在课程教学模式中实现能力目标的思考

高职教育的课程学习应以学生能力为根本目标。要不要知识目标,在能力本位下知识如何体现,能力目标如何提炼和表述,在具体授课环节如何实现能力目标,＂六步法＂到底如何灵活运用？结合江苏经贸职业技术学院＂课程重塑＂工程中的一些经验进行初步探讨。     

现代企业管理战略管理的创新方法研究

本文首先分析了传统管理的弊病,认为,我国企业管理创新需要从理念和方法上作出调整,并提出了管理创新的一些对策方法。这些对策方法包括企业文化整合,组织结构扁平化,绩效管理,累进式管理决策等。     

高校大学生创新创业教育研究

开展对大学生的创新创业教育是建设＂创新型国家＂的重大战略的重要举措,也是知识经济时代对高等教育的必然要求,更是实现大学生自身发展的迫切需要。剖析了创新创业教育的内涵,分析了我国高校创新创业教育现状,对加强高校创新创业教育的有效途径进行了阐述。     

Barriers to ‘industrialisation’ for interwar British retailing? The case of Marks & Spencer Ltd

Research on international differences in retail productivity has highlighted formidable environmental barriers to the ‘industrialisation’ of mass retailing as a driver of declining British interwar productivity growth in this sector (and in services more generally). We examine evidence for such barriers, using a case study of a firm that built its interwar expansion strategy on ‘American’ retail methods – Marks & Spencer (M&S). We find that, rather than facing barriers to the adoption of American mass retail practices, M&S reaped major productivity gains from this process. This adds further evidence to an emerging literature rejecting the barriers to industrialisation thesis for retailing.     

政府转型模式与转型绩效：中国经验

改革开放以来，中国政府转型采取了一种滞后于经济转型的渐进转型模式，取得了巨大的成功。通过分析转型经济政府的角色与作用，解释中国政府滞后于经济转型的渐进转型模式，有效减少地方政府“被俘获”和“竞租”风险、联结不完全计划和不完全市场、推进制度创新，从而提升转型绩效。中国经验对转型经济具有借鉴意义。     

“党员学长制”组织管理模式引领学生成才

当前高校基层学生党组织管理的模式存在着责任度、奉献率、成才性不够的问题,＂党员学长制＂从制度设计上创新了基层党组织管理模式和班级组织管理模式,并将两者的功能和作用加以科学整合,丰富了大学生思想政治教育的方法和途径,有利于学生党员的教育管理,有利于低年级学生特别是新生大学角色的转变,有效地引领了学生成长成才。     

金融危机下中国房地产企业战略调整能力——基于万科的案例研究

房地产泡沫和经济危机对中国房地产企业有着重要影响,本文采用案例研究方法考察房地产领先者万科公司在此背景下的战略调整能力,利用边缘竞争理论和企业家精神及战略领导力等理论,研究王石领导的万科有效进行企业战略调整能力。本文发现,企业家具有的战略执行力在动荡环境下能够发挥出更为前瞻性的作用。而房地产企业所具有的组织结构有序性和无序性结合,从资金、土地和营销方面获取过去优势、并为明天做准备的时间边缘平衡以及掌握开发的时间节拍,并通过布局的转化与过渡的时间节奏平衡,将推动企业有效应对危机。     

THE KNOWLEDGE INHERITANCE THEORY OF DISTRIBUTIVE JUSTICE

This article criticises the 'knowledge inheritance theory of distributive justice' presented by Gar Alperovitz and Lew Daly in their Unjust Deserts: How the Rich Are Taking Our Common Inheritance and Why We Should Take It Back; Wealth and Inequality in the Knowledge Economy (New York: The New Press, 2008). The authors claim that since innovation depends far more on accumulated knowledge than on any individual's contribution, most resulting wealth is deserved equally by all members of society. Their redistributive conclusion is not justified. Illegitimately applying the concept of justice to contexts where it is at best metaphorical, the 'knowledge inheritance theory' massively undervalues the role of individual intellectual activity, and relies on confusions concerning the nature of society, rights, causality, and gifts.     

Encouraging group skills in accountancy students: an innovative apporach

This paper evalutes a three year programme in a UK university which recently won the Partnership Award from Cooper & Lybrand, Deloitte for innovation in higher education. The programme aims to encourage student to work in groups and to reflect upon the processes and the group dynamics involved. The first part of the paper provides the context for the paper and the context in which the programme runs. n example of a case study used in the programme is described in detail and the way in which it draws together subject areas within the degree is illustrated. Finally the programme is evaluted in terms of its successes and its problem areas.     

“小专题”教学在专业基础课程教学创新中的应用

"小专题"教学法是指授课教师可以依据教材内容体系,专门针对教材中的某一章节或某几个章节所涉及的内容设计出小型专题的教学方法。文中笔者提出了实施"小专题"教学法的主要优点,并从自身所从事的《国际贸易学》这一专业基础课程的教学出发,对"小专题"的教学形式、"小专题"的选择与确定、"小专题"的教学手段与"小专题"教学的考核方式提出了自己的设计思路。同时,笔者也强调了在"小专题"教学过程中需注意适度和教师仍需占据主导地位。
