传统木结构建筑构架解析

我国木结构建筑具有显著的特色,无论从基础、木架结构、墙体围护、屋顶形式还是装饰方面都富有自己传统特色。中国古建筑非常重视造型与空间的变化,运用木材、石材、砖瓦、琉璃等建筑材料创造出不朽之作。木结构构件在建造过程中不断完善其形式和功能,对承载、抗压、受剪方面都有宝贵的经验,体现传统木结构建造技术的巨大成就,是我们进行现代建筑设计的宝贵财富。     

Contractibility,Strategy, and Network Dynamics: From Franchising to Licensing

The article examines the network dynamics from franchising to licensing due to the increase of contractibility of the franchiser's system-specific assets as determinant of the allocation of decision rights between the network partners. Based on the property rights approach, residual decision rights must be allocated according to the distribution of intangible knowledge assets between the franchiser and franchisee. Our analysis derives the following hypothesis: The more contractible the franchiser's system-specific assets, the higher is the tendency from franchising toward licensing. In addition, we investigate the impact of strategy change on the standardization (contractibility) of system-specific assets and the network governance. We argue that a change of strategy may increase the contractibility of system-specific know-how and consequently the tendency toward licensing. This study presents empirical evidence from company Getifix on the network dynamics from franchising to licensing.     

The effect of the establishment of an organized exchange on weak form efficiency: the case of Istanbul Gold Exchange

Evidence is presented from IGE (the Istanbul Gold Exchange) that an institutional regulation such as the establishment of an organized exchange is an important component of informational efficiency that should not be disregarded in the process of financial liberlization.     

关于我国农村流通领域中经营主体改革的一个新构想

改革开放30年来,我国农村流通领域取得重要进展,但目前我国农村流通领域仍存在比较突出的问题。本文主要从流通领域中的经营主体出发,分析了目前多元化主体存在的问题,提出了一个对经营主体改革的一个新构想。     

A Reduced‐Form Model for Warrant Valuation

This paper studies warrant valuation using a reduced‐form model. Analogous to the credit risk literature, structural models require complete information about the asset value process and the firm’s liabilities. In contrast, reduced‐form models require only information about the firm’s stock price process. We introduce a reduced‐form model where the warrant holder is a price taker, and we relate our model to structural models appearing in the literature.     

清代食盐流通体制中“引岸制”之分析

清政府采取"引岸制"食盐运销体制,赋予一些商人食盐垄断权,商人因之获得暴利,国家只对盐商进行管理和征税,从而使财政得到保证,进而形成了官商相互勾结共分盐利的局面。"引岸制"虽然在最初满足了国家财政和商人逐利的目的,但最终的结果是食盐商品成本上升,价格高昂,流通阻滞,进而导致国家政治进一步衰败,法制进一步瓦解。     

智能凝胶GD-1混堵技术在靖边气田的应用

靖边气田钻井过程中发生井漏,采用常规堵漏技术(桥塞堵漏、水泥浆堵漏)常堵漏不彻底、容易出现井漏反复等井下复杂情况。基于常规堵漏方法,引进智能凝胶GD-1混堵技术在靖边气田南部黄土表层、刘家沟组裂缝地层应用,取得了良好的防漏、堵漏效果:提高了堵漏成功率,减小堵漏反复性,二次堵漏的几率明显降低。     

物资质量检验在物资流通中的作用

现代社会经济活动中，社会分工越来越细微，作为流通领域中的一个重要环节，物流正发挥着越来越重要的作用，同时，也对物流工作中的物资质量检验提出了更高的要求，做好物资质量检验不仅仅对物流管理至关重要，而且关系到社会经济的健康发展。     

城镇居民收入水平对零售业与批发业影响的实证研究——基于协整和向量自回归模型

文章选取1995年-2008年我国城镇居民家庭人均可支配收入和零售业销售总额、批发业销售总额的时间序列数据,通过基于VAR模型的协整分析、脉冲响应分析和方差分解的有机结合进行研究,发现上述序列间存在长期均衡。对标准化协整方程和误差校正模型的分析表明,我国城镇居民收入水平和零售业销售总额、批发业销售总额之间形成了长期的、稳定的关系,且城镇居民收入水平是零售业销售总额、批发业销售总额的格兰杰原因。脉冲响应分析和方差分解均显示,城镇居民收入水平在过去十四年内对零售业、批发业产生了持续性的影响。     

我国淡水鱼流通组织模式评价与选择

结合实地调查,按组织化程度高低把我国淡水鱼流通组织模式分成了企业产运销一体化型、市场交易型和联盟合作型三种类型,并从质量保障能力、数量保障能力、成本竞争优势、快速供应市场能力、节能减排优势五个方面对各模式进行了评价,最后提出了针对大宗淡水鱼、特优淡水鱼以及品牌化淡水鱼流通的组织模式选择策略。
