基于制度经济学的“两田制”改良研究——从山东改革说起

文章在判断现有两田制弊端的基础上,提出了一个改良的两田制的设想,并运用制度经济学理论予以可行性研究,得出改良的两田制符合各方利益,具有现实可行性的结论,并提出了保证改良的两田制得以实施的一些配套措施.     

The nature of heterodox economics

Heterodoxy serves as an umbrella term to cover the coming togetherof separate projects or traditions. In answering the question,‘what distinguishes heterodoxy from the orthodoxy?’,the author argues that matters of ontology are central. In answeringthe question, ‘how are the various traditions that makeup the modern heterodoxy to be distinguished from each other?’,the author defends criteria other than varying commitments tospecific substantive theories, policy measures or techniques(or basic units) of analysis.     

Tourism Brochures: Usefulness and Image

Tourist information has been shown to have an important influence on the choice of vacation destinations. This article studies brochures, their significance as image generators, and their influence on the selection of destinations. The study sought to discover which features in this medium are more relevant in image generation and destination choice using logistic regression analysis. The analysis is based on data collected from tourists in Madrid, Spain. The results establish a model of usefulness of brochures in order to propose recommendations for their design and content. Implications pertain to the development of theoretical understandings about the influence of the information sources on destination image, destination choice, and satisfying tourist needs.     

行政私法行为的价值阐释

行政私法行为是行政机关或法律、法规授权的组织利用私法形式以直接实现行政法目的或者任务的兼具公私法双重性质的新型行为。与传统的行政行为相比,它具有革新行政行为理念,重构行政法学科体系,创新政府管理方式,彰显行政民主与平等,实现行政公正与效率的价值。这些价值的存在使行政私法行为具有广阔的生存空间。     

马克思主义政治经济学研究对象的创新

国内教科书将马克思主义政治经济学研究对象限定为生产关系及其运动规律的做法,不仅背离经济学的一般含义,不符合马克思、恩格斯的本意,而且不适应马克思主义政治经济学与时俱进的需要.鉴于我国正在建设社会主义市场经济体制的现实,马克思主义政治经济学的研究对象的创新,需要借鉴西方经济学的研究对象.马克思主义政治经济学不仅要研究生产关系及其运动规律,也要研究一国稀缺资源的配置和利用,并通过分析一国稀缺资源的配置和利用方式,来研究一国特定的生产关系及其运动规律.     

Intertemporally dependent preferences and optimal dynamic behavior

We study a model of optimal dynamic behavior in which the intertemoral preferences preserve the time additively separable framework of Ramsey models, while exhibiting Edgeworth–Pareto complementarity between consumption in adjacent periods. We identify economic environments in which global optimal dynamics under intertemporal complementarity exhibits persistent fluctuations even though the misspecified Ramsey-type theory, under the intertemporal independence assumption, predicts monotone convergence.     

Comment on “Revealing Differences in Willingness to Pay Due to the Dimensionality of Stated Choice Designs: An Initial Assessment”

There are very few studies that quantify the interactions and tradeoffs between statistical and cognitive efficiency in designing stated-choice studies. While a conceptual framework for evaluating cognitive strategies would be desirable, Hensher adopts a strictly empirical approach in this experiment. The success of the study must be evaluated in light of his aggregating attributes rather than controlling the number of attributes, asymmetry in the narrow-range and wide-range attributes, and lack of orthogonality between the number of attributes and number of alternatives. Nevertheless, Hensher challenges uncritical acceptance of any given set of design features and correctly insists that we confirm our experience with rigorous, quantitative experiments.     

西方经济学的三个学科基础缺陷

本文指出并分析了西方经济学的自然科学基础局限性、社会时空基础局限性和逻辑基础缺陷，由此说明，我们不能盲目崇拜西方经济学，更不能将其作为我国经济发展与改革的指导思想。

许多外商通过合资方式对我国进行直接投资时,倾向于对合资子公司进行控股,而我国的一些本土企业也追求合资子公司的股权控制,于是中外双方展开控股博弈。我国企业要想在博弈中处于有利地位,不仅要运用适当的策略,还要注重增强自身的经济实力和竞争优势。     

政府行为对农民收入影响的分析

改革开放以来,农产品市场化的进程在逐渐加快,政府对农业的直接干预与改革前相比明显降低,但在所有影响农业发展、农民收入提高的诸因素中,作为政府行为主要体现的各类相关政策仍然居于核心位置.因此,要解决我国农民增收难题,应首先从政府行为的选择和演变中寻求有效对策.
