本文利用Malmquist指数方法,测算了1990—2007年福建省的农业技术进步率、技术效率增长率以及全要素生产率增长率;然后,利用协整检验和脉冲响应函数动态模拟福建省对外开放(对外开放度)对福建省农业技术进步变化率、技术效率变化率的影响,以及对外开放和两者的协整关系,进而说明福建省对外开放对其农业全要素生产率变动的作用。结果表明:20世纪90年代以来,福建省对外开放与其农业技术进步、技术效率变化和全要素生产率增长具有长期稳定均衡关系;福建省对外经济开放对福建省农业技术效率具有促进作用,但对农业技术进步具有"挤出效应"。  相似文献

推动生产方式绿色化是实现经济高质量发展和建设社会主义现代化国家的关键途径。基于绿色生产方式的内涵和外延,构建了涵盖绿色产业布局、绿色生产过程和绿色制造体系三个维度26个指标的长江经济带绿色生产方式指标体系,运用定基极差熵权法测度2015—2020年长江经济带生产方式绿色化水平作为其绿色生产方式的量化指标,并采用核密度估计、空间可视化分析及耦合协调度分析,对其时空演化特征和协同效应进行全面分析。研究发现:2015—2020年,长江经济带11省(市)的生产方式绿色化水平实现了较快提升,整体上呈现逐年上升态势,但沿线省(市)间生产方式绿色化水平的差异逐渐扩大;长江经济带生产方式绿色化水平呈现空间正相关性,但这种空间相关性在2017—2020年逐渐减弱。长江经济带生产方式绿色化水平存在明显的区域差异,呈现出“下游地区>中游地区>上游地区”的分布格局。长江经济带绿色生产方式中绿色产业布局、绿色生产过程和绿色制造体系三个维度的协同效应逐渐增强,但是整体协同水平依旧较低、地区差异明显,协同能力仍需提升。  相似文献

随着社会经济的发展,个体更加重视职业生涯体系建设,领导行为这一影响员工职业生涯发展的组织因素被越来越多地探索.基于自我决定理论和个体?情境交互理论,本文探讨了差序式领导对员工职业成长的作用机制.采取三波次时跨一年的问卷调查,收集了432个有效研究样本.实证研究发现:差序式领导正向影响员工职业成长;差序式领导通过组织自尊和工作重塑对员工职业成长产生正向影响,即组织自尊和工作重塑在差序式领导和员工职业成长关系间具有多重中介作用;职业呼唤能够调节组织自尊和职业成长的关系,职业呼唤对工作重塑和职业成长的正相关关系同样发挥调节作用;职业呼唤正向调节组织自尊和工作重塑的中介作用.  相似文献

In this paper, we build on social cognitive career theory to examine the relation between entrepreneurial intention and new venture creation (i.e., the entrepreneurial career choice). We model how contextual influences at different levels may favor or inhibit the translation of entrepreneurial intention into new venture creation. Using unique longitudinal data from almost the entire population of Italian university graduates, we are able to assess how the immediate (i.e., the influence of relevant others) and larger context (i.e., organizational and environmental influences) affect new venture creation. Our research contributes to the emerging literature of the intention–behavior link in entrepreneurship.  相似文献

