基于自我决定理论,从员工个体内在视角出发,以工作繁荣为中介变量,以主动型人格为调节变量,探究了服务型领导与员工创新行为之间的作用机制。通过分析309位互联网企业的员工数据,结果表明:服务型领导可以正向预测员工的创新行为;工作繁荣部分中介服务型领导与员工创新行为之间的关系;主动性人格正向调节工作繁荣与员工创新行为之间的关系,经检验主动性人格调节工作繁荣在服务型领导与员工创新行为之间的中介作用。 相似文献

经济增长在险水平(GaR)和条件标准差(CSD)能够有效地度量国家经济风险波动的单向性和双向性。利用动态时窗和条件异方差模型,我们发现我国国家经济风险与经济周期波动密切相关,目前的国家风险状态已经体现出明显的稳定性。利用协整关系检验,我们发现我国国家经济风险与经济增长水平之间存在正相关的长期均衡关系,因此采取积极经济政策的“反周期”干预,所诱发的适度经济波动将有且经济快速稳定增长。 相似文献

This article presents two applications of extreme value theory (EVT) to financial markets: computation of value at risk (VaR) and cross-section dependence of extreme returns (i.e., tail dependence). We use a sample comprised of the United States, Europe, Asia, and Latin America. Our main findings are the following. First, on average, EVT gives the most accurate estimate of VaR. Second, tail dependence of paired returns decreases substantially when both heteroscedasticity and serial correlation are filtered out by a multivariate GARCH model. Both findings are in agreement with previous research in this area for other financial markets. 相似文献

We study a credit term determination problem in the context of a supplier-buyer supply chain. The supplier's credit term decision is simultaneously made with its production and inventory decisions, and most importantly, it is impacted by the buyer's order quantity. We present a new game-theoretic framework to model this problem, which captures the interaction between the supplier's credit term decision and the buyer's order decision in a multi-period setting. An exact method based on nonlinear programming is implemented to obtain the optimal solutions. We apply our methodologies on a real world case. The computational results show that our approach significantly outperforms the heuristics with fixed credit terms, and either a short or a long credit term can be sub-optimal for the supplier in profitability. Our work offers the first data-driven model and solution approach that assists purchasing and supply managers to make optimal dynamic credit term decision in conjunction with production, ordering and inventory decisions in a game-theoretic setting. 相似文献

This study examined the process by which individuals become engaged with their jobs by integrating seminal engagement theory. More specifically, we suggest that an individual factor (i.e. autotelic personality) and two contextual factors (i.e. feedback environment, job autonomy) interact to predict work engagement through three critical psychological states – namely availability, meaningfulness, and safety. This moderated mediation framework was tested using a cross section of the US population (n = 284); data were collected at two points in time with 3 months in between. Availability and meaningfulness mediated the relationship between autotelic personality and work engagement. Autotelic personality’s indirect effect on work engagement through meaningfulness and safety was conditional such that the nature of feedback environment’s effect depended on job autonomy level. 我国公租房领域存在投资主体单一、政府财政压力大、市场参与度不够、配置低效、供需失衡及错配、贫富分区程度加大等问题,需通过推进供给侧结构性改革来予以解决。发达国家住房福利政策的演变表明,住房政策应与住房市场供需状况相适应,政府所扮演的角色须从“公共住房的直接供给者”走向“市场化供给的环境营造者”,即从“补砖头”到“补人头”是住房福利政策演进的必然趋势。我国公租房领域供给侧结构性改革应与住房供求情况相匹配。一方面,要转变政府职能,从政府实物配给逐步过渡到市场化供给;另一方面,要积极打造健康的住宅租赁投资市场以促进公租房供给市场化,并通过开发配建和货币化补贴等措施促成公租房“隐形化”混合居住模式。 相似文献

AbstractDecent Work is a key initiative launched by the International Labour Organization in 1999. The initiative is to promote decent and productive employment with decent conditions of freedom, equality, security and human dignity. In reviewing academic literature on decent work, existing studies have been conducted primarily from a legal and political economic perspective. It is also largely situated outside any national industrial relations framework, both theoretically and practically. Decent work is an advocacy initiative of ILO, but the promotion of universal values embodied in the notion (e.g. equality, fairness, justice and dignity) needs to be tailored to specific societal contexts. Drawing on existing academic literature, this review article examines ideological, institutional and cultural distances between decent work and the reality of employment in China. It argues that achieving decent work requires an ideological transition of ‘traditional’ Chinese work ethics and a cultural transition from collectivism and altruism towards individualism and an emphasis on individual rights. This study also examines and highlights regulatory enforcement deficits and the inadequate role of the trade union in facilitating the advancement of decent work at various levels. Finally, the article argues that the study of decent work should be mainstreamed as an integral part of decent industrial relations and ultimately, decent social relations. It calls for a multi-level and multi-disciplinary approach to examining the historical, political, economic, ideological and cultural context of specific countries in fulfilling the ‘Decent Work’ agenda. 相似文献
