在农村集体土地使用权流转改革中,农业物流发展迎来了前所未有的机遇。文章以安徽亳州市为例通过亳州市土地流转现状的调查,结合当地农业物流现状,分析＂土地流转＂政策下农业物流面临的机遇与挑战,并提出相应对策。

后亚运时代广东物流业所面临的机遇和挑战

2010年亚运会在广州的成功举办,为广东物流业带来了难得发展机遇的同时,也带来了严峻的挑战。文章从后亚运时代的角度,着重分析了广东物流业应当如何充分利用亚运前后6年来广东在交通运输及物流方面所建设的各项工程带来的机遇,如何提升自身的国际竞争力以积极应对后亚运时代的各项挑战,使广东物流业能更快速地发展起来。     

国家粮食安全：现实挑战与路径选择

尽管我国粮食生产实现了“九连增”,但粮食安全并非高枕无忧。由于工业化、城镇化不断发展和人口递增趋势未减,保障粮食安全面临着诸多挑战,粮食安全仍需要引起全社会的高度关注。从我国粮食安全面临的现实挑战入手,本文提出我国实现粮食安全的现实路径：严格保护水土资源,改善生态环境、节约资源;加强农业技术创新,提高粮食单产的技术支撑;增强政策支持,改善种粮的经济效益;粮食生产立足国内,粮食贸易多元自主发展。     

Globalization and the Business Schools: Toward Business and World-Sustainable Leadership

Globalization is a force that produces deep changes in business and society. Business schools face great challenges and opportunities in educating future leaders who can work across countries and cultures. This article presents some strategic issues regarding the type of education that business schools should offer from a global perspective, aimed at developing business leaders/managers endowed with knowledge, values, and cross-cultural intelligence to seek progress for their communities, their businesses, and society at large. These goals must be achieved in a world of multilevel access to education and jobs with a more equitable array of opportunities for both developed and developing markets.     

Implementation of enterprise resource planning in China

ERP implementation is a ‘Triple Play’ that combines people, technology, and processes. It embodies a complex implementation process, especially in developing countries like China, often taking several years, huge amount of fund and involving a major business process reengineering exercise. In this paper, an attempt has been made to identify some Chinese-specific difficulties in the implementation process and provide solutions to implement ERP system successfully through questionnaire survey, interviews, and secondary data. On the basis of analysis of questionnaire results, some common difficulties have been explored by authors, such as support of top management, costly and time-consuming, cultural differences, technical complexity, lack of professional personnel, and inner resistance. The difficulties are largely due to the nature of enterprise's ownership and size. Suggested solutions to overcome these difficulties: ERP software packages selection, ERP implementation team, BPR, Training, and Outsourcing-Application Service Provider. These solutions can effectively solve ERP difficulties.     

现代奥运保险运营机制及我国保险业发展对策研究

采用文献资料研究法、归纳推理研究法、逻辑分析研究法等研究方法,对现代奥运会保险运营机制进行研究,对我国体育保险的现状进行系统分析,指出我国保险业参与2008年奥运会面临的主要问题以及应对奥运保险挑战的策略。希望通过本研究能够为中国体育保险业争夺北京奥运会保险市场提供一定的理论借鉴和帮助。     

Women in Management in the New Economic Environment: The Case of India

Liberalization of the Indian economy has created considerable employment opportunities for those, including women, who possess marketable skills and talent. Historically, women in India have not enjoyed a good status in workplace settings whether in managerial or operative roles. This traditional positioning of women has restricted the intensity of their efforts towards realizing the benefits of the globalisation process. An attempt has been made in this contribution to highlight the important issues relating to women in management in the Indian context. The messages from a review of the literature are analysed. Research evidence from various sources is presented to highlight the dynamics of developments in the status of Indian women managers. The contribution discusses the main aspects of the historical, socio-cultural and economic factors influencing women managers: issues concerning gender-based stereotypes; the main barriers to women's movement to top managerial positions; the impact of developments in information technology (IT) on women managers; and the way forward. Results from two research projects are also presented. The analysis has important messages for practitioners and contributes to women's studies and management in the Indian context.

在华外资银行的“国民待遇”

我国政府为了履行加入世贸承诺,对在华外资银行实行"国民待遇"原则,逐渐开放本国银行市场。但是在我国现阶段的国情背景下,该原则仍呈现灵活机动的状态。在如此政策背景和市场压力下,在华外资银行面临着诸多机遇与挑战。
