新疆支农贷款在新农村建设中的效益分析

自从西部大开发政策实施以来,新疆的支农贷款逐年增多,新疆农业与农村经济也取得了很大的成就,农业生产条件比以前明显改善,但其效益不佳。本文主要运用柯布—道格拉斯函数和相关系数模型对支农贷款在新疆社会主义新农村建设中的效益进行分析,并提出相关政策建议。     

Debating the Socialist Calculation Debate: A Classroom Exercise

Abstract: The author describes a classroom exercise that introduces the Socialist Calculation Debate (SCD) to undergraduate economics students. The SCD concerns an issue that remains one of the most consequential of the 20th century— the belief in the superiority of socialism and central planning over capitalism and the free market. The exercise presents the SCD in an active learning atmosphere by requiring the students to read, interpret, and discuss the writings of three notable participants in the debate—Ludwig von Mises, Oskar Lange, and Friedrich Hayek. He discusses the format and objectives of the exercise, required and optional readings, and current relevance of the SCD.     

论人的自由而全面的发展——社会主义民生和人民民主视角

随着改革开放和社会主义市场经济建设进入攻坚期,我国社会主义现代化建设进入战略机遇期,改善社会主义民生和扩大人民民主成为党和国家近年来进行中国特色社会主义事业建设中着力关注的问题。解决这两个问题,就必须认识到两者是一个整体,着力改善民生可以为扩大人民民主提供经济基础和社会基础;努力扩大人民民主可以为改善民生提供积极因素和政治保障;民生和人民民主的最高命题是＂人的自由而全面的发展＂。     

如何提高社会主义意识形态的认同力

中国的社会主义道路在走过六十年历程后,我们的社会主义意识形态面临着信息化、全球化和市场化带来的挑战。对此我们的社会主义意识形态要以实践性为理念,提高人民群众的认同力。首先要实事求是,关注国情;其次要以人为本,团结人民,凝聚力量;最后在舆论宣传方面要疏导互动,形成稳定的社会心理认同。     

Agriculture and controls in Denmark 1930–1950

Abstract

In 1932/33 the Danish Ministry of Agriculture established a number of government export boards with fairly wide-ranging powers. In spite of strong liberal traditions, Danish farmers soon learned to appreciate government intervention. Firstly, the administration was entrusted entirely to the agricultural organisations, giving them wide opportunities for influence. Secondly, through the export boards, the agricultural interest was afforded the chance of controlling the marketing stage in the same way as it already dominated the production stage via the cooperative movement.

Starting off from this example, we shall discuss in more general terms the integration mechanisms responsible for bringing about close teamwork between organisations and government. This teamwork came about in large measure for reasons of technical administration, the organisations being able to offer a complementary administrative machine which at the same time functioned as a harmonising element for the government. Moreover the Danish political system, characterised as it was and is by consensus democracy and minority parliamentarism, facilitated close integration of the organisations in policy formulation and implementation.
