铁路企业建立职业经理人制度探索

为进一步深化铁路企业改革,加快完善市场化经营机制,应积极探索建立职业经理人制度。在阐述职业经理人制度政策依据的基础上,提出推进职业经理人制度建设的基本条件,即建立公司化的法人治理结构,并从优化产权结构、明确权责划分、推进董事会建设、发挥职业经理人作用等方面对建立健全铁路企业法人治理结构进行论述。从管理机制、激励约束机制、引进退出机制3个方面,探讨铁路企业建立职业经理人制度形成机制,提出铁路企业应按照分层分类改革原则,逐步推行职业经理人制度。     

高职院校思想政治理论课与职业素养教育融合研究

高校思想政治理论课是大学生思想政治教育的主渠道。职业素养教育是高职院校人才培养体系中的特色环节,也是高职院校进行大学生素质教育的重要阵地。高职院校思想政治理论课与职业素养教育实现有机融合,可以有效调动各种资源形成教育合力,有利于高职院校构建大思政工作格局。高职院校可以从做好顶层设计、整合人才队伍、融入教育载体、互鉴教育方式、规范考核评价五个方面加强思想政治理论课与职业素养教育的有机融合,形成协同育人效果。     

全日制专业学位研究生实践性教学体系的构建

实践性教学是全日制专业学位研究生培养的重要环节,是确保高层次应用型人才培养质量的重要保证。本文以研究生知识结构、能力要求、素质要求协调发展为主线,构建了双导师制下,以目标为核心、内容为重点、条件为保障、管理为手段的全日制专业学位研究生实践性教学体系,为保证专业学位教育质量提供了理论基础。     

职业经理人、组织地位赋予与企业创新——来自家族企业的经验证据

职业经理人与家族企业有效融合是促进企业创新的先决条件。聚焦家族企业赋予职业经理人组织地位这一融合途径,探究家族企业赋予职业经理人组织地位对企业创新的影响。结果表明,家族企业赋予职业经理人组织地位能够促进企业创新;相较于约束型社会情感财富,延伸型社会情感财富对职业经理人组织地位赋予与企业创新关系具有更显著的促进作用。异质性分析发现,处于经理人市场发达地区、从属高技术行业以及信息透明度较高的企业,职业经理人组织地位赋予对企业创新的促进作用更显著。进一步研究发现,职业经理人的企业家精神在职业经理人组织地位赋予与企业创新关系中发挥中介作用。研究结论可为理解家族企业如何与职业经理人有效融合,进而促进创新提供新的经验证据。     

The relationship between national culture and the use of professional services: Evidence from two cross-country studies

Each year, clients spend large sums on professional services, such as accounting services, legal services and consulting services. While research has found significant cross-country differences in organizations’ spending on professional services, we do not know why they occur. Inspired by the organizational buying behavior literature, this paper investigates the influence of national culture on the use of professional services, particularly management consulting services. As the use of professional services involves considerable uncertainties—particularly for the buyer—it can be assumed to be influenced by cultural differences regarding the level of Uncertainty Avoidance, Individualism and Masculinity. By drawing on two independent cross-country studies, we show that organizations in high uncertainty avoidance and individualistic cultures use professional services less than organizations in low uncertainty avoidance and collectivist cultures. We found no relationship between Hofstede's dimension of Masculinity and the use of professional services. The findings contribute to the theorizing on how the cultural context influences organizational buying behavior and the purchasing of professional services.

《成本会计》课程是高职财经类会计专业的一门重要专业课程。为适应高职教育的特点,改变高职院校成本会计的教学现状。应改革教学模式和教学内容,突出职业能力培养,加强师资队伍和教材建设,改革教学方法和手段。     

高职计算机网络技术专业教学改革与探索

高职计算机网络技术专业教学改革应遵循以岗位需要为主线、以能力培养为根本、以学生发展为中心、以教学服务为模式的教育理念，打破传统课程原有的学科体系，按照“必需、够用”的原则将课程进行重组与创新，实行整体优化。学历教育应与证书培训有效结合，构筑专业课程新体系，以实现教学环节与毕业生就业的工作岗位零距离对接。     

Internationalising Professional Skill Development

ABSTRACT

Internationalisation of education, and more specifically tertiary education, all over the world has contributed to a significant overhaul in student composition. Parallel to this runs the need for graduates to leave university with a range of professional skills. In response to this, universities actively encourage the development of such skills in their programs by integrating the teaching and assessing of professional skills into academic programs. This paper reports on the efficacy of a professional skills program and its support structures as used in the Bachelor of Commerce degree program of a university. The paper outlines how the skills were taught and assessed in the International Management 375 unit and presents data on the changes in students' perceptions of their skill levels. The interpretation of the data is further differentiated on the base of gender, language and country of origin.     

Professional forecasters and real-time forecasting with a DSGE model

This paper analyses the real-time forecasting performance of the New Keynesian DSGE model of Galí, Smets and Wouters (2012), estimated on euro area data. It investigates the extent to which the inclusion of forecasts of inflation, GDP growth and unemployment by professional forecasters improve the forecasting performance. We consider two approaches for conditioning on such information. Under the “noise” approach, the mean professional forecasts are assumed to be noisy indicators of the rational expectations forecasts implied by the DSGE model. Under the “news” approach, it is assumed that the forecasts reveal the presence of expected future structural shocks in line with those estimated in the past. The forecasts of the DSGE model are compared with those from a Bayesian VAR model, an AR(1) model, a sample mean and a random walk.
