清远抽水蓄能电站碎石系统主要由两个区组成,一区包括碎石系统粗碎车间、半成品堆场,二区包括碎石系统预筛分及中细碎车间、筛分车间和成品碎石堆场。碎石系统采用两段破碎的工艺流程进行生产。

Diversity and pluralism in earth system governance: Contemplating the role for global administrative law

This article aims to explore whether procedural rights and administrative law mechanisms - such as, for example, the right to a hearing, the duties to provide a reasoned decision and to disclose relevant information - can enhance the accountability and democratic legitimacy of earth system governance.The democracy-enhancing potential of such mechanisms and rights - which in the national context have proved to be beneficial in strengthening citizens' participation and the acceptance of decisions - can be limited in the global arena, by a number of factors. One of these factors is “legal imperialism”, understood as the grafting onto the global level rules and institutions that impose the hegemony of western values.In fact, administrative law mechanisms, being a construct of a certain type of western, liberal model of the state (and its capitalist model of development), could be perceived, in developing countries as an instrument to reproduce the dominant position of advanced industrialized countries and their economic actors.The analysis suggests that in order to realize their democracy-enhancing potential, these mechanisms should draw, as far as possible, on cross-cultural principles, and be supported by financial and technical instruments enabling “developing countries” and marginalized groups to engage in dialog with the most powerful actors.     

中国生物质能发电的费用分摊机制

研究中国生物质能发电费用分摊机制,对于促进可再生能源产业乃至低碳能源产业发展具有重大政策指导意义。本文将现有的生物质能发电费用分摊机制分为费用来源、费用支付和配额交易三个环节分别进行解读,并对我国自2006年以来的六个生物质能发电补贴方案的执行情况进行了系统整理,发现当前的费用分摊机制已经无法满足生物质能发电产业发展的需要。同时,在对生物质能发电费用分摊机制的三个环节的研究中,发现现行的生物质能发电费用分摊机制存在费用来源太少、支付机制不合理、配额交易机制不清晰等问题。以上问题有违《可再生能源法》中规定的有利于促进可再生能源发电利用和经济合理原则。本文针对这些问题提出了相应的对策建议:拓宽征收电价附加资金的渠道,明确电价附加收入的调配方式,规范配额证的交易秩序。     

我国风机制造业竞争力强度研究——基于景气指数分析法

利用景气指数分析法并结合扩散指数研究了2003—2009年我国风机制造业竞争力强度。得出结论:我国风机制造业已结束混乱竞争局面,正逐步走向但还没有达到有序竞争阶段,产业步入成长期。     

营销渠道中的渠道关系、权力使用与投机行为

文章基于营销渠道行为及关系营销理论,以制造商与其经销商之间的关系为研究平台,检验了制造商的关系营销导向以及跨组织私人关系对其使用权威机制以及经销商投机行为的影响。研究结果表明:制造商的关系营销导向对于其使用非强制性权力有显著的正向影响,对其使用强制性权力虽然没有直接影响,但会通过跨组织私人关系(情感性与工具性)产生负向影响;制造商与其经销商之间的跨组织私人关系(情感性与工具性)会抑制制造商使用强制性权力,工具性私人关系会促进其使用非强制性权力;制造商使用强制性权力会加重经销商的投机行为。最后,讨论了研究结果与应用及未来的研究方向。     

数字接入技术及其在电力通信中的应用探讨

信息时代发展的标志就是电力通信工程的不断更新,网络的带宽不再只是网络工程的追求,更多的转向宽带网络的接入技术.数字接入技术,能够高质量的传输语音、远动数据和远方保护等信号,极具发展意义.本文针对,数字接入技术及其在电力通信中的应用进行简单探讨.     

Impact of star and movie buzz on motion picture distribution and box office revenue

This study contributes to research on the impact that consumer buzz has on movie distribution and box office success by examining the impact of buzz generated about the individual stars and about the movie itself. The results indicate that movie buzz is instrumental in boosting box office revenue throughout the theatrical release, not just in the later run, as has been suggested in previous studies. Star buzz can enhance box office receipts during the opening week and can contribute to the public's anticipation of the movie pre-release. However, early buzz can have a negative impact on revenue during subsequent weeks if the movie fails to resonate with the audiences. Model simulations reveal that, even for poorly received films, the overall impact of star buzz is positive because the initial revenue boost normally outweighs the later decline. Thus, this study empirically demonstrates the positive impact of star buzz on revenue, which helps shed light on the long-standing debate regarding the importance of star participation in the success of a movie.     

基于行政记录的广西人口数目估计

广西普查年或非普查年的人口数目通过统计调查方法获得,这种方法的缺陷是成本高、时间长。这就需要我们探索其他的人口数目来源渠道。行政记录是一种比较好的来源。使用行政记录资料估计人口数目的方法有人口统计分析模型和线性回归模型。人口统计分析模型是一种利用人口出生、死亡、迁移及其他资料估计人口数目的宏观统计方法。它的优点是节约成本,缺点是所依据的数据资料有时残缺不全,结果影响人口数目估计的精度。线性回归模型利用行政记录资料和人口统计调查资料的相关性对人口数目进行估计。文章利用广西户籍人口变动资料,使用这两个模型估计广西2010年人口数目,并且对估计的结果进行了评价。