The purpose of this paper is to reveal the relationships among green organizational culture, green innovation and competitive advantage. These relationships were assessed using structural equation modeling. Data were gathered from full-time hotel employees (N: 293) and managers (N: 192) in the Antalya region of Turkey. The results indicate that green organizational culture has a positive effect on green innovation and competitive advantage. Accordingly, green organizational culture is an important determinant for green innovation and competitive advantage. In addition, green innovation acted as a full mediator of the effects of green organizational culture on competitive advantage. Specifically, green organizational culture predicted green innovation, which in turn predicted competitive advantage. Finally, considering that causal studies on green innovation in the hotel industry are limited, this study may contribute to understanding how green innovation affects competitive advantage in the hotel industry.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Competitive Intelligence (CI) is a relatively novel discipline that is generating a growing interest in the field of strategic management. Its novelty, approach and origin have meant that the definition of the CI entails different interpretations and utilities depending on the audience. This research develops a conceptual analysis of CI in literature by quantifying the bibliometric performance indicators, identifying the main authors, countries, journals and research areas and evaluating the intellectual structure and evolution of the discipline using SciMAT as bibliometric analysis software. The bibliometric performance analysis is focused on the citation-based impact of the scientific output, while the science mapping illustrates the evolution of the research themes that build the discipline through the use of bibliometric network analysis techniques. To this purpose, the publications related to CI from 1984 to 2017 available at Scopus have been retrieved (5,275 publications). Finally, it offers a framework to support future researches.  相似文献

Advocates of the boundaryless career perspective have relied to a great extent on the assumption that actors take responsibility for their own career development and that they consequently take charge of developing their career competencies. In this provocation piece, we debate the obstructions to and potential ways to promote boundaryless careers in the gig economy, which—despite appearing on the surface to offer suitable conditions for boundaryless careers—suffers from numerous conditions that hinder such careers. Thus, boundaryless careers in the gig economy could be an oxymoron. In particular, we conjecture that intraorganisational and interorganisational career boundaries restrict gig workers' development of relevant career competencies and thus limit their mobility. We then put forward the notion that we have to consider moving away from traditional, employer‐centric human resource management and introduce new forms of network‐based and self‐organised human resource management practices (in the form of collaborative communities of practice) in order to diminish these boundaries.  相似文献

Flight catering is a complex food service industry that caters to a wide range of airlines. Meals provided to passengers are a measure of in-flight service on an airplane. In the case of the airline industry, flight catering companies are responsible for preparing the meal that flight crews serve it at a voyaging altitude. This case study examines Emirates Kitchen Flight Catering (EKFC), a jointly owned entity of Dubai Civil Aviation (10%) and the Emirates Group (90%). Based on existing literature, international archival reports, company publications and participant observations of EKFC, the paper examines how EKFC reached the top of the catering supply chain by offering the best-in-class quality services and food to its passengers. The paper addresses the persistent growth of EKFC’s operations and investigates relevant strategies that reinforce EKFC’s fundamental competencies through the application of Supply Chain Operations Reference framework. Offering a combination of on-board excellence, quality, and fresh and delicious food while controlling costs across the supply chain is an important differentiator of EKFC’s flight catering business, thereby setting a benchmark for other businesses.  相似文献

This paper analyzes value creation in firms at the project level. We present evidence that managers facing short-termist incentives set a lower threshold for accepting projects. Using novel data on new client and product announcements in both the U.S. and international markets, we find that the market responds less positively to a new project announcement when the firm's managers have incentives to focus on short-term stock price performance. Furthermore, textual analysis of project announcements shows that firms with short-termist chief executive officers use vaguer and generically positive language when introducing new projects to the marketplace.  相似文献

The profitability of trading rules evolved by three different optimised genetic programs, namely a single population genetic program (GP), a co‐operative co‐evolved GP, and a competitive co‐evolved GP is compared. Profitability is determined by trading thirteen listed shares on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE) over a period of April 2003 to June 2008. An empirical study presented here shows that GPs can generate profitable trading rules across a variety of industries and market conditions. The results show that the co‐operative co‐evolved GP generates trading rules perform significantly worse than a single population GP and a competitively co‐evolved GP. The results also show that a competitive co‐evolved GP and the single population GP produce similar trading rules. The profits returned by the evolved trading rules are compared to the profit returned by the buy‐and‐hold trading strategy. The evolved trading rules significantly outperform the buy‐and‐hold strategy when the market trends downwards. No significant difference is identified among the buy‐and‐hold strategy, the competitive co‐evolved GP, and single population GP when the market trends upwards.  相似文献
