苏州旅游服务贸易竞争力影响因素的实证研究

本文运用实证的方法分析了苏州旅游服务贸易竞争力的影响因素，得出了友好城市个数和星级饭店数量是影响苏州旅游服务贸易竞争力的结论，提出了政府要扩大友好城市数量、加深友好城市合作空间、提高扩大旅行社数量、提高国际旅行社服务质量等对策和建议。     

Crisis Communication and Recovery for the Tourism Industry

Abstract

As the number of disasters and crises affecting the tourism industry increases, it is becoming necessary to understand the nature of these disasters and how to manage and limit the impacts of such incidents. This paper defines crises and disasters before discussing the area of crisis communication management and crisis communication in the tourism industry. The paper then applies the foot and mouth disease (FMD) which occurred in the United Kingdom to crisis communication theory at a national level (by examining the response of the British Tourist Authority) and at a local level (by examining the response of a District Council). The response was limited in part because of a lack of preparedness, but also due to the nature of the foot and mouth outbreak, and the speed and severity of international media coverage. Action was taken in the emergency phase of the crisis and was reactive involving inconsistency in developing key messages to stakeholders, partly due to confusion and a lack of information at the national level. Recovery marketing was also limited due to the length of time of the disease outbreak. This paper provides lessons for destinations and organisations are discussed which may help develop crisis communication strategies for tourism organisations.

从《中国文化与基督教的冲撞》译瑕看翻译的难度

通过阅读法国汉学家谢和耐(Jacques Gernet)所著《中国与基督教的冲击——一种文化冲突》一书可以发现,此书在翻译中存在很多不足,最主要表现在漏译、错译、中译文与原文意思相佐、缺乏原文的佐证等几方面。这就提醒人们,在做学术著作翻译时,译者不但要具备较高的外文功底,同时还应具备较高学识素养,尤其是对两国文化及其差异的掌握更为重要。同时还要求译者要对工作一丝不苟,耐心对照原文,以防漏译、错译,甚至意思相左等常见失误的发生。     

广西北部湾经济区紧缺国际化旅游人才开发对策研究

在经济全球化和区域经济一体化的大趋势下,拥有重要战略地位的广西北部湾经济区的旅游逐步走向国际化,但其人才资源现状与旅游国际化战略发展需要不相匹配,高素质、高层次的国际化旅游人才缺乏。本文分析了广西北部湾经济区旅游国际化的背景与人才需求现状,提出了从培养和引进国际化旅游职业经理人、吸纳国际旅游企业落户北部湾、建设国际旅游管理人才培训基地、建立国际旅游人才合作交流机制、整体引进国际旅游咨询公司、培养东盟小语种旅游人才等方面开发国际性旅游人才的建议。     

旅游地对周边乡村社区居民的影响研究——以北京蟹岛度假村为例

旅游的发展给旅游目的地带来了广泛的影响,而目的地居民是旅游影响的主要承担者。本文通过对北京市蟹岛度假村周边乡村居民的深度访谈,从访谈资料中进行NVIVO编码分析,从而发现旅游地对周边乡村居民产生的积极或消极的经济影响、社会影响以及环境影响等。     

中外绩效预算的背景比较及西方绩效预算实践的中国启示

本文力图对中外绩效预算的背景条件进行比较分析,并从此比较中得出我国实施绩效预算的必要性及其必然性;并对西方目前成功实施的新绩效预算的实践现状进行研究分析从而得出我国进行绩效预算改革的借鉴与启示。     

基于公地悲剧理论的共生旅游资源开发研究——以环太湖旅游区为例

共生旅游资源在开发利用中,由于产权未界定,各方在获得收益时都将成本最大化地外化到公共领域,从而造成资源浪费、过度开发、资源使用效率低下、环境恶化的悲剧后果。在资源共生的相邻行政区划土地产权不可能明确界定的刚性约束下,消除公地悲剧主要通过建立开发联合体实现,依托联合体,统一规划,加强开发分工,实施整体营销,保护核心共生产品从而保证共生资源开发的市场绩效,实现共生资源开发的竞合有序化。     

The effect of climate change on the fall foliage vacation in China

Fall foliage season has been a favorite time for sightseeing activity for centuries around the world. The dates of fall foliage coloration for Acer mono maxim at two stations (Beijing and Xi'an) with more than 30 years of records were collected. Time-series analysis showed a strong overall delay of the timing of the fall foliage vacation season. The trend for later fall foliage vacation season averaged 4–5 days/decade. Regression analysis revealed that the air temperature in September or October is decisive for the annual timing of the fall foliage vacation season. A warming of 1 °C led to a delayed beginning, best date and the end of fall foliage vacation of 5.3 days, 3.5 days and 3.7 days respectively. The beginning of fall foliage vacation season started to delay in the 1990s. Sudden delay in the best date of fall foliage vacation season of Beijing and Xi'an took place in the early 2000s and 1990s respectively. For the end of fall foliage vacation season, an abrupt delay occurred in the early 2000s. This has implications for tourists and the tourism industry with reference to the timing of trips and their promotion.
