旅游服务贸易的国际政治学分析

旅游服务贸易不仅是国家之间一种普遍的交往方式,而且也是国家利益构成的重要组成部分。在当今政治化时代,如何在相互依存度不断提升条件下实现旅游服务贸易与国际政治之间的良性互动,越来越成为各国政府和国际组织普遍关注的核心议题。     

Economic gains from technology-intensive trade: an empirical assessment

National investment in technological activity is commonly justifiedin terms of the positive impacts upon productivity, internationalcompetitiveness and related aspects of national economic performance.This premise has found a supportive theoretical framework inthe new technology and growth models. Based on extended technology-gapmodels, this study examines cross-country empirical evidenceon the relationship between technology-intensive trade performance(as a proxy for technological output) and per capita economicperformance, utilising 1978 to 1992 data for around 45 nations.The results provide some support for a positive relationshipbetween trade performance and economic returns. However, theweak and often inconsistent results suggest that the unconditionalpursuit of technology-intensive trade improvements may not necessarilyhave the expected net benefits.

本文从不同的角度阐述加工贸易电子联网模式概念、功能及特点,并运用图表来分析加工贸易电子联网监管和传统纸质监管方式的不同。本文认为加工贸易电子联网新模式避免了纸质手册审批手续重复、环节多、程序复杂、难以准确提供成品单损耗、通关手册周转困难等弊端,大大提高了企业通关效率和海关工作效率。     

ISO 26000与企业社会责任战略

2010年11月发布的ISO26000《社会责任指南》对企业社会责任战略具有重要意义。文章通过对ISO26000内容的解渎，剖析了ISO26000隐含的内容，认为ISO26000具备成为国际性企业社会责任认证标准的现实可能性，并对企业社会责任战略形成巨大冲击。     

孟子民本经济观探析

孟子秉持着“民贵君轻”、“民事不可缓”的民本情怀，提出了“薄税敛”以“藏富于民”的富民经济理想。正是基于这种富民经济理想，孟子因而在施政次第上首倡“制民恒产”的土地经济政策，提出了使民“养生丧死无憾，王道之始”的养民经济观；其次，在商业经济领域，孟子又提出了“互通有无”的“自由贸易”的惠民经济观。     

Bilateral Trade Balances: Evidence from Malaysia*

This study examines the impacts of real exchange rates on the bilateral trade balances of Malaysia with the USA, Japan and Singapore. The results for the long‐run cointegrating vectors show that depreciation or devaluation of real exchange rates will improve bilateral trade balances. In the short run, there is some evidence of the J‐curve phenomenon. Changes in real money supply contribute greatly to changes in real exchange rates. Generally, changes in real exchange rates contribute significantly to changes in bilateral trade balances. Monetary policy can be used to influence bilateral trade balances.     

建设可规则性调控总量和结构性碳排放交易体系--中国探索与深圳实践

为低成本实现节能减排目标，中国启动了七省市碳排放交易试点工作。可规则性调控配额和结构性交易机制，是适应于中国现阶段国情的碳排放交易模式。深圳借鉴欧美等成熟碳排放交易体系经验，立足于深圳实际，大胆进行理论和方法创新，以遏制需求和控制增长为出发点，建立了“四种类型，三个板块”的可规则性调控总量和结构减排的区域型碳排放交易体系，有益于建设符合中国国情的碳排放交易体系。     

开放视角下和谐经济与中国经济安全

贸易保护和歧视政策正成为当前一些国家和地区维持自身产业安全和经济发展的“借口”，同时又构成国际社会极力拒绝贸易保护主义和主张公平交易的话题。中国经济的高速发展，带动了世界经济的前行。但不容否认，中国经济发展进程中还存在诸多不和谐因素，如经济发展方式不合理、各种贸易争端依然存在等。本文提出了关于化解经济发展中的不利因素、推动多边经济体和谐发展及中国经济安全的对策。
