试论某高层建筑逆作法施工技术

当前随着我国城市发展进程的逐步加快,城市居住空间越来越小,为缓解城市土地紧张局面,高层建筑应运而生。随着我国建筑施工技术水平的不断提升,逆作法作为一种新型施工方法,极大地提升了施工效率和质量,保证了居民的生命财产安全,受到了施工单位的一致欢迎。本文主要就高层建筑逆作法施工技术进行了研究。     

关于制约捕捞限额制度实施若干因素的探讨

本文根据我国新《渔业法》有关实行捕捞限额制度的规定,探讨了实行该项制度管理的主要制约因素,并针对当前亟需开展的工作和未来实施该制度管理时可能出现的问题,提出若干建议。     

Application of early risk detection concepts and methods to environmental health. A German feasibility study

Early risk detection is essential for being able to address the most important environmental health risk‐topics in a persistent and prospective manner. In support of the action programme “Environment and Health” (APUG) of the German Federal Ministry of Health and Social Security (BMGS) and the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, and Nuclear Safety (BMU) which recommended that a detection and evaluation system for the timely recognition of emerging risk problems be developed, a qualitative feasibility study was commissioned. The results of this study are presented here and support the development of an early risk detection system based on the insights gained from the investigation of case studies and the differentiation and presentation of a risk typology, methods, tools, and suggested organizational processes.

The study has shown that early risk detection includes the identification, characterization, evaluation and dissemination of information on possible risks as well as the circumstances of appearance and distribution. The goal is the recognition of possible risks in order for risk management to be able to introduce swift and appropriate measures. Consequently, it can also serve as an instrument towards further development of a balanced and structured implementation of the precautionary principle in the environmental health policy.     

Proposals for a Minimum Programme for Statistics in Developing Countries

Statistical offices in developing countries are confronted with the challenge of introducing, with limited means, methods and tools ensuring the production of durable statistics satisfying regional, national and international requirements. Taking into account the evolution, over the last years, in the attitude of national authorities, funding partners and statisticians themselves regarding the building up of relevant and durable statistics, the present paper's proposal is to have, in each developing country, a Minimum Programme for Statistics (MPS) and that this programme be centred on four domains: coordination, national accounts, economic and social short term analysis, and dissemination.     

高等学校财务预算问题研究

“凡事预则立，不预则废”，预算管理是高校财务管理的重要内容。加强高校财务预算管理是社会主义市场经济的要求，是提高教育经费使用效益的要求，是增强办学实力的要求。通过分析我国高等学校预算管理的现状和存在的问题，在此基础上提出加强高等学校财务预算管理的对策，以充分发挥预算管理在高校财务管理中的重要作用。     

The process and experiences with creating user-driven innovation programmes in the Netherlands

In 2005 the Netherlands drafted a new innovation policy, consisting of a basic package for all entrepreneurs and a programme-based package aimed at supporting the Dutch industry in achieving global excellence in a limited number of (business) areas. The programme-based package is characterized by an integral approach, resulting in user-driven public-private innovation programmes. In the new approach, industrial foresight processes are integrated with actual policy implementation. In this paper, we include the lessons learned during the process that led to the first innovation programmes. Also, some unresolved issues in the new approach are discussed.     

对我国大学生勤工俭学维权对策的思考

在物质条件不断改善的今天,大学生的生活价值观也在逐步提高。由于勤工俭学正逐步走进大学校园,所以勤工俭学成为大学生赚钱的途径。但是,在勤工俭学的同时,大学生的权益正在受到威胁。要保护大学生的权益不受侵犯,我们必须让大学生增强自我保护意识,同时,高校要加强对大学生的法制教育,社会要加强对中介的管理,国家制定相应的保护大学生勤工俭学的法律条例。     

金融危机对我国意识形态建设的启示

2008年以来的经济危机可以和上个世纪末的苏东剧变并列,成为对世界意识形态影响巨大的事件。此次金融危机给我国意识形态建设带来两点重要启示:一是资产阶级意识形态的致命弱点与局限在危机中暴露无遗,使我们更加坚定必须批判和抵制资产阶级意识形态的信念;二是经济危机对马克思主义的确证意义,为突破我国马克思主义大众化的薄弱环节提供重要力量与启示,极大地推动了马克思主义大众化的发展。     

粤港物流成本优化决策分析——广东港资企业物流成本优化研究

广东是我国重要的制造业基地和对外开放的南大门，其物流业的发展对中国其他地区起着极大的带动和示范作用。因此．研究粤港物流成本的优化控制对促进粤港两地的经济发展和我国的对外贸易有着深远的意义。本文先对粤港物流运输成本和仓储成本进行了深入分析，然后构建了粤港物流成本优化控制的非线性规划模型，最后以实证研究方法对粤港物流成本控制进行了优化规划，并得出了优化规划的一些基本结论。

阐述了系统硬件的电气原理及电路的设计思路和参数选择,讨论了硬件系统的工作过程,建立了测试阻力参数和跑合试验参数的数学模型,给出了测试仪软件系统及数据处理的总体结构,并对主要应用程序进行了设计。
