能源-经济-环境复杂系统持续协调发展评价指标体系与方法研究——以山东省为例

详细分析影响能源、经济、环境的各种因素的基础上,从能源系统、经济系统与环境系统三个方面,构建了能源-经济-环境(3E)复杂系统持续协调发展评价指标体系,并将协调度发展水平划分为七个等级。建立了分层模糊动态的评价方法,并利用该方法对山东省的能源、经济与环境的协调发展进行了综合评价,分析了影响协调度发展的主要因素,及其应采取的主要措施。     

我国上市公司再融资绩效评价研究

文章选取1999—2004年期间发生再融资的495家上市公司作为分析样本,为消除行业、规模、时间等因素的影响,参考功效系数法构造了上市公司再融资的绩效评价体系。通过实证分析发现,我国上市公司再融资当年及以后6年内出现绩效显著下降;不同年份再融资的公司绩效有显著差异;再融资的方式对绩效有显著的影响,其中可转债最好、增发其次、配股最差;再融资后资产负债率上升,而公司绩效反而下降;上市公司总资产规模与再融资绩效无关。     

制度创新与民营企业竞争力

制度是决定民营企业竞争力的重要因素。从新制度经济学角度看,制约民营企业竞争力的制度问题主要存在于交易费用、产权、制度构成、制度变迁、制度供求均衡等方面。制度创新能促进民营企业竞争力的提高,途径是：清晰企业产权、实行股权多元化、强化资本运作、完善公司法人治理结构、保护知识产权、放松产业准入限制等。

Study on Problems of Group of Companies Listing as a Whole and Corporate Governance

Listing as a whole refers to reorganize all the enterprises＇ businesses, establish a stock corporation and increase capitals to list by issuing social public shares. TCL Group and Wuhan Iron and Steel （Group） Corporation have set a good example for other groups of enterprises that have parts of their assets listed, and will guide groups of enterprises which are affiliated to the center authority of China to list their assets. Listing as a whole, is beneficial to make clear the complex share-holding relationships between the group and its affiliates. It will also be beneficial to improve the whole structure of corporate governance, decrease the correlation trade, reduce the information disclosure cost, and solve the problem of the correlation trade between the group and its affiliates. However, it is far beyond the standard of what standardized corporate governance requires. Standardized corporate governance at least possesses two factors： One is the equality of the rights of shareholders, namely the same share with the same rights; the other is the clear rights boundary of the stakeholder and the existence of the efficient mechanism of equilibrium of rights. These two factors do not have the necessary relations to whether the group list as a whole or not, but depend on the maturity of the market and the soundness of the law and regulation.     

大学生与社会主义核心价值体系的调查与思考

引领高校大学生树立正确的人生价值观一直以来都是我国高校教育的关注重点,党十六届六中全会系统地提出了社会主义核心价值体系,这为高校思想政治教育提供了新的理论支撑点,因而如何有效引领大学生践行社会主义核心价值体系成了当前高校教育的一个关键点。本文通过问卷调查采集的数据,分析了当前大学生践行社会主义核心价值体系的现实状况,并进一步透析了这些现象的原因,尝试构想引领大学生践行社会主义核心价值体系的蓝图。

The Research of the Construction Time on City Infrastructure Projects

The project construction time is not sufficiently considered in the decision-making procedure of the extant city infrastructure project all over the world. From the principle to increase benefit from the investment, the paper discusses the influence of construction time on benefit from investment, the condition of the optimal construction time, the method to confirm the optimal construction time, etc., under the increases of market demand, the paper establishes mathematics model between the construction time and the project benefit, and the model involves the project age, the construction time, the capital cost, the market demand, the discount rate and so on. Finally, the paper quantitatively analyzes the influence characteristics and degrees of construction time to the project profits, and the method to determine the optimal construction time of a project under different market demand .To emphasize that, the paper researches on Chinese cases, but, the conclusion put forward has the widespread significance to the time choice on city infrastructure project of other countries.     

基于企业信息化的知识管理的应用研究

从信息化与知识管理的内涵出发,结合我国企业信息化的现状,探讨如何在企业信息化建设中进行知识管理。构建了基于信息化的企业知识管理系统,说明了企业信息化进程中知识管理增强企业竞争力的重要作用。     

HSK与对外汉语教学课程内容的调整

HSK是为了测试母语为非汉语的人所掌握的汉语水平而设立的国家级标准化考试,它日益为人们所重视,但对外汉语教学的课程不能为HSK考试而设立,应该着眼于学生的汉语实际应用。HSK与教学之间应该是相辅相成的关系,可以根据HSK对教学内容作适当调整。
