新审计报告准则增加了披露关键审计事项的要求,以2016—2020年的关键审计事项文本数据为研究对象,考察了审计师客户不匹配关系对关键审计事项披露的影响。研究发现,向上的审计师客户不匹配关系显著提升了关键审计事项可读性、详细程度和数量,有助于优化资本市场信息环境;向下的审计师客户不匹配关系显著降低了关键审计事项可读性、详细程度和数量,无益于资本市场信息环境的改善。进一步分析发现,在向上的审计师客户不匹配关系中,审计师更倾向于清晰说明关键审计事项的披露原因,给出结论性评价,并且会披露更多的行业共性风险事项和公司特性风险事项。研究结论为完善关键审计事项披露制度、持续优化资本市场信息环境提供了有益借鉴。 相似文献

为了了解水稻叶片厚度对SPAD(土壤、作物分析仪器开发)值与叶绿素含量相关性的影响,通过研制厚度补偿式叶绿素仪和测定不同生育时期各20株水稻的叶片厚度、SPAD值和叶绿素含量,并分析水稻叶片经过厚度补偿前后SPAD值与叶绿素含量的相关性.结果表明:水稻叶片SPAD值在厚度补偿前后均与叶绿素含量呈显著相关,厚度补偿后的SPAD值与叶绿素含量的相关系数及显著性均得到提高,经过厚度补偿可以一定程度的消除叶片厚度差异带来的影响,且更能准确反映水稻不同生育时期叶绿素含量的变化趋势. 相似文献

Many fundraising charities invest heavily in content marketing, often using consultants to direct their content-marketing efforts. Thus it is vital to establish whether certain key aims of content marketing suggested by literature in the field actually match the aspects of content marketing deemed most important by charity donors. This paper examines the significance attached by samples of charities, donors, and content-marketing consultancies to four possible major objectives of content marketing—the attainment of high–search-engine-results-page rankings, image enhancement through impression management, the stimulation of public perceptions of organizational transparency, and the creation of messages that “go viral.” Several major differences in perceptions emerged among the three groups, with substantial implications for how fundraising charities should manage their content-marketing programs and activities. Charity managements need to consider carefully and critically the possible returns on large-scale expenditures intended to pursue the putative aims of content marketing that are routinely advocated by practitioner and academic literature. 相似文献

Leader‐Member Exchange Relationships and Follower Outcomes: The Mediating Role of Perceiving Goals as Invariable 下载免费PDF全文
In the present study, we investigated whether perceiving goals as invariable mediated the link between leader‐member exchange (LMX) relationships and role overload, turnover intention, and work performance. Perceiving goals as invariable refers to the extent to which followers believe that the goals in a performance management system represent the absolute standards that they must meet without exception, even if they think other factors are more important (e.g., situational factors or factors that are not associated with goals). In Study 1, perceiving goals as invariable mediated the relationships between LMX and role overload and turnover intention, such that a high‐quality LMX relationship was negatively associated with perceiving goals as invariable, which in turn was positively related to both role overload and turnover intention. In Study 2, social LMX was negatively associated and economic LMX was positively associated with perceiving goals as invariable, which in turn was negatively related to work performance. Furthermore, perceiving goals as invariable mediated the relationship between social LMX relationships and work performance. The growing body of literature on “accessible tourism” lacks a critical scholarly debate around its specific language use and nomenclatures. To fill this gap, this paper provides a first examination of language. Language provides a unique capability to resist, strengthen and reframe identities of individuals and groups, yet can also reinforce, weaken and perpetuate dominant worldviews of disability. A content analysis examined previous accessible tourism literature with results illustrating that diversity exists amongst the varying terminologies adopted by scholars. Terms were employed loosely, inconsistently and interchangeably, euphemistically with erroneous understandings and nuances. The paper concludes with critical discussion about the power of researchers to (re) produce oppression through language that maligns and misrepresents, or to (re) conceptualise and (re) construct the world we live in with liberating language that facilitates positive social change. 相似文献

ABSTRACTTourists’ hotel event experiences have received little attention in tourism research. By proposing an integrated model of expectation–confirmation theory (ECT) and the experience economy concept, this research explores the relationship between tourists’ event experience and their satisfaction regarding the hotel event setting. The hypothesized model was empirically validated using a sample of 663 tourists who experienced a holiday event at a resort hotel. Results confirmed that the integration of the experience economy and ECT provided a better understanding of tourists’ post-satisfaction in a pleasure-driven setting. This affective–cognitive approach advances the knowledge of tourists’ experiences and satisfaction at hotel events. 相似文献
