。我国早在1990年就发布了GB12497—1990《三相异步电动机经济运行》国家强制性标准,又分别在1995年和2006年进行了两次修订。1995版标准与2006版标准在三相异步电动机经济运行判别模型和电动机在偏离额定电压工作时对综合效率补偿方法有较大的不同。文章就上述两个问题进行了比较分析,并进行了实际测量。     

Construction of D-optimal s 1 × s 2 × s 3 factorial designs using graph theory

In this paper, the maximum determinant of the associated 0-1 matrix in D-Optimal saturated main effect plans for 3× s_2 × s_3 factorials, is derived by the use of Graph theory and Combinatorics. The present work is related to a problem suggested by Chatterjee and Narasimhan (2002). Using the theoretical results, we also give the designs for s₃≥s₂ + 1. This research was supported by the State Scholarships Foundation of Greece.     

Solvability of perturbation solutions in DSGE models

We prove that the undetermined Taylor series coefficients of local approximations to the policy function of arbitrary order in a wide class of discrete time dynamic stochastic general equilibrium (DSGE) models are solvable by standard DSGE perturbation methods under regularity and saddle point stability assumptions on first order approximations. Extending the approach to nonstationary models, we provide necessary and sufficient conditions for solvability, as well as an example in the neoclassical growth model where solvability fails. Finally, we eliminate the assumption of solvability needed for the local existence theorem of perturbation solutions, complete the proof that the policy function is invariant to first order changes in risk, and attribute the loss of numerical accuracy in progressively higher order terms to the compounding of errors from the first order transition matrix.     

房地产价格的托宾Q效应检验——基于PVAR模型的分析

本文基于面板向量自回归（PVAR）模型,利用中国2002-2008年的省际面板数据,分析了房地产投资与托宾Q值的关系。结果表明,从全国层面看,房地产投资对托宾Q的冲击存在一个很小的正向响应,托宾Q对房地产投资的解释比例很小;从区域层面看,东、中部地区房地产投资的托宾Q效应失效,仅西部地区房地产投资对托宾Q冲击有较小的正向响应。这说明我国当前的房地产市场具有明显的非理性特征,特别是东部、中部地区尤为明显,应加强对囤积土地等套利投机行为的治理及对金融资本投放和使用的监管。     

企业知识联盟收益分享的“囚徒困境”与对策

企业知识联盟成功率不高的原因很多,其中之一是收益分享的困境问题,但很少有学者对此进行深入探讨.笔者运用博弈论,综合考虑了影响企业知识联盟收益分享的相关因素,分析了收益分享的“囚徒困境”,并提出了解决对策,包括求出了能达到联盟收益分享帕累托最优的收益分享系数与贴现因子、慎重选择联盟伙伴等.
