欧洲模式：稳定、凝聚与经济增长

中国发展道路的独特性引起了国内外的普遍关注,但从欧洲模式研究的角度分析中国发展道路尚不多见。文章在综述国内外研究的基础上,分析欧洲模式的内涵和特征;从理论和实证两个角度分析欧洲稳定、凝聚与经济增长之间的关系;总结欧洲模式对中国发展道路的借鉴意义体现在两个方面：价格稳定有利于长期经济增长;公平和效率不是必然替代,而是相互促进。     

海底隧道围岩稳定性分析现状及方法

随着经济的快速发展,我国正处于隧道建设的高潮时期,在隧道建设上我国每年都投入大量的人力、物力和财力,这就迫切需要实现隧道建设高效与经济。隧道施工过程中,洞室周围岩体发生应力重新分布,当这种重新分布应力超过围岩的强度极限时,将会造成围岩的失稳破坏,因此隧道施工过程中洞室围岩稳定性评价与受力状态研究就显得日益重要。     

Transitions between equilibria in bilingual games under logit choice

We study the effect of introducing a bilingual option on the long run equilibrium outcome in a class of two-strategy coordination games with distinct payoff and risk dominant equilibria under the logit choice rule. Existing results show that in the class of two-strategy games under consideration, the inefficient risk dominant equilibrium is selected in the long run under noisy best response models. We show that if the cost of the bilingual option is sufficiently low then the efficient payoff dominant equilibrium will be selected in the long run under the logit choice rule.     

浅谈新形势下如何稳定青年员工队伍

青年员工是保证企业可持续发展的生力军,构建稳定的青年员工队伍关系到企业的长远发展。随着社会经济的不断发展,青年员工的诉求日趋多元化。如何立足于新形势构建稳定的青年员工队伍是企业经营管理的重要内容。论文以新形势下青年员工队伍建设面临的机遇与挑战作为切入点,阐述影响青年员工稳定性的因素,最后提出稳定青年员工的具体对策,以期提升企业后备军的质量。     

收入差距、位置消费与社会稳定

适度、合理的收入差距,不仅是激励人们竞争,促进发展的重要务件,也是位置消费产生的基本条件;但过分悬殊的收入差距则不仅会影响人们的社会心理,不利于提高有效消费,而且可能产生畸形的位置消费行为,甚至会因此影响社会的稳定.在分析和研究目前收入分配问题时,应当从位置消费的新视角研究它们对社会稳定的影响.研究位置消费有利于我们从人们相互比较的满意度中观察改革的效果,权衡各项利弊得失,并及时地采取微调措施,尽可能地减少改革的摩擦和阻力.     

多轴轮式车辆操纵稳定性试验研究

汽车操纵稳定性试验和评价方法不能完全适用于多轴车辆,制定和完善多轴车辆的操纵稳定性试验方法具有现实意义。针对某前四轮转向四轴车辆,制定了操纵稳定性试验方案,进行了定半径稳态回转试验、蛇行试验和转向盘转角脉冲输入试验,对该车稳态与瞬态转向特性进行了评价,为多轴车辆操纵稳定性试验与评价的科学化与规范化奠定了基础。     

影子银行对我国金融稳定性影响的实证分析

近年来我国影子银行发展迅速,影子银行对金融稳定性的影响引发关注。基于2001—2012年年度数据,选取委托存款和信托存款、委托贷款和信托贷款、未贴现银行承兑汇票、集合理财产品、社会融资规模等作为影子银行的代理指标,采用协整检验和误差修正模型（ECM）实证分析影子银行发展和金融稳定性之间的短期波动和长期均衡关系。结果表明,影子银行作为我国传统金融体系的有效补充,其过快的规模扩张明显降低了金融体系钧稳定性。目前,我国金融环境还很不成熟,影子银行发展应遵循循序渐进的原则,而不能脱离必要的监管。     

金融稳定视角下金融支持实体经济能力的实证研究——以新疆为例

在当前国际金融危机深层次影响不断显现、国内宏观经济下行压力加大、区域经济加快发展的背景下,如何进一步优化配置金融资源,提升金融对实体经济的支持力度和支持效率就显得尤为迫切。本文从金融稳定的角度出发,首先从总量、结构、效率、可持续性等几个维度对当前新疆金融服务实体经济能力进行现状判断,并从宏观角度对金融发展与实体经济发展不相适应方面进行分析。其次,基于金融效率,运用统计方法对新疆金融支持实体经济发展能力进行实证检验,得出新疆金融业自身发展对支持实体经济发展的影响作用明显的结论。最后,就如何进一步提高金融支持实体经济的能力提出相关建议。     

Dynamics of group grievances from a global cohesion perspective

Grievances are vulnerable to state development and harmony; however, some factors provoke the masses and groups to vulnerability and state fragility (SF) by disturbing social cohesion. Under the grievance assumptions on the political process, this study has been designed to gauge the nexus of group grievances (GG), an essential parameter of social cohesion, institutional governance (IG), government legitimacy (GL), economic growth (EcG), and population growth (POPG) from the global perspective from 2008 to 2022 in a global panel of 158 countries considering the critical aspect of SF. The statistics reveal that PS is essential in controlling and managing the GG in the state. PS is the most significant factor in harmonizing the state's ethnic minorities, focus, and religious groups with stable policies and their grievances issues. It also states that apart from PS, another aspect of IG, Control of Corruption (CoC), helps mitigate malpractices and provides a transparent environment supporting grievances. It further demonstrates that EcG provokes grievances instead of lessening them among the key groups in the state, especially in the processing of industrialization. Because of the government's partiality to provide benefits to specific groups or sectors, that partiality and injustice hype the grievances among the public. Moreover, POPG is also a significant factor in increasing GG, along with government illegitimacy and untrust. The study concludes that to make the country agile and prosperous, the government should balance developing industrialization without compromising agricultural and domestic industries. It helps states gain public trust in the IG framework and GL. The government should harmonize its policies by tackling all minorities, ethnic, and religious groups coherently to maintain social cohesion in the country. Finally, One of the significant factors in natural resources and the scarcity of global resources is population. It stated that prudent population control measures better assist in resource scarcity and conflict management, such as in EU countries compared to Asia and Africa. Recent grievance movements in Brazil, China, India, Nigeria, Pakistan, and the US, are the practical application of this study because these countries fall in the list of the top 10 most populous countries. So, population control policies should be effectively implemented to support economic and social parity and mitigate GG.     

Saltatory Ontogeny and the Life-History Model: Neglected Processes and Patterns of Evolution

A single cell – an egg – cannot be in the same stabilized state as a differentiated multicellular embryo or reproducing adult. The entire ontogeny must, therefore, consist of a sequence of stabilized states. Ontogeny of a phenotype cannot progress gradually but is a saltatory homeorhetic system, proceeding via natural thresholds from one self organized state to the next, hierarchically ever more complex and specialized. The natural boundaries of ontogeny – the far-from-stabilized thresholds – represent also states when changes can be easiest inserted or induced, and especially in the early ontogeny, from the intervals where evolution (change) can occur. As a result, ontogeny can also be divided into distinct life-history intervals called periods, be it embryo, larva (infant, pup), juvenile, adult and senescence, each divided in turn into phases, and each of these into natural steps. It is left to the imagination of scholars in social sciences to find parallels of saltation in economics and history.
