Technology profiles and export marketing strategies

This paper defines four different profiles which reflect the nature and level of a firm's technological involvement in exporting and foreign sales. It is also possible to characterize a firm's export marketing strategy along a reactive-proactive continuum. Technology profiles and marketing strategies are then linked together to suggest the optimal approach to developing overseas markets for a given type of firm. A number of essential requirements for successful export marketing are also described. It is suggested that success requires a combination of innovation, adaptation, and an appropriately selected marketing strategy.     

基于科学知识图谱分析的国际园林景观史研究动态——以《园林与设计景观史(1998—2017)》杂志刊载论文为对象

以国际园林景观史学界的重要期刊《园林与设计景观史》(Studies in the History of Gardens & Designed Landscapes)为研究对象,运用VOSviewer和CiteSpace这2种科学知识图谱软件并结合传统研究方法,系统分析该期刊1998—2017年间刊载的508篇论文,揭示近20年来国际园林与设计景观史的研究动态、发展趋势、主题演进与学术脉络,为国内风景园林历史理论的研究和发展提供重要借鉴。     

绩效审计：我国商业银行内部审计发展的必然趋势

绩效审计是审计发展的必然产物和高级阶段,在国际上得到迅速发展,其内部审计部门已经成为高级管理者的培训基地或摇篮。我国商业银行的内部审计也必将从以风险性、合规性为主的审计模式向以绩效审计为主导的审计模式转变。积极稳妥的拓展绩效审计工作已经成为我国商业银行需要重视和解决的问题。     

科技期刊出版业务流程的案例研究

本文基于业务沆程再造理论、数字内容理论和开放存取的技术方法,针对两种典型的样本期刊,对出版业务流程进行了对比研究。案例研究发现,传统期刊的出版业务流程在成本、质量、服务、速度等方面存在严重的缺欠,而再造后的网络期刊出版节约了时间和资金,提高了质量,加强了互动的服务,提高了效率,实现了整个出版工作的协调一致,取得了戏剧性的效果。基于此,本文提出对科技期刊业务流程再造的思考。     

Topical modelling issues in Solvency II

The main reasons for giving European insurance companies the option to apply internal models for calculating the main solvency requirement within the Solvency II framework is to enhance better risk management in the firms, and to provide the opportunity to derive a more accurate risk-oriented capital requirement than the standard Solvency Capital Requirement (SCR) could provide. The possibility to use internal models within pillar 1 basically means freedom to calculate the solvency requirement using some other formula and even principles than those given by the standard formula. This freedom is more limited with partial models.

This paper gives a brief introduction and update to the Solvency II project, reviews and discusses some topical aspects of internal models from the supervisory point of view, and points out some relating results of the Quantitative Impact Studies carried out, thus far, in the EU by CEIOPS.     

城镇居民保障性住房体系实证研究--以江苏省为例

保障性住房一直是国人关注的热点,为解决广大中低收入居民住房困难,我国已经初步建立起了多层次保障性住房体系,但是各地保障性住房建设依旧相对滞后,供给与需求之间仍然存在很大矛盾,为了认清并解决这些难题,文章先对保障性住房的概念、理论基础及现状进行研究,然后结合保障性住房的影响因素以江苏省为例进行实证研究,得出保障性住房供需缺口巨大且供需结构存在不平衡的现状,最后为保障性住房体系的构建提出相关政策建议。

2014年一开年,中国电视综艺节目硝烟四起.《中国好歌曲》《我是歌手》直面竞争.一直在娱乐方面广受诟病的央视,终于在2014年,凭借《中国好歌曲》的强势串红,扬眉吐气了一番.然而,作为国内第一档聚焦歌曲、聚焦创造者而非歌唱者的音乐真人秀节目,《中国好歌曲》它好在哪里？从传播学的角度分析它,对我国综艺娱乐节目、对音乐真人秀的节目发展,有一定的现实意义.

Progress in Tourism Management: Is urban tourism a paradoxical research domain? Progress since 2011 and prospects for the future

This paper reviews progress in the field of urban tourism, revisiting and challenging the validity of the paradoxes presented in the paper by Ashworth and Page (2011). To do this, the paper examines the expansion of research endeavours in urban tourism in relation to these paradoxes, including the outputs in dedicated journals on city tourism along with the wider range of outputs generated since 2011 in social science. It also revisits the initial proposition set out regarding an imbalance in attention in urban tourism research (Ashworth 1989, 2003) and how this has been addressed through a broader development of thinking at the intersection of urbanism and tourism. It is a selective review of progress in the field, highlighting the challenges of deriving theory from western modes of analysis that need re-thinking in relation to the global south, notably Africa as well as developments in Asia and the Middle East.     

“Bring the numbers and stories together”: Valuing events

This article introduces a Valuation Studies approach, in which valuation is seen as a social practice, to studying the outcomes of events. Drawing on material gathered around the Arctic Winter Games organized in Nuuk, Greenland in 2016, we exemplify how researchers working together across disciplinary and methodological boundaries can engage together with events stakeholders in making event values knowable beyond the confines of traditional evaluation. Analytically, we use Callons’ concepts on framing and overflows to exemplify alternative outcomes of events. We argue that a valuation approach offers an iterative understanding of event outcomes which encourages economics and constructivist research to collaborate on exploring event worth and making event overflows knowable and valuable.
