农村中小金融机构差别监管的内在机理:由村镇银行生发

以村镇银行为代表的我国新型农村中小金融机构,其发展至今的运营效果与政策设立的初衷存在着背离。从银行监管理论框架、银行监管成本收益分析以及银行经营利润最大化这三个维度对实施差别监管进行分析后认为,应通过调整村镇银行的资产负债结构以及股权结构,加大对村镇银行的财政政策支持,调整农村地区的监管机构数量,制定差异化的经营策略、进入以及退出准则等有别于传统商业银行的监管规则,以实现村镇银行的可持续发展。     

基于监督与惩罚的食品供应链突发事件治理研究

Using Statistics and Statistical Thinking to Improve Organisational Performance

A systematic approach to measuring organisational performance is fundamental to the pursuit of business excellence. As such, the area of organisational performance measurement, and its use of data and analysis to inform business decisions, affords statisticians a potentially high value-adding opportunity. To be effective in this area, statisticians need to appreciate the differing requirements for statistical information in various management zones of an enterprise.
This paper describes a strategy that seeks to link measurement to all facets of organisational performance, particularly to desired business outcomes, and also to mesh measurement with process improvement in a natural way. The use of statistics and statistical thinking is then discussed in this context, with particular focus on the opportunity for statisticians to have a key role at the top decision-making level of the organisation. We argue that the role requires skills in both advanced technical statistical modelling and analysis, and in statistical thinking. It also requires a preparedness to form an appreciation of the business and management imperatives faced by the leaders of an enterprise, and a willingness to work from this basis.     

The relationships between CRM,RQ, and CLV based on different hotel preferences

This study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to investigate the strength of the relationships among Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Relationship Quality (RQ), and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) from a consumer viewpoint. This study also investigates whether or not these relationship models show significant differences based on different hotel type preference groups.

Price-Quality Relations and Hedonic Price Indexes for Cars in the United Kingdom

The main objective of this paper is to employ a complete set of panel data on UK car characteristics to estimate a hedonic car price model. This enables us to examine price differences between various car models in terms of variations in individual car characteristics.We also pay greater attention to the specification of the hedonic price model than previous studies, as shown by the wide range of diagnostics reported. A second objective of the paper is to utilise the estimates of the hedonic price model to construct a hedonic price index for cars, which allows us to investigate the increase of car prices due to quality and non-quality factors.
